No one greeted me, no one said hello, no one even acknowledged my existence. So I sit down and wait for them to call me back up, They never do. When I finally walk up and ask how much longer do I have to wait. They asked if I check in, I said yes, and produced the clipboard with my name on it. She said no did you come up and speak with one of us. I told there are clear instructions for me to follow and pointed to the sign. Then she tried to hand me paperwork. Lady I have been sitting down for 30 minutes, you couldn't have given me this when I arrived. "Well you didn't check in she said, oh yes I did, you were just to busy taking a personal call and refusing to look at the list of patients who signed in. INCOMPETENT. It like we are to do their jobs for them now. They much rather blame someone else then take responsibility for their lack of work ethics.

The couple of people who came to HarborChase were nice but not professional. I am 88 years old and…read morecannot bend over. The gentleman who came to cut my nails moved my furniture and walker (that was OK). He was here 30 seconds - I have only 7 nails to cut- and he cut 6 of them. The young lady with him was only interested in getting my insurance information. After the cutting, he left. And I do mean left. The nail cuttings were on the floor (which I had to clean up); the furniture and walker were not put back. He did not file the nails that he cut. It was a cut-and-run operation. I was so busy trying to help the lady with the insurance that I did not discuss with the young man what I needed. I have been going to foot doctors for years, and this is the worst I have ever had. I would call it "a Medicare rip". And that is a shame because I am an old person who needs help. I was so looking forward to professionals coming to take care of me. My feet take about 5 minutes or less to do - 7 nails, cut, filed, clean up, and leave. I am sorry for having to write this. I truly hate saying things that might hurt other people.

He has been pushing for me to have a total knee replacement utilizing his robotic approach. I found out that Physical Therapy would be helpful for me to build up the muscles around my knee. He has never suggested it. So I called his office. They said he needed to see me. I explained I saw him 3 months ago. His PA insisted I see him again. When I pressed why he wanted to see me she said he wanted to go over what kind of physical therapy I will need. I told her I will not pay $80 for an appointment when the Physical Therapy place knows what to do. All I needed was a script. She then said that my insurance won't pay for PT since I saw the doctor three months ago. I told her I was not going though insurance for the PT. Then they gave me another story and said maybe something has changed with my knee in the past 3 months. I have had 2 sets of X-Rays over a year and nothing has changed. When she exhausted her reasons for seeing me she put me on with another woman who said they must see me. I am done with Dr. Northrop. Obviously my $80 is of utmost importance to him. Beware!!!!!!
