I stopped in for a light dinner and a nice cocktail on getting g to Orlando. I've always loved Bonefish Grills and this was a great stop for me. I wanted something light but really wanted some good seafood. Laura, my server was great pointing out some goodness for me! She suggested a few options and she was spot on. I ended up getting a cup of crab, corn, and lump crab chowder and a couple of crab cakes. Perfect choices and just what I needed for dinner! Bonefish also had a few drink specials for summer. I tried the Blue Jeans cocktail and cut was amazing! If you stop in you must try this crazy refreshing drink! I'm not saying I had more than one, but it was a perfect compliment to my meal too! We've always enjoyed Bonefish Grill, and this visit was another solid experience. The restaurant was surprisingly empty when we arrived, which made one aspect of the seating a bit puzzling. Despite plenty of open tables throughout the dining room, we were seated right next to the only occupied table, which happened to include a few energetic young children. I don't mind kids at all, but it was a little distracting when food started flying and dinner negotiations turned into demands for a peanut butter sandwich instead of fish. With so many empty tables available, a little more spacing would have made the experience more enjoyable. That said, the food was good and the service was attentive. One thing Bonefish consistently gets right is their cocktails, and this visit was no exception. They also do a nice job with fresh seafood at reasonable prices. My wife and I split the "Choose Three" seafood option and selected the tuna, salmon, and cod. The tuna was the standout, as usual. It's one of those dishes that keeps us coming back and is consistently prepared well. The salmon and cod were both good, although I personally could have done without some of the accompanying sauces, which overpowered the fish a bit for my taste. For sides, we shared the potatoes and asparagus. The potato portion was generous--probably more than enough for two people--but the asparagus was excellent. It arrived hot, perfectly cooked, and still had a nice crisp texture. Overall, Bonefish Grill continues to be a reliable choice when we're looking for good seafood, great cocktails, and a comfortable dining experience. While the seating arrangement could have been handled better this time, the quality of the food keeps us coming back. read more

Interesting location as it is very, very busy to its proximity to SeaWorld. It's also a very efficient in every way. I would like to give special props to our server Claudia C. She made a good experience much much better! We are regulars at bonefish so nothing on the menu was terribly surprising. That said the food here was a little to a lot better than many other locations we've been to. The bang bang shrimp were just perfect, very tasty but not too spicy. Thoroughly enjoyed the Caesar salad to begin with and crabcakes. The old-fashioned were well-made as well. Again, the big difference maker was service. Claudia is a bonefish professional. I am in town for work this week and I met up with some in-laws who live nearby. They suggested we go to Bonefish Grill because they know the food is always good. I'm not a big seafood person but I've been to a Bonefish in my area before, and they usually had plenty of steak or chicken entrees, so that was fine by me. The (complimentary) bread comes with an oil and pesto dip, which is fantastic. It was Monday and they were doing $5 cocktails - cocktails AND martinis - so we each got one, and my pineapple one was delicious. For my entree, I had the 8 oz. sirloin with garlic mashed potatoes (instead of French fries) and the seasonal vegetable, which was broccoli. That also came topped with pesto and was very tasty. Oddly enough, the mashed potatoes were the weakest part of the meal to me - they were fine but nothing special. However, the steak was very good, especially with the chimichurri. My in-laws got the salmon and the pasta with I believe shrimp or salmon, and they said both were good. In addition, one had a pomegranate martini and one had a fruity cocktail, I believe, and everyone liked theirs. Waitstaff was fast and friendly, too, and I would come back to this location again. Only con: the ladies' bathroom only has two stalls, and I took the smaller one, which was very small (the other is the handicapped stall so, obviously, is a lot bigger). read more

I love udon noodles so I was eager to try their fall seasonal dish, black pepper udon. This entree comes with your choice of grilled shrimp or chicken and is very good. The pasta is tender udon noodles tossed in a bold black pepper sauce, sautéed with crisp red peppers and broccoli, finished with fresh cilantro and green onions. I have only tried the shrimp but it is about 5 large shrimp that are grilled and then placed in the noodles. I like a lot of sauce so I asked for a side of sauce to completely coat the pasta. I really like this entree and for me is two servings. I thought the specials all used to come with soup or salad but it seems the new norm is that those courses are purchased ala carte. So the salad and entree were $24.80 total plus tax. Not a special price but since I have ordered this on two occasions, it is worth it for me because of the excellent service. read more

Went for a quick trip for the $5 MARGARITAS!!! And omg I was too satisfied. Got some appetizers so go with the drinks and absolutely loved the Bang Bang Shrimp. First the service was outstanding, and the ambiance is very reserved for a casual dining experience. Food was hit or miss. We had the bourbon salmon with truffle fries and broccoli. We also had the grouper with lemon butter caper sauce. The grouper was bland and the salmon was under on a portion of the fish. We also had starters...the Imperial Dip and the egg rolls. The starters were very good...can't go wrong. The free bread service with the olive oil and pesto was also very good. Overall we had a pleasant experience...the manager was apologetic about the fish. So he gave us the deserts. Oh I almost forgot...I had the bacon Mac and cheese...stay away...it was very bland and the noodles were not cooked enough. The bacon in the dish had no flavor or saltiness to add to the dish. In the end the service went along way for my rating...sure food is important but to me the service is part of the experience as well and the raring should reflect that. 4 out of 5 for me, and they need to work on flavoring. Side note: They need additional side items...jasmine rice, broccoli, truffle fries, and bacon Mac and cheese are not ideal when parking with bland fish. You need something with some pop. For desert we got the pineapple cheese cake to go. I haven't had a chance to taste but it looks good...wish me luck! read more

Had a perfect post-valentines day dinner with my boyfriend here! It's been years since I've been to a Bonefish, but I was pleasantly surprised in many ways. The service was excellent, and I appreciate the innovation that the chefs are able to put into their dishes, the cod imperial was like nothing I've really had before and it was amazing! There is still so much I am eyeing at when I return, but I was definitely jealous of my partners old fashion, the bartenders really hit it out of the park with that one. The sirloin was excellent as well. Service was excellent. Got seated right away on a Friday night, too. Ordered the Filet and Lobster Tail with. Shaved Brussels sprouts salad w/balsamic vinegarette dressing and truffle fries. My husband ordered the 9 oz sirloin with whipped potatoes and broccoli. They bring fresh bread and dipping herbs tableside. Nice atmosphere and good selection of beverages. I will say I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness and great taste of the shaved Brussels sprouts salad. I never had this before and definitely would order it again. When in Orlando, we were looking for some decent food for somewhere that I had a gift card for. I saw Bonefish grill was not too far. Of course, when i went to pick it up, it started pouring rain. However, they have a great setup for curbside pickup. Everything is just so much easier in Orlando than it is in California! The food was pretty good, and was plentiful for a family of 4. We were able to find a discount online that we applied to the order, so that save a few dollars as well. Happy to try out bonefish grill again for a fast fairly casual meal that had good tasting food. read more

Came in on Jul 10, 2026 about 6:30 pm. while staying at Homewood Suites, practically next door. We were seated quickly. Server Chris was on the ball! Fast drink refills, attentive. It had been some time since we were at a different Bonefish, and I had high expectations. Those expectations were not met by this location. The calamari was plentiful, but the sauce was bland, too much breading and too little coconut. We had hoped for mussels but that wasn't available. We both ordered special meal of coconut shrimp. If anything, the sauce was more bland than calamari sauce. Steamed broccoli was on point, but jasmine rice was gummy. Bread was decent, but the oil dip needed more garlic or seasoning, and less basil. We are still staying at hotel next door, but haven't been back. read more

Wow. Best Bonefish Grill at which I have dined. It was mid-afternoon, so I arrived in time for their fantastic Social Hour. Great prices and wonderful "small" plates. I started with a drink which was promptly served by Brittany with a quick follow-up my Matt. I started my meal with the Brittany recommended Ahi Tuna Wonton Crisps. An amazing portion of Ahi Tuna with very balanced toppings. great choice. It's also Martini and Margarita Monday ($5!!!!). Ernest is one of your finest employees, seriously. He was kind, easy to talk to, and was a great guy all around. From his food recommendations, I left feeling amazing after eating the following: Parmesan-Encrusted Rainbow Trout 9/10: A few more surprise bones than I would've liked, but a spectacular dish overall! Great use of artichoke hearts and the fish was perfectly cooked, with just enough Parmesan on the breading. Rice and Slaw made for perfect sides. Bang Bang Shrimp 10/10: Not sure if I was just hungry, or because the restaurant had me in a good mood, but I loved these shrimp. I'm sure there was something to improve, but honestly they were great. My family DRAGGED me to bonefish grill. I hate chain restaurants & I did not remember being fond of this one in particular. But I was out voted. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I could see that whatever I previously had in my mind was INCORRECT. The initial ambiance is of an upscale restaurant with the wine collection display and the waiters in chefs coats. This adds a very special touch & made me forget I was in a chain. My great aunt asked to sample the butternut squash soup before she ordered it & the waitress had no problem accommodating her- that sets this place apart. Also, every waiter or waitress we asked for something that wasn't our particular waitress had no issue helping us out. The manager also came around to buss tables. The prices are phenomenal for the quality of service & food offered here. My rainbow trout was cooked to perfection & bursting with flavor. I almost drooled. The string beans were juicy & buttery. Visited this restaurant last Sunday. My husband and I have been before to the Longwood location. The restaurant was clean and for a Sunday, not crowded but a nice atmosphere. The Bang, Bang Shrimp was amazing, as always. We both ordered a Fish entree and I found the trout great. My husband was not as impressed with the cod dish and risotto he ordered. I ordered a lot of food because I was starving. I had the calamari, bonefish signature pasta with shrimp, and 3 chocolate chip cookies. The calamari was delicious and it was the perfect bite size pieces and the serving was generous. The sauce that came with it was really good. The shrimp was grilled nicely and the pasta was great! It was simple but the flavors were so good. Of course, the bread that came with it was good. The chocolate chip cookies were a good ending to the meal! We dined at Bonefish for a weekday lunch while on vacation in Florida. The restaurant was not busy and we were seated immediately upon arrival. The host was very hospitable and explained everything we need to know about the menus. Our server continued with great professionalism and respect. He seemed truly thankful that we had had dined there. We both had the lunch pre fixe menu which included a soft drink, starter and entree for just $15 each. It has been quite some time since I dined at Bonefish Grill which was a favorite seafood restaurant of mine the past decade. This dinner was very underwhelming to say the least. The server was fantastic and very attentive and warm. The Bang Bang shrimp was a bit soggy and very salty. My Chilean Seabass fish was undercooked and unsalted; flavorless. The green beans were very al dente and not very chewable. The bread was deliciously fresh; the highlight of the night. My sangria was served with way too much ice and water down the drink tremendously. My date (UCF undergrad French professor) took her meal to go and spiced it up at home. I shared my experience the following day at a conference I was hosting at the Omni Championgate and was informed all of the Fish at Bonefish Grill is frozen and not fresh. I've been coming to this location for years. I have lunches and dinners here as well as take clients here for meetings. Tonight, this location failed terribly. Arrived at 7pm, moderately busy but seated immediately. Then waited 15 minutes before I had a table greet. And the only reason I got greeted was because I went and got the server myself. Ordered right then and there. Server said they'd be back with the beverage. Fifteen minutes later, now 7:30pm, no beverage and server no where to be seen. I got up and finally found him and told him to cancel. Then I let the hostess stand know that I was leaving. There was NO communication between the front of the house and back of the house. Just terrible. Terrible execution. I would terminate the two hostesses because if they can't communicate effectively then it kills the business. I left and lost not only 30 minutes of my time, but the time it took to drive to another restaurant and order, I lost an hour overall. The only reason, AND the only reason is getting a 1 star is because it won't allow less. Other than this incident, the service and food has always been paramount. But let me remind this location, it only takes ONE bad experience to kill someone that's been loyal. I'll address this with the managing partner and corporate.
