I hardly had any pain after the surgery and can now sleep through the night without waking up with my hand numb and/or feeling like it's on fire. Such a relief. I was denied my appointment unless I paid cash because the billing department kept running old insurance on file instead of running my new insurance I had given them twice. Once the office realized and apologized for trying to deny me care for their mistake, they have yet to issue a credit or refund in over a week. To make matters worse, they've now sent incorrect insurance information out with my referrals. Now, I have three different doctor's offices calling to tell me there's an issue with my insurance. Such a headache due to their incompetence! I've left two messages for two different managers and no one has returned my call.

This place earns a 4 because of the office staff, nurses, nurse practitioner Susan and Dr Jiminez. Not everything they have done has helped but their friendliness and professionalism are above average for the medical profession. Kimberly at the front desk greets us like we are dear friends. (We don't know her outside of this office) Kelly who is one of the nurses who helps prep and watches patients after procedures. She acts like the patient she is with is the most important person on the planet at that moment. Another amazing person is L. She usually sets follow up appointments and is the last person whose smile you see when leaving. Awesome people. You may or may not get pain relief here but they will do their best. The main reason they didn't get a 5 is the wait and the waiting room. Those chairs are uncomfortable. Other patients have also mentioned those chairs. They all look alike but some seem to have been sat in too many times perhaps by very heavy ppl. There is usually a wait, sometimes more than an hour. Seems like the office manager could do a little better with managing appointment times. Or maybe like most places, corporate controls that... I don't understand why they allow hurting people long wait times. The waiting room is always clean. Free wifi, TV and of course magazines. One last thing, it is difficult to contact a nurse or dr by phone with comments or questions and the 2 times I spoke with them on the phone it didn't seem to go well. I do recommend them because I believe overall they care. I'd like to vent about insurance companies & pharmaceuticals but I'll resist and just remind you to advocate for your own health, take care of yourself and be careful. Her office is private practice and the hours are from 7am - 3pm. While she doesn't stay late I don't mind because I love early morning appt. Her staff was very friendly and I mean it. No robotic like or long faces. They weren't in a hurry and really helped with my questions about the paperwork. Dr Feaster is very thorough and hands on Doctor. She explained in detail and ask questions as if she was making sure to find the right treatment for me including some referrals. She connects with you eye to eye and hand to body and did not rush the process in a hurry to get to the next patient. I'm am beyond pleased with her and haven't had a doctor like her in like never.
