Madra responded quickly and I was able to book a massage right away. I popped into a Lyft ride, which was very easy in Barstow btw. I had selected a Deep Tissue massage but quicly realized I'm too much of a wimp, and requested Swedish instead after a few minutes. Madra was extremely accommodating and understanding, while also explaining the possible benefits of each type of massage. Madra is currently working out of her home studio, which was a completely professional setting and typical massage therapy room. She also includes a bottle of water in the massage fee, which was thoughtful. I'm very grateful to Madra for sharing her skill and helping me feel so much better during a stressful time!

I had an appointment at Stine chiropractic in Barstow California on Monday at 9 AM. I was examined by Dr. Cruz. I was then given therapy. The therapy was sub standard and I was scheduled to come back today Thursday for a massage. when I go to the office they said I didn't have an appointment for a massage our system is messed up. I use the ADA access bus for transportation and was scheduled to be picked up at 10:30 AM. However when I approached for my appointment I was told I didn't have an appointment for a massage being in extreme pain I began crying because I could not believe what they were telling me. I was mad and they were playing games with my life. They had no regards for my life or pain.I am not stupid they over booked and I was out cause they hadn't got my insurance info yet and I was paying cash. I was asked to leave the office cause I was speaking truth and they couldn't handle it. The Office manager Kim asked me to sit outside in a chair in severely cold outside weather and the coldness but my pain could not handle it. I was waiting for the ADA bus to pick me up again and take me home. The office manager Kim asking me to sit outside In the cold demonstrates her professionalism and care for me as a patient. I asked for Rose and Kim last names and I was told because of HIPPA I could not have their last name. When my bus arrived I left the office to get on the bus. Kim came out of the office following behind me to lock me out of the office making rude comments. All I wanted was pain relief and I believed I was going to get it.
