We could not be happier with the work Manuel did on our house. We were prepping our house to sell and realized the walls were in desperate need of a refresh after almost a decade. Manuel came out and gave us an honest estimate - he was friendly and struck us as hard-working. We weren't quite sure of the timing since there were several other tasks to complete before painting, but Manuel gave us a lot of flexibility to hit the dates we needed, even moving around his schedule a bit to accommodate us when we finally did pin down a date. While there were some extra charges, they were totally justified because my 9 year old son had not been very careful with the walls in his room - and this included a mess he'd made of his closet walls. No one had noticed this on the initial walkthrough. Balancing this out, there was also a crack in the stucco outside the front door that Manuel patched up for us without charge! All we did was supply the name of the paint color and he went to work. We had been given a week as an estimate, but Manuel took the time to ensure it was done well and ended up going another half a week. He updated us on the status throughout - great communication. By the time it was done, the walls were spotless and restored to their former glory. I know it was a big part of the result - we got an offer less than a week after listing! Thanks Manuel. Manuel just finished painting the exterior of our home and we couldn't be happier! He was able to provide us with a quote quickly and it was very reasonable. He was flexible with our schedule, given that we were also replacing the roof and weather was an issue. He spent one week repairing and painting the house. Including the paint, he also repaired the stucco, sanded the wood eves, patched and filled in all holes. He also had extensive drop clothes and taped off all windows. The 3rd day on the job, he accidentally kicked an old rusted pipe we had coming out of the wall. He contacted a plumber and had it fixed before we even got home. And this incident did not increase the original quote. All and all the house is beautiful. The paint lines are clean. There is also no evidence of paint drips anywhere and left everything very clean. I choose Manuel because he does the entire job himself and had great reviews on yelp. I can say 100% I would recommend him to everyone and I will use him again (for inside jobs). read more

We hired Manuel to paint and install crown moulding to the entire first floor of our home. We had a tight schedule because we had to move-in on a particular date, but Manuel started the job the week of Thanksgiving and worked on a Saturday to make sure he is done on time. Manuel did an phenomenal job painting our living room and hallways in our new house. We have these very high vaulted ceilings and he was able to reach every inch! After my first experience completing the interior trim and painting of my Shed Shop building did not hesitate to contact him again for my remodel. MP painting completed all the baseboards!, all interior door trim, crown molding and paint in our home.
