We all need to learn to love each other as humans no matter what we call ourselves. One human race. I did not choose to be born or the color of my skin. This place is great. All my nurse aides were efficient and knowledgeable. I only had one that could not do her job because she was a Marijuana smoker. The others had to do their job and hers too and I did too. They refused to fire her. Also, one nurse aide shined a Lazer light into my eyes. I was wearing contact lenses and with my nearsightedness it could have blinded me quickly. The night crew slept on the job. That could have made for a disaster. Since that time, I have kept up. This place seems to have improved. Please be kind to each other my American friends. I was impressed with the staff...that's so hard to find now a days. Dr. Smith came in and was very nice, listened to me and was very helpful and happily answered all my questions. He was very easy to talk to. I'm switching my kids in 2 weeks and I will review that as well. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I work M-Fri and I'm only off on weekends, I unfortunately don't have enough time banked to take time out from my day for a visit. And the staff doesn't understand that I work 25 minutes away from town so I wouldn't be able to make it in prior to them closing for the day. It took the team 3 full days to complete any type of assessment on my mom and create a plan for her. It took another 4 days to get her a fully functional bed with rails and the proper mattress that prevented bed sores. I know things take time, but not that much time, especially for something like a bed. -Awareness of process. We had a handful of things pop up that no one seemed to know who to go to for what. Things eventually got figured out but we had to be on it every day and follow up. I think if we hadn't, things would have slipped through the cracks. What was a pleasant surprise: -Staff. We were blessed to have my mom surrounded by a lot of experienced, patient, thoughtful staff members. Virginia, Stephanie, Elizabeth, Bridgette, Kassandra, and many others went above and beyond to help when they could, even though they were often out numbered and had patients that needed them. -Rebecca, our case manager, was an angel. She was always there for us with our various insurance, medication, and logistical challenges and she never gave up until a problem was solved. She was extremely supportive and patient through the whole process. I'm so thankful l for her! As long as your loved one has someone to help advocate for them and be physically present to push care forward, this is a decent option for short term stays.

I was told--both verbally and in writing--that my insurance would cover 60% and 40% of the total cost of a crown and mouth guard, and I was required to pay the full $3,596.25 upfront based on that representation. This was false. My insurance ultimately covered only $279.64. After receiving my Explanation of Benefits, I contacted both the dental office and my insurance. My insurer confirmed that the office had been clearly told on the date of service that coverage applied only to the allowed amount, not the total billed amount. This critical information was never disclosed to me. I agreed to treatment solely because I was assured I would be reimbursed a specific percentage of the full cost. Since then, the office has provided inconsistent explanations, denied statements that were later proven untrue, and has not contacted my insurance again despite repeatedly claiming they were "working on it." I also requested a copy of the document I signed showing the quoted coverage, and the office failed to provide it. I have repeatedly asked to speak with the dentist or owner regarding this issue, and each time I have been told I am not allowed to speak with anyone except Ruby at the front desk. This refusal to escalate concerns or allow communication with management is unacceptable. I believe I was induced into unnecessary and costly treatment based on inaccurate and misleading information. The lack of disclosure, refusal to correct the issue, and ongoing evasiveness demonstrate a serious disregard for patient rights. I cannot recommend this office to anyone seeking honest or transparent dental care.
