    Regional Curry Tasting

The restaurant theme is exploration and had artwork from around the world. Being able to sample a variety of flavors with the bread service and the curry tasting was a cool experience. We were able to request adding chicken to our curry tasting as well! The vegetables in the land salad tasted very fresh. It was pretty empty when we went on a weekday in the afternoon. Employees checked on us many times.

Hopefully I don't sound like a jerk for why I docked a star - more to come. We were visiting the park & wanted to have a sit down meal. Tiffins had the shortest wait time, so I got us on the wait list. The hosts & staff were AMAZING! The building is beautiful. The cauliflower appetizer came first, outstanding. Drinks next, amazing. The mains are where I deducted a star. Extremely small portions, sure. But some of the flavor combinations were just weird. We got the curry tour & 2 of the 3 were not good. They just tasted weird. So, took off a star for the flavor. And it was wildly expensive for a side of scallops too.

Took advantage of a Passholder deal and dined as a 2 top on a Tuesday. We first stopped into the adjacent bar for a libation while we waited for our 4pm seating. There are two themed dining rooms, either of which you pass a board full of photos that imagineers used as their inspiration for Animal Kingdom. Though it is a higher end restaurant it is still Disney, which allows casual attire. Alex was our waiter who was extremely attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about all Tiffins. Their mission statement along with every spice and ingredient in meal preparation. We started with fried cauliflower and onto Pork duo (pork chop and shredded) and filet. We followed the chefs advice for accompanied wine choices. Everything was fresh, delicious and cooked to order. We did manage to save some room for the pot de creme with a giraffe inspired cookie (yummy). Enjoy!

Excellent food, services, and amazing dining room filled with art displays . Taking one star off for the price. The hostess was super nice to lead us into the reception desk. And the receptionist gave us a bit history about the room and arts display in the room. Our waiter, John, was excellent. Walked us through all dishes on the menu. I went for the whole fried fish, older kid got the pork chop, and the younger one got the burger. We got the signature bread to start with and a cauliflower as the addition. We loved everything except the cauliflower which with excessive breading. May come back again to enjoy.

Absolutely recommend this restaurant the food is flavorful and the service is great. There's a lot of storytelling that goes behind everything here from the decor to the food. We got pork belly bao buns as apps and they were tasty. I got the lamu alcohol drink and it had a floater on it. I got the tiffins burger and it was like no other burger I've had, mind you I always order a burger. The burger came with the crispiest waffle fries. My husband ordered the butter chicken, it had so much flavor and so did the samosa it came with. The chocolate pudding creme was okay and the flan was great. 18% tip is included. At the end of your service you get a painted sketch that has a story behind it. Theres 16 to collect. I can't wait to go back.

Again, our food and service was top notch! We were treated to a special dining room, the Trek room, with a special Asian design by Joe Rohde. Very cool art hanging on all the walls from all over Asia. Our server, Christopher, who was considered the best in the restaurant, did not disappoint in entertaining while providing amazing service. He was funny and great with the kids in the dining room. He provided great animal trivia for the kids between visits to all the tables. Can't say enough about his hospitality. Thank you so much! Tried the whole fried fish, sea bass, and it was even better this time swapping noodles for rice. My hubby enjoyed the seared tuna with dumpling so much, I didn't even have time to take a pic lol.

Was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint after a long first half at Disney. I was solo so I only got two appetizers. The cauliflower and Bao buns. Both were packed with flavor and came out very hot and fresh. It was nice to sit down in a nice restaurant to give myself a little break. The customer service was fantastic and I really enjoyed my meal. My server even made a little siracha Mayo for me because I like sauce. I had plenty left over and just snacked on it the rest of the day while I waited in lines, etc. It was really lovely.

The best restaurant in Walt DIsney World and we ate at all the top restaurants in the parks. What caught me off guard was the ambiance. It was phenomenal. I loved how quoted and upscale it was inside. It really took you out of the hustle and bustle of the parks. It was what I was hoping for and why I made reservations at a sit down restaurant at each park. I have to address the price. It's expensive. This was a once in a lifetime trip so we budgeted it in, but it still caught us off guard when we saw the menu. I had planned on eating a heavy lunch and just getting the bread service soup, salad, another appetizer and dessert here, but we were so busy in the park and had a heavy breakfast that we missed lunch and was ready for a dinner. I was afraid if we ordered two entrees and the bread service would be too much seeing the size of the bread service so we ordered one entree and the bread service. We loved Tiffins Signature Bread Service ($20); Thai Red Curry, Milk Bread, Pao De Querjo, Papadam, Coconut Curry Sauce, Java Sauce, Ginger-Pear Chutney. My favorite was the Chutney and the bread it paired with. There was so much bread it was thought to finish, but we did. As an Appetizer we got the Coconut-Ube Cauliflower Soup. Miso Carmel, Roasted Cauliflower and Mushroom, Fried Garlic. I was surprised, it was really good. For the Main Course we got the Surf and Turf ($69) South African Brains-spiced Beef Tenderloin, Seared Scallops, Truffle Polenta, Grilled Vegetables, Dhania Butter, Cola Demi-Glacé. By no means was it a lot of food, remember this is a white table cloth restaurant so servings are tiny, but we made it work. It was delicious if you sopped up the sauce with the steak, other that that the steak wasn't anything special. The Scallops on the other hand were out of this world. They were so good. I'd order a serving t of scallops alone. We passed on dessert as we were full and ended up eating dessert back at the hotel Coronado. Other then the price the place was fabulous. I highly reccomend it as a place to escape from the park. I loved the ambiance. It was the best ambiance out of all the restaurants we ate in. The décor was very pleasant and I liked how quite it was indoors. Not everyone dressed up. I had a blouse on and jeans and my husband had on a button down shirt and slacks. We fit in perfectly. There was a family next to us and their child was well behaved. Not an unpleasant peep. She just enjoyed being able to sit down and enjoy a lovely meal.

Tiffin's burger special (lunch only) did not disappoint! Lived up to the hype. Could do without the Disney price though. Do they know what prices are like outside the bubble?

Really Friendly staff from reception to tables Nice cocktails - got the old fashioned and Annapurna Razz The taste of multiple dishes was good but the quantities were really small We ordered the bread basket mainly to savor the chutneys and sauces - hardly got bread for the table Ordered the cauliflower soup which was excellent The Gobi Manchuria tasted nice but didn't appear freshly cooked - Ordered the butter chicken which was bone in but chicken taste was good The tasting curries came in a really cool stainless steel tiffin box (tiffin dabba Indian style ) - the 3 different curry tastes were good but again super less quantity for a party of 4-5 to try Ordered kids special chicken and rice and mac n cheese The chicken breast was big and a parent has to help the kid to cut the chicken Mac and cheese with a side of watermelon was decent In the heart of Disney if parents want to eat a heavy meal this is not the place - if you have a full stomach and want to try some exquisite cuisine you can come to this place

Tiffins is truly a hidden treasure inside Animal Kingdom so peaceful and elegant that you almost forget you're at a Disney park. The décor is stunning, with travel-inspired art, warm lighting, and a calm atmosphere that feels worlds away from the theme park hustle. Service Our server, Mike, was hands-down the best server I've ever had at a Disney restaurant. Attentive, friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable about the menu he made our dining experience unforgettable. Food Appetizer: The Lobster Mac & Cheese was an indulgent, rich, and creamy dream worth every bite. Entrée: We went for the Burger with Waffle Fries juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Enhancement: The Huancaína Potatoes were a wow moment creamy, zesty, and bursting with flavor. Definitely a must-try side dish. Dessert: Finished with the Chocolate Mousse decadent but light enough to end the meal on a high note.

Tiffins has incredible ambiance and art but the pricing to purchasing power ratio left me a little dissatisfied, even for Disney standards. Their house bread was tasty with a nice yogurt sauce I quite enjoyed. My wife and I split a Lobster Mac and Cheese. This was a rich and decadent dish that is heavy on the white cheese rather than a sharp cheddar. I really enjoyed it. The charred octopus was well seasoned, but the cook varied a bit throughout the dish and I did not really care for the included Mole. We split the surf and turf for our entree. While perfectly cooked steak and scallops soothed our tastebuds, the amount of food for $69 was paltry. I'm glad we order an appetizer with our meal. Our service was great overall, providing plenty of refills and checking in often. I would hesitate to come back however unless there was a tremendous discount on offer. There are just other meal options, even in Animal kingdom that offer better flavors and bang for your buck.

This restaurant is really amazing. They have a lot of original art from one of the imagineers that went to different parts of the world to get our architecture and bring it back to Animal Kingdom to inspire the different cultures from around the world today I got the truffle burger, which was probably one of the best burgers I've had and a very long time it came with truffle fries, as well as a mocktail and for dessert we got the chocolate pudding, which was very rich, but very delicious. The service was very good. The ambience was spectacular with the different African accents throughout the restaurant as well as amazing artifacts, and artwork from imagineer Joe Rohde.

What time do they stop serving their new burger, at lunch time? Is it when lunch ends at 3:30pm? I noticed the burger is not on their physical lunch menu you get at the restaurant.

Got the Vietnamese Shaking Beef, partner got the Bulgogi Chicken Bowl, and the Frostbite (non-alcoholic). - Vietnamese Shaking Beef 5/5: Perfectly cooked. Soft, tender, chewy udon noodles. Beef was served in cubes. Seared on outside, medium-done. Dish was slightly sweet. Authentic? No. But delicious? Yes. Wish the portion size was bigger. - Bulgogi Chicken Bowl 4/5: Large portion size. The hotel lobby was very clean and sleek, and the concierge were very nice and communicative! The restaurant is just inside on the first floor, and was very well presented. It was very slow this morning for brunch, and we had no problems finding a place to sit with our little 2 month old boy! The staff served us quickly, and explained each of their recommendations. I'm so glad we listened because each of the items were beautifully presented, and so so delicious. We started with the tuna pizza, mainly because we were curious, and that was the most unique take on pizza/seafood in my opinion. The tuna was so fresh, the garlic aioli complimented very well with the crisp cracker/crust. I had the Ette Norwegian Benedict and was very happy. The smoked salmon was very tasty, and the side arugula and avocado salad was very fresh. Maddie had the lobster roll which absolutely slapped! Lastly, we were recommended the AB Chocolate in a cup, and WOW you must try this! Very warm nutella chocolate cake at the bottom, vanilla ice cream all the way to the top of the cup, and topped with a hard chocolate disk and banana foam. It was honestly one of the top desserts I have ever had. We shared one, but so tempted to order another one! I can't wait to come back and try some of their cocktails sometime with dinner!

You have to pay to secure your seating, including mandatory 20% tip. Equaled out to $100/pp. Very steep! Reservations were easy on Open Table. We arrived separately & met in the lobby of the hotel the restaurant is in. Very upscale. Gorgeous. Literally NO guests visible. No staff at the hostess station. When I walked in to the bar to ask about seating, I got very dismissive responses from the bartender & the person who ended up being the host. Like WEIRD rude. Service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant was largely empty the whole time. It was unnerving. The tea refresh was simply more hot water, NOT a fresh tea bag, so round two was basically flavorless. Ew. The server was really nice, but the long waits to get her attention were frustrating. And the water bottles were kept away from our table (?). I was having thirsty day, so my tongue was sticking to the roof of my mouth for way too long. When I asked for the bottle, she acted like she was irritated because it was "right behind" (me). Where neither of us could see it??? The lighting was AWFUL so most of the pics look bad, even with heavy editing. You can tell it's beautiful, but the pics are rough. Now - the settings were GORGEOUS. The dishes and flatware were beautiful. The water options were wonderful. The food is in the top 3 of any tea service I've ever had. The tea itself is hands down the best tea I've EVER HAD anywhere. You get a sampler box to smell before you choose, and there were so many that I loved. I ended up with Marco Polo blue, add honey and cream. I couldn't finish all the food, and they boxed the remainder up. Let me take the remainder of my water bottle home. Pushed for a review HARD. So here it is. We have to remember that the Michelin rating is solely for the food, not the decor, not the service. It definitely delivered there, but the rest really fell flat. For the price I'd expect way more as it's about double what tea costs anywhere else in the entire area.

So comforting and warm, and such nice large portions - I can never finish mine! I've taken a few out-of-town friends here, and they always are satisfied with their experience. And I'd be remiss not to mention the gorgeous interior... One of the most beautiful restaurants I've been in! Big fan of Domu, and so glad we have one closer to where I live.

I've followed Chef Sean "Sonny" Nguyen from the beginning, and I honestly believe they serve some of the best ramen in Florida. I've recommended DOMU to countless friends over the years. Unfortunately, this isn't a review about the food. It's about how customers are treated. This past Friday, my wife, my two daughters, and I drove almost an hour to Dr. Phillips. We arrived at exactly 9:32 PM, almost 90 minutes before the posted 11:00 PM closing time, only to be greeted with a sign saying they were no longer accepting tables due to an extended waitlist. This wasn't the first time. It wasn't even the second or third. This is now the 4th or 5th time we've driven all the way there only to be turned away. What makes it even more frustrating is that the restaurant didn't appear to be overflowing with people. There were multiple empty tables visible inside, yet we were told they couldn't seat anyone else. At some point, this stops being bad luck and becomes a management problem. If demand is consistently exceeding capacity, then implement a reservation system or another predictable process. Customers shouldn't have to gamble on driving an hour with their family only to be told they can't eat. To be honest, it almost feels like maintaining an artificially long waitlist has become part of the restaurant's image. Whether that's true or not, that's certainly how it comes across after experiencing this repeatedly. Michelin recognition and great food can only take a restaurant so far. Hospitality is equally important, and repeatedly turning away loyal customers well before closing time is simply not acceptable. I sincerely hope Chef Sonny Nguyen sees this because I've supported DOMU for years and genuinely want them to succeed. But after being turned away for the fourth or fifth time, I can no longer recommend making a long drive unless you're willing to risk leaving hungry. Great food deserves great customer service. Right now, the customer experience isn't living up to the quality of the kitchen.
