Dealing with a quick and unexpected advanced cancer diagnosis, we had to act quickly in selecting a hospice provider. My sister and I researched all of the local companies and after interviewing several providers, Lilebeth's attentiveness, knowledge, personality, responsiveness, compassion, and mission stood out to us immediately. We were a bit under the gun to prep things at home, and she sprung into action relying on her excellent relationships with her transport and equipment providers, and we were set up within 2 hours from the time we hired her. My 1st impression was 5 nurses at their station when i came in and no doctors ( Tuesday 3pm) ?? Brother and i talk for bit then i decided he would get better care and pt in his home . After a brief can't go till we are going now get the paper work started conversation. More CYA . You should of seen the change in his mood after he was home . Great job i would of died in that place.
