I came in with lower back pain and stiffness, and after having my spinal cord activated through the elevation table, along with some adjustments on both my right and left sides of my back and hip I was completely aligned and walking upright! Bottom line up front. I have seen many chiropractors in my life due to chronic back and neck pain, and Stine Chiropractic is the BEST one I have seen so far. I was seen by Dr. Stine and Dr. Cruz for at least three times each, and both doctors are really good at what they do. They are both very professional, yet casual and laid back. It is common for Dr. Stine and Dr. Cruz to strike a regular conversation, while taking care of your injuries. They have super friendly staff as well. Their office also offer therapeutic massages and their professional masseuses have the magic touch. Coupled with joint adjustments from the doctors, I definitely feel the difference (in a good way) from the first time I saw them, up to now. I would like to do a shout out to Stine Chiropractic on Main Street in Hesperia. I severely injured my back in 1993 and have had to seek out chiropractic treatment over the years. I have been through a lot of chiropractors over the years and can consider myself as a self-appointed expert on chiropractors. I was re-injured in an automobile accident on Halloween Evening of 2023 and am now under weekly chiropractic care since the accident. I was having strange un-before symptoms and was wandering through chiropractors looking for answers. Three months later, on the 7th of February I wandered into Stine Chiropractic and in a few days the problem was found and treated. It is so nice to no longer be suffering from those horrid symptoms. I definitely have to do a shout out to Dr Mark; he is undoubtedly one of the finest chiropractors I have ever met. The office staff, Kati & Kennedy, are great as well. I was in town visiting a friend who had an appointment for a chiropractic visit at Stine Chiropractic. I had mentioned I've had a horrible achey feeling in my neck so she insisted I made an appointment to go with her. I was a little hesitant because I've been to a chiropractor before that I wasn't too happy with BUT I am SO happy I went to Stine Chiropractic! I really want to like this place but I have a few concerns. To begin the medical assistant appeared not to have much knowledge in TENS machines. She turned up the machine very quickly and said tell me to "stop when you think it's helping". For those that don't know it quickly contracts muscles to help with pain and when it's too high your muscles cramp and it causes pain. She turned it way to quickly and I cramped up immediately. Also they don't change the electric pads between patients. This is the first time I'd seen a clinic do this and they justify it by wiping it down with alcohol between uses. But that affects the adhesiveness. One of my pads didn't stick fully and as a result shocked me. The med assistant didn't understand why I was shocked so I had to explain that too. Lastly the chiropractor is very nice but wanted to have a conversation as he was manipulating. For me this is challenging because I need to fully relax during manipulations or it hurts more. I'll give this place another try but i guess it's important to tell the clinic exactly what you need and have some experience with chiropractors. read more

I have been seeing Dr Stine for many years now. What a compassionate and caring individual. His staff is professional and equally compassionate. When my back goes out or needs an adjustment it's no joke, I need intervention. Whether I see him or one of his other Doctors I get the same treatment, the same compassion.
