    I visited this location on Friday, 04/17/26, at approximately 6:00 p.m. to upgrade my phone and…read morefollowed the check-in process, selecting "upgrade phone." I received a text at 6:04 p.m. confirming I was checked in. The only time I was spoken to was when I first walked in and was told to check in. After that, I waited an hour if not more with no acknowledgment or updates. At the beginning, there were three employees on the floor, including someone I believe was the manager. During my wait, one employee left for the day, and two additional employees returned from I assume their break. Shortly after, those two employees went to the back with the believed manager for about 20 minutes, leaving only one employee to assist customers. It is unprofessional to leave one employee on the floor while multiple customers are waiting and three employees are in the back. I was not helped until around 7:00 p.m. or later, only to be told the phone I wanted was out of stock and would need to be ordered. This is not an inventory issue it is a lack of professionalism and communication. If customers are asked the reason for their visit at check-in, there should be protocols to manage wait times and expectations. A simple update would have save me time and the employee time. I have never experienced this at any location ,and my family and I have been AT&T customers since the Cingular days. So, this experience was very disappointing. The staff did seem friendly but the overall customer service and communication was subpar.

We (my sisters and I) wanted to see if he was gonna talk us into something better as my sister was unhappy with her phone and service and bill bc of the fact that when she opened her account they gave her one price and it was higher then what she was told. We wanted to see if he would have had some kind of knowledge of an offer for us three. But nothing. He heard my sisters story looked to see what she was having phone issues. He did check her settings but my sister realized he wasn't as knowledgeable and so she said to his face she was just gonna go back to Criket, Boost or Verizon bc Verizon never gave her issues - and her saying that Mohammad was just like ok without even trying to maybe see if we can stay so that made us three decide we will be canceling AT&T bc they charge soooo sooo much for everything. We didn't get the bundle bc there wasn't no deal offered. Goodbye AT&T see soon Verizon Wireless
