Dealing with a quick and unexpected advanced cancer diagnosis, we had to act quickly in selecting a hospice provider. My sister and I researched all of the local companies and after interviewing several providers, Lilebeth's attentiveness, knowledge, personality, responsiveness, compassion, and mission stood out to us immediately. We were a bit under the gun to prep things at home, and she sprung into action relying on her excellent relationships with her transport and equipment providers, and we were set up within 2 hours from the time we hired her. One night my father took a turn for the worse and I was crying and called Lilybeth for help and she responded with, "I will be right there!" and she was! Each aspect of this organization is tailored to your needs. They all work together: the RN's, Lilybeth, the daily caregiving and the ministers who come to minister to any faith. Their wholistic approach left no gaps. And on they day my father passed, Lilybeth's organization worked together from cleaning and preparing him, to organizing the mortuary. A few years ago, I was a charge nurse here as Mrs. Samuel David Esquivel, Salvador's daughter in law. I don't believe in step for step children or in law for married to biological children. We all need to learn to love each other as humans no matter what we call ourselves. One human race. I did not choose to be born or the color of my skin. This place is great. All my nurse aides were efficient and knowledgeable. I only had one that could not do her job because she was a Marijuana smoker. The others had to do their job and hers too and I did too. They refused to fire her. Also, one nurse aide shined a Lazer light into my eyes. I was wearing contact lenses and with my nearsightedness it could have blinded me quickly. The night crew slept on the job. That could have made for a disaster. Since that time, I have kept up. This place seems to have improved. Please be kind to each other my American friends. My 1st impression was 5 nurses at their station when i came in and no doctors ( Tuesday 3pm) ?? Brother and i talk for bit then i decided he would get better care and pt in his home . After a brief can't go till we are going now get the paper work started conversation. More CYA . You should of seen the change in his mood after he was home . Great job i would of died in that place. Thanks for getting me back home now i can get better. No rating from me But no stars from him. I got a call from the the next day with questions about who did i talk to at va to wher he was seemed to be concerned more him after he left than before !! . Any why he is safe now. Judge for yourself but from my experience of 3 hours don't go there.
