I've gone here so many times it's kind of a meme in my family now. It's hands down the best margarita pizza we've had. Their slices of different toppings are pretty solid too and reasonably priced. Service is always very friendly and they are always very welcoming. They haven't missed in my opinion. Love the new decor and the location in downtown Redmond is convenient. They keep it clean. Again, would highly recommend the margarita- but you can't really go wrong.

Really good New York style pizza here for a quick lunch. I was happy they had an option for buying slices vs a whole pie but do wish there were more options. The breadsticks were just ok but would probably skip them next time.

This Pagliacci location in downtown Redmond is a great new addition, offering a spacious dine-in area with spotless bathrooms and super convenient takeout. We loved the Margarita and Verdura Primo pizzas - thin, Italian-style with unique toppings that make them incredibly enjoyable. It was surprisingly busy on a Wednesday, but we soon learned about their Buy-One-Get-One offer, which explains the buzz. We'll definitely be back often for these delicious pizzas!

The best gluten free pizza in town!

So excited to have this pizza spot in Redmond! The gluten-free pizza is amazing, one of the best I've had, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a crust that actually delivers on flavor and texture. Service is super speedy and the shop offers a spot to eat and a modern feel. Important to note: it's not celiac-friendly due to a shared kitchen. Can't wait to go back!

This place is clean and the staff is friendly. They sell by the slice and by the whole pie. It's a nice thin crust. There is free parking as well. Great pizza joint with lots of seating.

Pizza was very good but expensive. It was ready on time. We just picked it up. Will save up for another one.

Due Cucina - Redmond…read more We really enjoyed everything we ordered here. Burrata Tricolore -- The salad was a standout. The balsamic dressing, pine nuts, and fresh greens were already delicious, and the burrata tied it all together with that perfect creamy finish. I could honestly eat this every day Eggplant Parmigiana -- Flavorful, satisfying, and refreshingly reasonable in portion size. Unlike some places that serve a mountain of bland eggplant, this one delivered on taste without overwhelming you. Carbonara -- Creamy, cheesy, and simply delicious. Pesto Pasta with Burrata -- Another favorite. The pesto had great flavor without that overly strong basil punch some places have. Adding burrata made it even better. Cheese Ravioli with Sage Butter -- Soft ravioli with a nicely filled center, paired with a sage butter sauce that was subtle rather than overpowering. Too much sage can ruin a dish for me, so this balance was perfect. A quick heads-up: this isn't a full-service restaurant. You order at the kiosk/front counter, grab your own utensils, napkins, and water, pick up your food when it's ready, and bus your own table afterward. We didn't mind the self-service setup at all--the food more than made up for it. We'll definitely be back

Best Fresh Pasta…read more This review is based on the products-- we've been going to the farmer's market and always find ourselves visiting the La Pasta stand every time. The ladies at the stand are always very friendly and helpful in their suggestions (such as which type of sauce to pair with the pasta, or the flavor of the pasta or ravioli filling). Thus far, we've gotten the egg bucatini, the red pepper bucatini, the seasonal gnocchi, and the dreamy garlic spread. Generally, I'm not a big fan of fresh pasta, because many times, I feel it gets too mushy (or perhaps it is the quality of the pasta). La Pasta fresh pasta has never been mushy; it has that imperative al dente bite-- a clear sign of good quality pasta. The gnocchi is flavorful and pairs well with the dreamy garlic spread. Looking forward to trying the pumpkin ravioli later in the week. The price is comparable to the fresh pasta you would find at a specialty store, like Whole Foods, Metropolitan Market, or PCC Markets-- however, La Pasta's quality is far superior. La Pasta products are worth the price. We look forward to trying any new products, as well as upcoming seasonals. We also hope that they may have a brick and mortar store in the future on the Eastside for the farmer's market offseason.

DUE' CUCINA @ TOTEM LAKE…read more Parking is available on the street, and there are usually a few spots right in front of the restaurant if you're lucky enough to grab one. You can also park in the larger Totem Lake shopping area near Trader Joe's and the surrounding shops, where there is typically plenty of parking available. Unless you're visiting on a busy weekend, finding a spot usually is not much of an issue. I've actually been to their Redmond location before, so I already had a good idea of what to expect. The ordering process is very customizable, allowing you to choose your noodles, sauce, toppings, and other add ons. It's a great option if you're a picky eater or simply want to try something different and create a meal that fits your preferences. I always order the pesto pasta because their pesto sauce is absolutely delicious. The ingredients taste fresh, and the portions are satisfying without feeling too heavy. The staff was very friendly during my visit, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. This is definitely more of a casual grab and go type of restaurant. You clean up after yourself, and the service is quick, making it a great choice for a lunch break or a casual meal with a friend. Overall, it's a simple, convenient spot with good food and plenty of customization options

This pasta lab located at Totem Lake is serving up fresh made pasta and sauces. You pick the pasta…read moreshape of your liking and then choose the sauce you want the pasta to be cooked in. A simple concept that seems to work, and seems to attract a lot of customers. We were a party of 4 and we each picked our own pasta meal. For starters, we shared the burrata salad. It had fresh basil, pesto, fine nuts, and of course, the creamy burrata on top of fresh mixed greens. The flavors were just jiving together and I wish I could have it every day. For my main, I had the short rib ragu with fettuccine. The sauce was deep in flavor. The short rib ragu paired well with the al dente fettuccine. Each pasta is served with a garlic focaccia bread. The restaurant's ambiance is casual and yet the food being served up in the kitchen is elevated for a fast casual establishment. It's a shame that only locations are based in Seattle, Washington area. Although, they may have opened a new location in TX. At any rate, Dué Cucina is doin something right.

It was a short drive from Maple Valley. Easy to find parking nearby. We were early for our reservation, but they warmly welcomed us and seated us right away. Very intimate dining room with seating for around 35 people max. Nice red cloth table cloths. Our waiter was Luis. He has been working for this Restaurant for eight years now he shared and did an outstanding job. He recommended antipasti starter platter that was delicious. Are entrées were perfectly prepared. Fresh vegetables, and seafood in both dishes. Our server constantly monitored our table for water, glass refills, and removed any empty plates we had. He suggested several things to cap off the evening and we ended up getting the tiramisu. Absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend this if you're looking for great authentic Italian cuisine in the Maple Valley/Issaquah area.
