Only get to see Doctor for procedures and then he doesn't wait to speak with you. You always get 5 minute follow up appointments with his PA who keeps making mistakes not looking at my medical records. Walking around with two more fractures in my back but they won't see me until my next appointment even though they have my MRI. I'm supposed to suffer with excruciating pain until I can get my prescriptions filled. Medical marijuana was suggested, however, I can't work or drive if I smoke or take edibles. read more

NP was fantastic. He listened and spent time answering my questions and explaining things to me. He cared to get to the root cause of my issues while providing relief in the meantime. Excellent care. On the other hand, the office staff and billing department is enough to seek other options. I was denied my appointment unless I paid cash because the billing department kept running old insurance on file instead of running my new insurance I had given them twice. Once the office realized and apologized for trying to deny me care for their mistake, they have yet to issue a credit or refund in over a week. To make matters worse, they've now sent incorrect insurance information out with my referrals. Now, I have three different doctor's offices calling to tell me there's an issue with my insurance. Such a headache due to their incompetence! I've left two messages for two different managers and no one has returned my call. read more

I cannot say enough about this facility to give it the justice deserved. I will start off with the front desk. Ryan and Lynn have always been so much help to me. They have assisted me in difficult scheduling around all my numerous other doctor visits and always with a smile. They never complain about having to move my appointments at last minute. They are so friendly and I think the world of them and thank them. For my last procedure , Allison was assigned to take care of me. She was awesome. I was never apprehensive or worried. I thank her so much. As for Matt, the PA, he is most knowledgeable. I trust him implicitly. I just wish I had listened to him sooner and I would have had pain relief sooner. Dr Hanes is an outstanding doctor. He has helped me so much through the years. I am so thankful that he is my physician and pain manager. In all my years of coming to this practice, I have been treated with compassion and kindness. Thanks for helping this old woman move freely again. You are all my heroes. read more

The actual doctors are great, the call center you are forced to deal with is terrible! You have no choice but to go through the call center to make an appt, you ask for a specific doctor and unbeknownst to you, they schedule you with whatever PA is available without telling you that you are going to see a PA. When you call after receiving a text 2 hrs before your appt that you are seeing a PA they say because you have been a patient in the past that your appt is a 'follow up' even if it is a different injury! That the Dr doesn't evaluate you only the PA because you are booked as a follow up appt. The Dr decides on your treatment on the PA eval. Would be nice to be told this when making the appt! Then they get very unfriendly when you question what they did! They also have no problem blowing you off as if you're wrong! read more

I came in because of neuropathy and the outcome of an MRI. The nurse was not only unfriendly, but hostile. That took me 2 minutes to teach her the power of a patient paying her salary. Not with me. The doctor, more friendly, was called to save the visit. It turned out, the doctor was focused on back pain, not on neuropathy. So a total waste of time. The cost for this 20 min visit ........ (think of it) 667$ For 20 min. My insurance swallowed this fee without fighting it and I had to pay 48$. So people, any question why medical care has become unaffordable? Here is your proof. Awful place. Jennifer Otterbach is the RUDEST PA. She does not listen to patients AT ALL and tries to push tramadol down your throat like she gets a kickback for it. Dr. Salek doesn't even show you the respect of coming into the room to speak with you. The office is always running behind. I went in asking for proof of diagnosis in a document for medical accommodations at my college. I had seen them several times before for a laundry list of symptoms. The accommodations I needed were for memory issues and fatigue related to pain in my muscles and joints. Josh Massey REFUSED to give me proof of diagnosis on account of "you wake up everyday why do you need fatigue accommodations???" After a lot of arguing with my doctor about what my symptoms were he wrote me a letter which did not include a diagnosis which was insufficient for my college to get me the accommodations I need. I had to go to who he referred me to for this document. I don't understand why he refused to give me this document. Josh Massey made me feel inferior and like my symptoms weren't actually affecting me. All this pain management center has done is prescribe me muscle relaxers and anti inflammatories and refer me to a rheumatologist. In my opinion, just skip this step and go to the specialty doctor. Josh Massey deserves to be fired for his treatment of patients. read more

It would be my recommendation not to step foot in this place. I was referred to get a shot to relieve back pain. I ended up with permanent nerve damage.
