Frozen meats and vegetables were neatly organized next to the sauce bar, which felt like the Jedi Temple of condiments. Pro tip: don't overload your plate the first or second round. You'll need stamina and strategy to get through this feast. Boba drinks in the dessert fridge were a pleasant surprise and a fun touch. The automatic 12% service fee might catch some diners off guard, but it's clearly posted at the hostess station and can be removed if you ask.
