Our dining experience was fabulous due to the excellent service by Allena. There was a little trouble ordering a bottle of wine (several bottles we selected were no longer available), but Allena was a consummate professional and worked to make sure we were ultimately happy. She was cheerful, constantly checking back with us as we ordered several courses. The food was great, especially all the crab appetizers: crab guacamole, crab cakes, and crab-topped fries. Entrees of stuffed cod and scallops were delicious. Also managed to try all three desserts and the Key Lime pie is as good as you can get in the Keys - meringue and all. read more

We arrived at Disney Springs and were headed to a different seefood restaurant when I decided to give Paddlefish a try. As my husband and son took a look at the menu they have outside, there was something that caught their eye: Lobster roll Needless to say We went in, no wait, beautiful place overlooking the bay. Our waitress: Shelby was very attentive, she welcomed us gracefully, the first thing she asked was if any of us had any allergies, Wow...never been asked this before! She asked what we wanted to drink., mentioned we could use our Disney discount for being a annual pass holder as well. We ordered calamari as appetizer (my son's favorite) it was delicious My husband and son wanted the Lobster Roll but noticed it had celery, well Shelby says- that's OK because we prepare everything fresh and the moment it's ordered I will tell them NO celery., and she did. I tried it and you can tell is fresh, very good and accompanied by a basket of fries (not any fries, these are special) well I ordered fish tacos, the fish was blackened and had a mango-papaya sauce over a bed of coleslaw- WOW! This place was really nice for the scenery if you sit outside and on the upper deck area. I ordered the basic fried shrimp and my significant other ordered the stuffed cod. Both entrees were good and we enjoyed sitting on the upper deck for dinner. read more

We made a reservation 1 month prior due to limited capacity during covid. We got there 15 minutes before our reservation and were told to sit until our reservation time. As we were waiting we noticed about 15-20 parties get seated before us. One party asked for a table 1 hour before their reservation and were seated immediately. I complained to the manager and was blown off. Don't know her name but she had green eyes. She was rude and gave one answer responses. We felt the restaurant prioritized walk-ins. So, if you like to prepare and make reservations, do NOT eat here. You will not be prioritized. Also, the ribeye was $48 with the worst potatoes I've ever had (doesn't come with another side). The ribeye itself was under seasoned. I asked for medium rare and got it rare. Will not eat here again. read more

I was really looking forward to trying this place for dinner. We were highly disappointed with both of our meals. Their reduced menu didn't have a lot to offer. No complimentary bread and barely a hello from the wait staff. The crab cake was dry and odd tasting. My husband had the filet and it was burnt. Will never go back to this restaurant. We had a rough start with the receptionist who was not equipped to provide customer service and is hopefully getting help. Spoke with JT and Stephanie who offered options and set us up at the rooftop bar. After that it was all an excellent experience. The bar tender and our server were all awesome. Calamari were rock hard, steak skewer appetizers we had were tough and cold. Do not sit on the top floor because food takes forever to come up and everything is cold. Food comes from the second floor so try and sit close to their. Wedge salad was drenched in dressing and everything was over priced. Fulton's is dead. Some menu items return but this staff is worse. Our first visit after the reno we go all out with lobster guac and 4 Alaskan broils -$70 per plate. Crab was good but you get one of each, king and queen, not worth the price. We did not see a manager in site and expected at least a checkin given we spent over $500 for 4 PLp, no dining plan. No towels in rest rooms, cannot clean hands and mouth with a blow dryer after crabs. After dinner, we tried to go rooftop for drinks and dessert planning to drop another $150, could not get service and staff could not control the crowd. Small groups of 3 took up all the larger 8 person spots and you were not allowed to pull tables of 2 together. Absolutely disappointing. Bad investment Disney. We had dinner at the Paddlefish for the 2nd time this year. I had a bunch of money on my Levy account which I had planned to use to go to Wolfgang Puck's restaurant at Disney Springs. Sadly, it is no more. Paddlefish participates in Magical Dining, a program which allows local residents to experience premium dining opportunities at a great value, and generate money for deserving local charities. Three course meals are $35. The meals we had were excellent. We started with the clam chowder, which was some of best we had ever eaten. We had the flounder which was 2 filets in a great sauce over fantastic mashed potatoes. We also had the shrimp and grits, which was equally as good! They gave us so much food we took home desert, 2 pieces of carrot cake. We were so impressed that we plan to return before Magical Dining ends in October, maybe for my birthday.. read more

OMGGG! 4th day after grand opening, fantastic! Renovation is superb, the new color pallet is very elegant. Greeted by friendly staff, brought to our waterview table. Server Nick from SI, NY was fabulous, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, gave great recommendations & it was fun to find someone from home to chit chat with. My wife and I really enjoyed our dining experience, we started with the Lobster corn dogs, the sauce is off the chain good, then we both had a half wedge salad, the for the main course she had the Snow Crab boil and I had the Salmon. I can't honestly give this a 1. But I can honestly say that if you are anywhere near Disney, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR CREDITS HERE. The Fulton Crab House this is not. Appetizer was ok. Wife enjoyed the crab cake, I was not a fan. However sauce and fried green tomato underneath were fine. 20 min to wait for app though in a half filled dining room is a bit much. Wife had a salad with chicken for dinner which she sad was juicy and ok. I went with the market catch, which was supposed to be a mild white fish. Here is the basic fact...if you cook fish too long...its not good. Overdone and tough. The crab rice underneath was solid, but the cold julienned vegetables over soaked in vinegarette on top of the fish had to be a legitimate joke and crime against cooking. Is the food edible...yes. Was service ok? Yes. Is it worth the price point and time spent...absolutely not. And on top of it, I think I could of had better fish going to Friday's down the block than this place. Here's some advice. If you want to be a fish place at Disney, go back to the drawing board, find a chef who can cook a piece of fish, and try again after spending that much money on a new restaurant. read more

As a vegan Disney can be a nightmare for food. As some one who LOVES food ,Disney can be a nightmare for food in general but holy Hannah did this place blow me away. I had the Roots and Shoots. A huge hunk of Tofu that had some nice char on it, seasonal veggies in a slightly spicy, curry coconut sauce. I hate tofu, as a Vegan that makes life really hard, and sometimes when there is no there option I have to suck it up. Im glad I did, the tofu had flavor and because of the char a decent amount of varying texture. The veggies included Asparagus, Cauliflower, Mushrooms and Green Beans. The Cauliflower was underdone, definitely still very crunchy but it was seasoned properly. Everything else was cooked to perfection. I just wish I had 6-8 mushrooms instead of 3 small caps. The decor is gorgeous, its clean and the staff was bubbly, kind and attentive. The view from the top floor window seat was lovely and the cocktail I had, The sangria, which was on part wine and one part Bourbon, did the trick. My only complaint with the staff.. she didn't know what vegan was. This probably isn't totally her fault. I blame management. GUYS ITS 2017. Have a meeting with your staff, if you offer GF and Vegetarian, Vegan needs to be on that list. Disney is known for accommodating guests with dietary restrictions. She asked about allergies, I said I was vegan and she said "oh well that's not an allergy right? " but wait what is it?" To me its an allergy or let say should be treated as such. End rant. I had an excellent meal at Paddlefish. I had a garden salad with a delicious vinaigrette, the crispy shrimp, and white wine sangria. The waiter was friendly and attentive and the food was served quickly. I was taken aback by where I was eventually seated. I could see where most diners were seated in very comfortable and attractive areas but I was brought to the top "deck" and seated in an uncomfortable, unattractive bar area. I mentioned to the hostess that I felt like I was relegated to this "out of the way" area. It was insulting and disappointing. I had already been forgotten and had to remind the hostess that I was still waiting to be seated (as I watched party after party get seated immediately) and, then, to not even be seated in a regular dining area, despite having a reservation, was adding insult to injury. As I passed what I would consider a "regular" dining area, there were many empty tables. I'm not sure why I was not treated as other guests but I'm guessing because I was eating alone? The music was very loud and eventually a large group came in to drink, and it felt very awkward being the only diner having a meal. This would've been 5 stars because of the meal and waiter, but I'd never go back because of the other issues. read more

We recently had some cocktails at Paddlefish and it was great. I'd recommend going at sunset as it's pretty amazing to watch the sun go down from their rooftop deck. Once the sun goes down, the string lights come on and it's a great spot to watch the world go by. Look for Stephanie (a blonde server) - she's a gem!! Super friendly, on her toes (you don't have to look for her, she gets to you first when you're ready for another drink) and wonderful to banter with. We always look for her when we go there. read more

Just had my first experience at paddlefish! Totally loved it. My mom said she wanted seafood so we picked here based on the menu. We had an order of the clams each, scallops, and the king/snow crab boil. The clams were AMAZING, perfect white wine garlic sauce. Mom adored the grilled scallops with the Brussels sprouts and trust me when I say she's a bit of a snob on both accounts. I'm a huge fan of crab legs and normally find boils a bit of a bore, but this was the best I ever had. Amazing flavor, huge portions, and crab fell right out of the shell. I was so happy! Drinks are also great (I had the sangria with bourbon and peach liquor) and a great size for value. Our server was Angie and she was so sweet and efficient! She really helped me decide between the different options for the crab legs and I was so happy with the results. Totally recommend this place, and be sure to ask for Angie! read more

The food is absolutely amazing. The drinks are absolutely amazing. The service is absolutely amazing! The only issue I can see is some other patrons were unhappy with wait times even with reservations and timeliness of the food delivery. But they were also large parties. If you have time to spare and aren't in a rush to get to things before they close in Disney Springs I highly recommend this restaurant. Special shout out to our waitress Christina V!!! Not a fan. The food was mediocre at best but it was the staff the pushed my decision on the 2 stars. My daughter tried the restaurant a few months ago and loved the outdoor seating and had a good wait staff. My husband and I have tried twice and both times felt like we were out of place because the staff was rude and the food not worth the calories, our time, or the cost of the meal. Were we not dressed appropriately or speak correctly? An example (we laughed so it was all good but disappointing), the server sets down our food, we wait for everyone to receive their entree, the waitress stops by and asks how it looks, we are ready to eat and my daughter asks for Parmesan cheese and so does another person at the table. She stands there and asks again how it looks. She would not respond to us until we answered her question. We said it looked good, could we please have some cheese. After she left, we joked and said it looked cheeseless! We make a choice when we dine out and this one has dropped from our list. There are too many nice restaurants with good food and good staff to waist money and time being looked down upon. read more

Terrible service - we had a reservation and it still took over 30 minutes to seat us. On top of that, our first round of drinks did not come for another 30-45 minutes. Food also took a while and taste was just ok. Definitely not the best experience from an out of town guest. read more

Ansolutely delicious! I decided to have my 30th birthday dinner here and it was an amazing choice! The food was great, the service was great and the are handling the pandemic wonderfully even a year later! The cod with cornbread and shrimp and scallop stuffing is delicious! We also split the ceviche, lobster corn dogs, crab fries, and caprese salad are all amazing and you can't go wrong with either!
