He came out for a consult - checked the freon pressure and gave some options about going forward - the one he suggested since there was some cooling coming to evaluate things ongoing. He also checked the freon on a old AC unit which had been sitting for years in case it had any of the R-22 freon. When I asked what charge there was for the call - he indicated none. Sadly the AC performance has been very marginal so I'm going to see about one of the other options he mentioned. I appreciate that he was not trying to sell me anything but tried to come up with a solution which would be best for us.

I contacted him prior to Christmas for a second opinion on a furnace. Originally, I was told the furnace needed to be replaced but Priority said it was an issue regarding airflow. At this time I am still unsure as to what the actual problem is as no work has been done. It was not an emergency nor urgent but it did take him over four weeks to finally get to our house. There were missed appointments, a lack of follow through and very poor communication. He missed a scheduled appointments, missed stopping by on a Saturday as he had promised and had issues with a broken windshield that prevented him from showing up. The problem has not been resolved as yet but I have decided to tackle the problem myself. I will pay the invoice he sent me today but will not be calling him again. While my issue was not an emergency, it still deserved an appropriate response like any other customer would receive. UPDATE: Two minutes after posting this review I have both a text message and a voicemail from the company asking to resolve the issue. I wish this offer had come sometime during the previous month during which I've had no contact from him at all.

Tom had 3 other jobs before us, but when he finished early he gave us a call saying that he'll be able to come earlier. He arrived right on time, put on shoe covers to make sure our floors are kept clean, and went straight to work. In about 5 minutes he was able to figure out the cause, and after 15minutes he was able to fix it. The job was done right and the price was fair. He knows his stuff and even our 20+yr old furnace. The service technician that arrived started to offer a quote for new cooling AND heating system before even trying to identify the actual problem with my current system. I told him I may consider a quote but would prefer the problem fixed. He advised me that the system needs refrigerant at $189 per pound (10x the regular price available online) and it may take 2-3 pounds even no leak was detected anywhere and also recommended cleaning of ONLY the outside A/C coil. After the service allegedly performed and bill of over $600 there was no improvement in the A/C performance. The problems I have with their service: - The technician did not let me witness adding any refrigerant even he had a scale to measure the amount of refrigerant going in the system. Also left the tank unattended and connected to the system for quite some time telling me that's how it's charging which is not true! That leads me to suspect no refrigerant was added at all since there was zero improvement in the work of the A/C - The evaporator coil (inside the house) was not cleaned or inspected even I informed the technician the A/C was not serviced for some time. After educating myself watching few videos on the topic I discovered the evaporating coil was really dirty and cleaned it myself. That eventually solved the problem and my A/C is working properly now. I called the owner and notified him of the issue. Instead of him taking responsibility, he turned out extremely rude and even tried to intimidate me if I post a review for his company. I already filed a complaint with the BBB and planning to take the issue to small claims court if not adequately resolved.

Our technician, Roman, came out after another company told us we needed a new system and quoted us $6K. Roman was extremely thorough, and advised that our gas was set way too high, which was why our heat was auto shutting off. We need different filters and maintenance, to the tune of less than $300. We purchased the maintenance plan with them, and will never use anyone else. These guys are honest, and I will recommend them to anyone that asks.

Instead of a straightforward repair, I was pressured into an unnecessary $7,000 furnace replacement using scare tactics and zero real testing. Here's what happened: The technician quickly got my furnace running but immediately told me I had a carbon monoxide (CO2) leak without actually testing for CO2 levels. He used a snake cam to show me cracks inside the furnace and insisted I needed a full replacement right away. I was skeptical and went out to buy multiple CO2 detectors from Home Depot while he "went to the shop" for parts. My detectors showed 0 CO2 leaks anywhere in my home. When I told him I needed to discuss the purchase with my wife, he shut off my heat and said he couldn't leave it running due to "liability concerns." Instead of fixing the actual issue, he staged the system for me to bypass a safety limit switch and disconnected two wires from the control board, explaining how I'd have to reconnect them myself. This was completely unnecessary and a blatant safety risk. After shutting off my heat, he suddenly suggested a last-minute fix but refused to tell me what it was unless I paid $278 upfront.
