First time here. The lobster corn dogs are really good. This is from someone who does not like lobster. The crab topped fries were excellent as well. This place has changed my outlook on those 2 types of seafood. I had the catfish as a main dish. It was excellent as well. I would only ask for a dipping sauce because I like to dip my food. The food was good, but I am not sure it is worth the money. If you don't mind spending the $ then you will be happy. Tableside guacamole was good, we got it with out the lobster. Took my husband and family here for a special occasion. Had a table with lovely view and very nice server who was hard to hear with ambient noise, but very very disappointed in most of our foods: servings small- lobster guacamole served four but brought taco chips for 1+. Son's eggs Benedict very small, lobster roll bland and unseasoned, daughter disappointed in crab cake and husband had same said it was Ok. For prices for food paid. Ok is not good enough. Although I told them it was a special occasion,rare not to get any recognition of an event After spending almost 50 a person for mediocre food and not even questioning what we were celebrating- Will NOT be back. She took great care of our family, and put up with the challenges of two toddlers needs for covered water cups, kids seats, and the mess that unfortunately comes with trying to entertain said toddlers at a sit-down meal. What a bust -- the restaurant is a nice but the food was a mess. We were a party of 8 and we sent 75% of the food back due to temperature and taste .. we sent our mashed potatoes back 2x and they still couldn't get it right - who can't heat up mash potatoes ‍... never again. Steaks are not of the best quality and over cooked - definitely overpriced. We requested to speak to a Manager l and apology wasn't even mentioned. Only 2 stars because our waitress Allison was very pleasant. She was very apologetic and try to hardest to accommodate our every request. Never again .... read more

I am a steak guy but my wife loves seafood so we decided to try the new Paddlefish Restaurant at Disney Springs. We ate at this same location when it was Fulton's Crab House and it was always very good. But, friends don't be fooled by the beautiful remodeled decor. The expensive food is subpar and service was friendly but poor. The restaurant was not crowded but our server seemed like she was on a hurry. She asked if it was our 1st time dining here, we said yes, and that was it. No explanation of the menu or specials. We have gotten much better service at IHOP than @ this swanky, new white table cloth, very expensive joint. I won't bore you with the details of our meal just to say it was very mediocre. If you want good seafood and steak at Disney Springs, skip Paddlefish and go directly to the Boathouse. read more

My husband went to Disney Springs for the first time on Wednesday night. We walked around for awhile trying to decide where to go to for dinner, when we finally saw Paddlefish. So happy we decided to choose this place. We sat on the rooftop of the boat, which, has to have the best view in Disney Springs. The seating was large comfy couches, which I love. Our server was Christina, she was so fun, knowledgeable, and personable. We first ordered oysters and a bottle of wine. A gentleman came over(who's name I forgot)who is in charge of the wine list, I assume. He was very nice and helpful, we chatted with him for a bit. My husband ordered the pork is osso busco, he seemed to throughly enjoy it. I had the shrimp and grits, it was great. I can't wait to go back and try something new. read more

We were in DIsney for a night and decided to stop here for my gf's bday dinner. Glad we did. As other people have mentioned, yes it is pricey, but I was obviously well aware of this being in Disney Springs - so that needs to be taken into account. The food was excellent - nearly perfect. I had the linguine and clams which were great, and she had the salmon. Shrimp cocktails were fantastic and we split a key lime pie for dessert. Matthew was our server and he was fantastic. Some of the best service we've ever had in my opinion - not overbearing but also didn't ignore us either, really has a gift with reading people and connecting with them, he is truly an asset to your restaurant. read more

Now, I may be bias given that I'm a longtime Fulton's fan, but we were super disappointed with Paddlefish. First of all, checking in for our reservation was confusing as it was never apparent if the hosts were prepared for us to approach them. Then once seated, we sat for a solid 15 minutes before our server came to greet us. She passed us, went to another table, came to greet us and left for another 10 minutes. Next, we order our wine, shrimp cocktail and salads, which were all brought by someone other than the server, who did not come back to ensure things were ok at any point. She also walked by several times without even refilling our wine or water glasses. We also had to ask for bread and when we asked for plain butter, we had to wait another 15 minutes for that. We were sharing a steak, so we were pretty surprised when it came out on one plate and without a steak knife. And I'm sure you all know what's coming next, it took about 10 minutes to get the knife. When we finally had everything we needed, we cut into our steak and, go figure, it was medium instead of medium rare. We waited a short time, but as it became clear we weren't going to see our server again, we went ahead and ate our (now cold) steak. If the food had been better, I wouldn't mention this, but presentation was also extremely disappointing. In summation, it seemed as if they haven't really sorted out the kinks in staffing and the server we had seemed untrained and lacked the knowledge necessary to work in fine dining. The price point did not match up to service or food. It is vastly underwhelming given its predecessor. read more

I have always wanted to go try Paddlefish after hearing so much good reviews about this place. Decided to try this place with my boyfriend. This restaurant did live up to its reputation! We had crab ceviche, clam chowder and lobster corn dog as appetizers, and clam linguini and crab cake BLT as entrees. The food was very fresh and delicious. This is food was so overpriced and underwhelming. My shrimp boil was $30. It came with 10 plain small boiled shrimp three potatoes and a small ear of corn. It tasted so bland and was served cold. Orlando is typically going to be a little bit more expensive, but this is absolutely not worth the money. Been to this restaurant a few times in Disney Springs, always had good food and good service. We visted tonight at 6:30PM and still the food was good but service totally lacked. A young man named Kevin was our server at the bar. Kevin seemed to be more concerned with the other end of the bar. We made several request, ordered drinks and we had to repeat the requests. We normally tip well when service is better than decent, this was an exception. We tipped $8.00 on a $134.00 bill. We will not return to the restaurant. read more

Overpriced restaurant with bad service and bad food. My family and I decided to try out this place while on vacation and was extremely disappointed. For starters, we ordered the calamari and clams. The calamari came out 30 mins later and was cold and hard. It was almost as though our server never bothered to bring it out after it was cooked and instead let it sit there to get cold and hard. My wife mentioned maybe it was previously ordered by another party, who cancelled or changed their order and the restaurant decided to serve us "left overs." The clams also came out cold and the toast it was served with tasted old and stale. It was also over sprinkled with salt which made it unbearable. For our main entrees, the filet mignon I ordered was over cooked (I asked for medium and they made it well done). Further, it was bland with no flavoring whatsoever. It tasted as though they just cut up a piece of meat and tossed it on their grill without any seasoning. My wife had their seafood Cioppino and the fish tasted old and came with the old stale toast. I don't mind paying good money for good food, but the service, food and overall experience I had here was terrible. My wife only hate half her entree while I had to bare down and eat my over cooked steak with a heavy dose of pepper and some salt; since it initially had no flavor. We should've went to the Boathouse restaurant next door (ate there 3 years ago and enjoyed that much more) instead. Suffice to say, it ruined our dining experience and I would NEVER recommend this preposterous place to anyone unless you want to spend good money on terrible foods. read more

Paddle away from this place . First of all, think of eating in a large loud department store or on an annoying cruise ship with 12 dinning rooms all with the same mediocre food. Then order some seafood pasta that is has no real taste. Oh and then order the side dishes with the cool names like 'blistered green beans' probably thought of from some literature major that was working there.. when it should be called 'green beans in garlic 101' . Then try the potatoes they called 'red bliss' when it's better named as 'direct from freezer' . Oh and you probably want to avoid Disney springs altogether in less you enjoy spending quality time in a parking lot then walking around only to find the architects from Venetian hotel in Vegas designed this place . read more

We started with a Caesar salad. Was very good. The beef skewers with pickled onions were very good as well. We had the swordfish as an entree and it was delicious. I was sitting at the bar at 8pm and ordered a plate of pasta. 25 minutes later no waiter had spoken to me and I hadn't gotten my food. When I told them I was cancelling because I had expected to be able to eat and catch the fireworks within an hour the wait staff and manager just shrugged their shoulders. Overall incredibly disappointed in this experience (especially for the $28 price tag for a plate of pasta!). Don't come here unless you're willing to wait forever and pay a lot. read more
