I have been told all of my life that Invisalign was not an option for me and when I went to see Dr. Todd, he told me that I absolutely was and showed me what my teeth would look like after I completed Invisalign, and I was in. My 12-year-old son is also in the process of Invisalign with Dr. Todd. He was seeing a different orthodontist (referred by his dentist) and it was a terrible experience. They had him in brackets, expanders, and he made no progress after almost a year. They told me he was not a candidate for Invisalign. Not only that but they told me that my son was "extremely difficult" and decided to charge me $2600.00 more because of how difficult he was because he is on the spectrum and is very sensitive. I brought him in to see Dr. Todd and within an hour, he told me that he absolutely could do Invisalign, and it would cost me about $3500.00 less that his previous ortho. I brought my son to his first appointment and Dr. Todd brought me to tears because he was so kind and patient with my son and never made me or him feel that he was difficult or any different that any other kid. My son has been in his Invisalign for 6 months and his teeth have completely changed. The Invisalign also made room for the rest of his teeth to come down without all of the expanders, etc. And my son loves it because he can still eat the foods he wants. I would recommend anyone and everyone that needs orthodontic work to see Dr. Todd. This guy is a true professional, kind, upfront and honest, and wants what is best for his patients. I've never had any orthodontic work done before but was tired of my very gappy teeth and having to floss every time I ate. Dr Nelson and his entire team were so kind and pleasant to work with. The decision was clear, and nephew had great outcome and a price better than the competition. When I got remedial braces in 2018 (wear your retainers, kids!!), Dr Yorita fixed my bottom teeth in a year and made retainers both top and bottom teeth. It's somewhat subtle that you do not notice at first, until you insist on what you want or don't want, and they find a way to make you pay for it. I went for a "complimentary" orthodontic evaluation because they were running a promotion. On my first visit, they coerced me into doing a new patient evaluation, making them my official dentist since I didn't have a dentist at the time. It was quite unsettling but seemed harmless since they managed to convince me to come for a second and third visit to continue the evaluation they apparently still hadn't completed. Dr Vanama somehow managed to convince me to remove all my wisdom teeth which are totally healthy, even though I really didn't want to, telling that it was the only way to fix my open bite. The next day after I paid, I called the office to withdraw from the treatment plan, they didn't answer. Then I dropped a message that wasn't responded to. I finally reached them and they said "they'd already ordered my aligners, they didn't know what it would cost them to withdraw the order and I would be responsible for whatever the cost was". I felt this was extremely unprofessional as my concerns wasn't a priority at all to them, they only cared about the money. Both the attendant and Dr. Vanama were extremely rude about their approach. One would've expected that the doctor be more professional but she was way worse, dropping the call on me and insisting that I paid the "lab fee" of $200 and she made sure she collected the money for a service I did not receive, on a "complimentary consultation". I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! The next day, the started calling me that the fee was $1800
