The overall experience was fantastic and believe the cost was very reasonable given the quality of work and attention to detail. The owner reached out personally to walk me through the process, timelines, and what to expect. They also have a good system in place for text/email updates which I find very helpful. They showed up on time (actually a bit early which I appreciate) and got everything knocked out. They took the extra care and time to walk me through the final product and ensure 100% satisfaction. They did a phenomenal job and there were no missed areas. They also took the time to prep the areas really well and protected my pool which was greatly appreciated. Overall, would 100% recommend as they take a lot of pride in being local and providing high-quality work for a good/fair price. Really great owners. They both take pride in their work, and have excellent customer service. They worked with me on scheduling during a difficult time. The job I had them do was harder, and required more detail oriented work. In the end, it was satisfactory; probably could've been better had Joe finished the work. He ended up correcting some things the main crew did, and then another painter, not on the original crew, completed the job. Joe, was by far the best, and you could tell, again, he took pride in the work. You could also tell that Tina cared about their customers, and really worked to make sure the whole process went smoothly. Really appreciated both Tina and Joe. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I don't think the right crew for the job was initially assigned, thus prolonging the work. At the end of the day, however, the most important pieces are 1) Is it a fair price and 2) Did they do a good job? The price was very fair and consistent with other quotes I had received. My husband and I chose paintregity to paint the exterior of our house and deck. We are first time home owners and the struggle with contractors has been insane. Joe and Tina are an absolute God-sent. Tina helped us choose colors and was very open and honest with what she thought would work (she was spot on). The time she took for a paint consult and sending us virtual pictures was amazing. We had a few questions during the process and Joe was very responsive and even came by to discuss it in person instead of texting. The painters that came were extremely hard working and efficient. We had 0 issues and were content with how well mannered and respectful they were. I had mentioned my toddler naps and they made sure they knocked everytime instead of ringing the doorbell. Seems like something so small but it mattered to me. A few of our neighbors have come by to look at our house and cant believe the transformation. The work was done neatly and they completed the project in a timely manner. I had requested it be completed before our holiday on friday and I am so excited to host on our newly painted deck.
