What a wonderful doctor and staff…read more I registered today as a new patient and from the time I walked in filled out the paper work seen the doctor and left was a total of 25 mins. I was impressed with the staff...that's so hard to find now a days. Dr. Smith came in and was very nice, listened to me and was very helpful and happily answered all my questions. He was very easy to talk to. I'm switching my kids in 2 weeks and I will review that as well. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I've been trying to get a preauthorization for a medication, a medication he is aware that I was taking and one that is visible on my chart from my last physician but won't do it without seeing me. I work M-Fri and I'm only off on weekends, I unfortunately don't have enough time banked to take time out from my day for a visit. And the staff doesn't understand that I work 25 minutes away from town so I wouldn't be able to make it in prior to them closing for the day. He was a nice man but I've now been without this medication for two weeks so I have to seek out another physician that has a better staff who is more helpful.

She is very thorough and she takes the time to listen to you. I have been going to Dr. Baba now for many years and she has treated both my son's and my husband as well. First visit, fyi, they tell you to come in and fill out papers and bring your insurance card before they schedule you. They can't verify your insurance over the phone or use email. My appointment for May was rescheduled without my confirmation that the time would work for a month further out due to provider being gone that day. A sick day understandable ok. I found this out when I called for my phone appointment: So I called into the office on the day it was rescheduled for a phone appointment due to Covid precautions (June 2022...?) and held for 20 min til they told me they would have the dr call me there is one patient in front of me. They run behind on phone call visits? You don't even have to turn over rooms or wait on people.. anyway. I never received a call back - I even double checked the first go round they had my correct phone number. I waited patiently to try to call them again to see what happened but they didn't answer the phone. This office has no voicemail available or answering service. I tried to call again yesterday and again got the error that their voicemail box was full. Hmmm. Something very odd going on here I've never heard of such a poorly managed practice since I haven't been able to see in person. I hope they get it together I can't imagine they have any happy patients if this is how it is for everyone. Looks like other reviews had similar issues.

Patience is necessary, but once contact is made, his manner of patient care may be different, but it is above reproach. His goal is to treat the patient without wasting valuable time on everyone's part. The front desk lady, Cammie, should be recognized for her prompt attention to solving any issues that may arise. No matter the problem, she always has a wonderful smile on her face as she helps everyone with true compassion. I personally feel I have made the correct choice with this office to be trusted with my family's health care.

Someone called me from Dr Patel office called from an unknown number Dipak Vora. That in itself is a problem because of the high volume of robo calls that I get. I answered the phone and said hello. A female voice said are you trying to make a D.R appointment. This wet sock doesn't even know who she is talking to. She was very rude and unprofessional. First of all when you call someone home after business hours you apologize and then say who you are and who you're calling for and why you are calling you Ignoramus. She had a very masculine tone of voice and she said I don't have a name all I have is a phone number and a date of birth. They must hire their office staff off of Craigslist. I would make sure I have the correct information before I called a patient. I couldn't take any more of her pea brain so I hung up the phone. I'll find another provider.
