I've been trying to get a preauthorization for a medication, a medication he is aware that I was taking and one that is visible on my chart from my last physician but won't do it without seeing me. I work M-Fri and I'm only off on weekends, I unfortunately don't have enough time banked to take time out from my day for a visit. And the staff doesn't understand that I work 25 minutes away from town so I wouldn't be able to make it in prior to them closing for the day. He was a nice man but I've now been without this medication for two weeks so I have to seek out another physician that has a better staff who is more helpful.

She is very thorough and she takes the time to listen to you. I have been going to Dr. Baba now for many years and she has treated both my son's and my husband as well. You just need to be patient with everyone of her staff because everyone in that office cares about the patients.
