Stopped in Saturday night for dinner. Showed up a little after five and sat at the bar. The bartender was very engaged in service oriented. We started with the jalapeño stuffed peppers. They were apparently stuffed with crab meat, but to be honest, we didn't notice, but we were fine with what we were served. My partner had a salad, and I ordered the grouper. My grouper came with a house salad, which was nicely done along with blue cheese dressing. It was nice that my salad was served with two servings of blue cheese dressing. The grouper had great flavor, but it was not a large piece of fish. Given my experience with grouper at other restaurants, I expected something a little larger especially at $40. Overall, not a bad option, especially in a tourist town like Orlando and the proximity to our resort. read more

We had reservations and were seated promptly. The cocktails were delicious I had a raspberry lemon drop and hubby had the peach sangria. I started with the wedge salad and he had the house salad. Both were well dressed with lots of toppings. We shared a catfish platter that had fried fish and French fries. The fish was lightly breaded with a cornmeal coating, not overly oily. My wife and I were looking for a seafood place to have date night while vacationing in Florida and we found this place just 5 minutes from our condo. Parking was plentiful and when you walk in there is a fine dining feel to it, but with some casual look to it. I felt like I was under dressed, but the decor and feel is a bit upscale. We sat in the bar area in a booth which thankfully had plenty of room to move around in. Some booths tend to be pushed closed together, but not this one. We ordered drinks from the bar and they took a little longer to get, but well worth it. The bartend was not skimpy on the amount of alcohol in the drinks. One dish can highly recommended which was their Oyster Bar Trash which is blackened shrimp, lump crag, steamed rice, with a lemon better. That disappeared very quickly. The other was their shrimp emborchette which has a seafood stuffing, pepper jack jalapeños, bacon-wrapped, with onion strings. Again, they were cooked to perfection and were amazing. We did not do main entrees as this visit was focused on drinks and appetizers. Overall experience was GREAT and the staff was very friendly and professional. We will come here again. read more

This is one of my staples when I come to Orlando. It's hard to find good crawfish etouffe, and this one is excellent. It's hard to convince me to order something else when I come. I suggest coming in a group who likes to share so you can try a few things. The fish and chips are solid too; great crunch! Inside is really nice and spacious. You don't have an over crowded feeling with tables on top of each other. The staff is also always very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Cajun food lovers have to give it a try. I've been a member of the Landry's Select Club for years and have always had great experiences at their restaurant brands...until July 6, 2025. My daughter and granddaughter were in town celebrating their birthdays. We headed to Disney Springs, and my daughter casually mentioned craving raw oysters, especially with how scorching hot the day was. I looked around and saw Landry's Seafood, part of the Landry's umbrella, but a location I had never visited. Based on my past experiences at their other brand restaurants, I made a reservation without hesitation. We arrived and were seated right away. That's when the problems started. Our server seemed to be having a bad day. She wasn't friendly, and when I asked to keep a menu to look at dessert options, she made a rude, smart-aleck comment: "You won't find any desserts in the menu," in a condescending tone. Listen...I'm a Puerto Rican Gen Xer. I don't tolerate being disrespected. But I was with my family, enjoying the day, so I took the "blue pill" and chose to stay calm. Then came the food. The oysters were fresh and served with cocktail sauce, limes, and horseradish, but they were extremely small. Not worth the price. For entrees: I ordered the crawfish étouffée. It came with rice, no sides. It was served cold, and the sauce had already started to coagulate. The crawfish tails were chewy. The flavor was just okay. My son had the salmon with couscous. He said it tasted good, but the portion was very small. My daughter ordered the Chef's Course Special: a Caesar salad and the Flounder + Shrimp Piccata. The presentation was nice, and she said most of it tasted good, except the shrimp, which were very overcooked. I could tell from across the table. We skipped dessert. I asked for the check and placed my credit card along with a $25 gift certificate I'd received from Nielsen Research. I had printed it back in March. No expiration date, never used, and kept safely in my office. The server returned, tossed the check on the table, and said, "Your gift card has already been used". Excuse me? That's a bold assumption. Are you accusing me of dishonesty? My blood started to boil. I told her that it had never been used and decided to just pay the full bill. I realized I was dealing with someone who wasn't worth the argument. As we were leaving, we approached the manager and explained the situation. He took the certificate, called their home office, and surprise ! It was valid. He adjusted our bill and apologized. But by then, the damage was done. I will never return to this location. And if you do go, and your server is "Randy" or "Randee," be prepared for some seriously unprofessional treatment. read more

Lately our 5 yr old will only eat fried shrimp so we've been visiting lots of seafood restaurants. I haven't been to Landrys in years simply because of where it's located. We're really not on the tourist side of town, but we ended here and the food was delicious! They have an amazing fried shrimp kids meal and some pretty decent gumbo. Our server Tyler was attentive and friendly. We also ordered the fried seafood platter which is shareable and it was delicious! So if you're looking for some delicious seafood, give this place a try! read more

Let me start by saying our male server at the bar was amazing! His suggested meals were absolutely delicious!! I had the seafood pasta and my husband had the blacked fish and we were NOT disappointed... ! One issue was- when I was in the restroom~ there was an employee that walked out of her stall before me and proceeded to walk out of the restroom and forgot to stop at the Sink and wash her hands- and no she was not in the large stall with the sink. Great atmosphere! We sat at the bar and were promptly greeted by the bartender, Dave. Dave was very professional. He was very polite and courteous with everyone seated at his area. We can overhear his interaction with other guests. He was very pleasant with everyone and handled himself very well when faced with a challenge from a rather unhappy guest. The food was excellent overall. We started with Oysters Rockefeller and Calamari that we devoured the minute Dave set them down so I didn't get a photo of them. Came here for dinner with my family. My son was knocked out so I was adamant about a booth so we all could still enjoy our experience. We were obliged and seated in the bar area which was perfectly fine. The restaurant wasn't packed but quickly began filling up once we arrived. Our waitress/bartender was phenomenal. I'm disappointed in myself for not remembering her name. Shortly after being seated she brought waters and gave us a few minutes to browse the menu. For cocktails we decided on the mango mojitos (I did not taste mango but they were refreshing) and for my entree I went with the cedar plank salmon with mashed potato's and asparagus (a slight upcharge) in replacement of the string beans and orzo and a Caesar salad. The garlic bread was ok. My salmon came with a honey Dijon sauce on the side. Tasty in moderation but very sweet. The salmon was cooked nicely, portion size was plenty with some to-go. My entire meal from start to finish was amazing. We ended the night with a the mud pie (ice cream cake). It was huge, decadent and rich. 10/10. I am a long time fan of Landry's. It was good to stop and have a meal. Laundry's is an upscale as upscale and steak and seafood restaurant. This location is consistent with others I have visited. The restaurant had a good fill at the time I arrived. Staff were attentive. Service was good for the crowd size. I ordered the crawfish etoufee. It was filling. I wish it had more seafood seasoning/flavor in it. The desserts looked delicious. The creme brulee and key lime looked interesting. I would definitely visit again. read more

Located near Disney World, this is an excellent family friendly seafood restaurant! Outdoor playground for the kids while you wait for your meal at the entrance. Great sports bar area, where you can enjoy a drink and watch a game or after dinner cocktails. For dinner, I was pleasantly surprised to see a Lenten offering; cup of soup (clam chowder) and crawfish étouffée. I highly recommend the stone crab claws with their house dressing. We had originally planned to just do pizza delivery at our resort but when we heard about the hassle for delivery to main building (which I understand for safety) we found a gift card and decided to try this restaurant - and we are soooo glad we did. Sat in the bar area so we could watch a little football and had great amazing service from Dave! Food was amazing and great portions and they didn't skimp on the amount of shrimp, scallops, crab bits in our entrees. This is such a hidden gem that is right out in the open. I have been coming here over the years, and have always been blown away by both the food and service! I normally sit in a booth in the bar, I am not a local but go once or twice a year when in town, and Nick has always been my bartender/server. You feel at home, like you're eating in a rustic cabin up north. His recommendation of the crawfish bread was surprisingly out of this world, not spicy like I was expecting, but the a flavor was next level. My dad got the fish sandwich which he said was one of the better he has had, and i got the $29 special with a ceaser and then the Flounder and Shrimp piccata over mash with green beans, and it was HUGE AND DELICIOUS. DANGER!!! Risk of food poisoning! The lobster tail smelled so bad I sent it back immediately. This restaurant, or their suppliers, re-froze a defrosted lobster for a period long enough that it became a health hazard, and they still cooked and served it!!!! Both my waitress and the restaurant manager agreed with me that it smelled so bad it was a health hazard. They are also using household chlorine in their fountain at the front. This is important as it point me to the restaurant cutting too many corners. There are no coincidences. The steak was done well, and their drinks are well done as well. They do label regular drinks as something exotic, which is just an excuse to charge more for them. read more

I hate to leave bad reviews, but I sincerely hope that this helps management with some very much needed improvement. This business has so much potential but lack the critical feedback. Please note that this review is isolated to the food. Our wait staff was decent. Only feedback on service was attentiveness to detail. We asked for ketchup to go with our (served) fries, and it wasn't brought to us until the end of the meal. Now to the food-- We ordered the seafood pasta, red fish etouffee, and breaded/fried fish (kids meal). Let's start with the seafood pasta, as this was the dish that we left behind after taking 2 bites (we paid for it and did not send back to the kitchen, perhaps a mistake on our end). The creamy garlic sauce tasted like re-heated can of cream of mushroom at best. Seafood is evidently not fresh. Most visibly, the scallops and shrimp. I highly encourage management and chefs to revisit this recipe. Maybe just try a simple white wine sauce because this was not it. The breaded/fried fish was simply undercooked. I could tell because it was difficult to break apart the fish. In addition, the fried crust was pale yellow not golden orange. This one was a big miss and while we did package the leftovers home, it was immediately fed to our German Shepherd who has definitely tasted better cuisines in his life. On the etouffee, the downfall here is the lack of flavor. Etouffees are supposed to be BOLD. It's a disgrace for Creole dishes to result in bland, dry representation. Add that broth in, use fresh juicy tomatoes and go hard on the creole seasoning. read more

Omg! The food was amazing. I got the king crab, mash potatoes and asparagus. I asked them to add cheese to my potatoes. And....let me tell you about that dessert. 5 stars!!! Warm Apple Butter cake. It was delicious! They use the same cake and change the toppings by the season. Since it's late summer they are doing warm apple. I loved my meal. Friendly and attentive staff. Be careful of this table near the back. It has a vent directly over the table and it was freezing. I saw at least 4 sets of guests ask to be moved. Highly recommend if you like crab. read more

Wonderful dining experience with my son. I do not get a lot of one on one time with him and we really enjoyed our experience there. Mahi blackened was spot on and we were in time for stone crabs which were phenomenal. I wouldn't recommend the crab cakes, I believe they're either pan fried in oil or deep fried. When you walk in... my husband said it was a "seafood" smell. It immediately reminded me of a pee filled soaked carpet! The water.. first taste reminds me of the smell that comes out of the tap! Yes, that "Florida tap water" smell! This place gives me a strong late 80s, very early 90s feel. I'd say 1989. The bread... I was kinda excitedly waiting for.. it was just sub bread toasted woth garlic butter. Felt like something anyone could make! I got the blackened swordfish and yes, I could taste the "blackened" part but even my husband said it looked "cajun". Why? Because it wasn't as blackened as I know and have ever seen before. My son got the sea bass. Not much to say. A pop up tray with dirty dishes was consistently near our table for a good portion of when we ate. The waiter was interesting. I must say. Definitely had character relating stories. But.. when he came up to our table.. he didn't stand in front of it to address us... he was standing to the side... slightly behind me when he first spoke. Felt like a bit creepy... like it was "in my ear" behind me. This place gives me Swiss Chalet vibes. But... overall... the meals were good! He kept coming up behind me to come to the table. Maybe seeing me write this? Was very quiet when we mentioned only one dessert. Its close to 630pm and it's getting busy! The key lime pie was great! Piled higher than usual. My husband knows when it is made with real key limes. He said yes! Well, it's gotta be pretty common here in Florida, yes? Still, we were full! Between the three of us.. could barely finish it! We dined at Landry's after landing back into town. Landry's in Myrtle Beach never disappoints. Our server this time was Bree and she was fantastic. She had many tables to handle along with bar duties. She greeted us when we walked in, told us she would be right with us, and she was seating us to our table. She was spot on in everything that she did and again I want to emphasize how busy she was at 2:30pm when we arrived. She never skipped a beat and handled everything and every table to perfection. Our meals were outstanding and we left feeling satisfied and having had a great experience, thanks to Bree and the team behind the scenes.
