I went with my mom to get our nails done. We waited a while before they sat us. They started my…read moremom's manicure. They had me move seats multiple times and had different nail techs come by to ask what color I was doing. My manicure started when my mom's was almost over. When my nail tech came over, she had a packet that was not sealed of nail tools and when she took them out, she sprayed them all with alcohol. The files that were used during my manicure were all clearly reused. My manicure began with removing my old gel and the nail tech over filed a few of my nails with the drill. When she started shaping my nails, she took them from a rounded/almond shape to a square without asking what shape I wanted. I had to ask twice for them to be round and they still came out as a rounded square shape. The edges of my nails are also not smooth. They are jagged and uneven. When the tech started putting the new gel on, she had me look at 2 colors and when I touched the bottles, they were sticky and left a residue on my hands. The counter was bare during the painting and it was also sticky. My tech seemed to be rushing through painting my nails. They came out barely covered and you can see my nail through the gel. Not all of my nails are fully covered. Overall, I would not recommend this nail spa at all.

I call her for 10 minutes and text her and no answer. She finally gets back to me an hour later claiming she was doing things in the back and did not have her phone on her. Very unprofessional service! I had to request for my deposit back and she even says she will give me $10 off if I come back. I had to schedule a last minute appointment with another salon who charged me more for last minute request. $10 off did was not enough to respond to this unprofessionalism. Do NOT recommend.

My nails look like my 8 yr old painted them. Suggestion for the owner, have your staff actually take a minute and paint the WHOLE nail. There shouldn't be sloppy paint jobs it's not that complicated. And also the one male is a bit rough and rude if you don't relax your hand. Overall I'm done giving them my money for a crappy manicure that chips in less than 4 days. Very unprofessional. Last time I had to ask for them to do an additional coat because the two they had applied was still see thru, the girl pretended to not speak English and yelled out. This was my "ok I'll try again" manicure and now I'm going elsewhere.

He did not shape my pinky toe nail at all. Surprisingly, the leg massage was actually good. One of the men tuned the Tv to a horror movie!!!
