The young guy lead me to believe the business would be solid and work seemed great but I recently…read morerealized my phone screen is coming off and after learning more about phone screen repair I noticed there was no adhesive where it should be , the bottom screws by the lightning port one was loose and the front camera was left uncleaned after paying 125$ ,of course I left happy the day I payed for my phone screen to get fixed and it was in tact. But slowly realized it to late , it is awful . I should have just signed up for a new phone and switched carriers or go direct to apple cuz they're professional. After speaking to an older gentleman(I believe is the owner) over the phone and losing my mind about how angry I am at how little they offer to help especially after trying to clarify there's nothing they can do after 7 days then 14 then a month and kept changing up what he said . He will not sell you a phone that he thinks is garbage just to make a sale. This store is also a service center. When I broke my phone he was able to fix it in a matter of minutes. He has a great rapport with his customers and many are willing to travel a distance just to have Michael take care of them. I will definitely be visiting this store again as the need arrises.

I upgraded our phones to smartphones and updated my service plan for my wife and I. My bill came out to be over $1100!! I experienced problems with my new Nextel 8350i and another phone was ordered as a replacement by World Wide Wireless at my request. I was charged over $500 for it on top of the original charges. I also incurred erroneous other charges that I should not have been charged since I've been a customer of Nextel for over 8 years according to the current owner. A credit was issued on my next months statement, but not for even half of the incorrect charges. I have upgraded phones multiple times over the years and have never had a problem or seen a bill this extreme. I personally delivered and reviewed my bills with the current owner weeks ago and there is still no resolution. I would certainly think twice before visiting this location.

Not here! They helped me get my cell phone turned on with a less expensive service that suited my needs. They were honest with the quality of their clothing with other customers and incredibly friendly. Usually, the Austin area has a bad reputation when it comes to customer service. These gentlemen defy that stereotype. Go here for cell phone service, affordable authentic perfume, and great conversation.
