Came with a big party and ordered the chef's selection/"fish of the day" which was a roughy - grilled with a crab, butter and asparagus top. It was my first time trying Roughy (didn't even know it was a type of fish) but it was absolutely delicious- one of my favorite fish! read more

The service here is terrible. It took nearly a half hour for a server to come to our table. The manager came over and apologized, which was great, but our server completely neglected us again. After saying we were ready for the check, we waited another half hour for her to come back with the check. We got up and waited for her at the front door. Then she kept screwing up our bill. Take my word for it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

I would not dine here again. Horrible service. The waitress was taking my food plate away before I finished my dinner and she didn't ask if it was okay to do so. I had the shrimp and scallops scampi and it was not good. The shrimp and scallops were so small looked like they came from a frozen bag. Honestly Olive Garden has better food and I their food all is prepackaged frozen food. Location: Orlando Florida next to Sea World. read more

The Bonefish Grill has the perfect ambiance for a fine dining family restaurant. We sat at the bar because Saturday night the place was packed to the gills! Our server Ashley was a champ full of energy while very aloha friendly and professional. A star employee. We were hungry and having a late dinner at 8:00pm. We ordered a couple of cocktails a Jack Daniels on the rocks and a Pomegranate vodka martini and of course water. They were good drinks and the Jack had a solid pour. For a shared starter we. Ordered their fried calamari which was perfectly breaded and fried to perfection so they were crispy and and had a few pieces of bell pepper in the mix (easy to pick out, but we enjoyed). They were on the slightly salty side the aioli spicy dip was great. A 4/5 due to salt. The main courses was the Chilean sea bass and the butter (aka sable fish or black cod) were stellar! We had the garlic mash potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and macaroni and cheese. Chilean sea bass perfectly cooked and seasoned it was tasty and wonderful. 5/5. The butterfish was topped with a creamy lemon sauce crab mix which was again outstanding. 5/5 The Brussels sprouts were also outstanding. read more

This place was great after a long day at SeaWorld. Started with martini and appetizers. The staff was so nice and friendly. Location was clean and snazzy Was surprised by the martini as it was a perfect balance. Appetizers were very tasty. Crab cakes were fresh and the potstickers has the best seasoning Also ordered the Salmon. I had to take it to-go but it also didn't disappoint. Stop by, you'll love it! read more

I made a reservation on a Saturday night and was seated quickly when I arrived. I ordered a Moscow Mule for my drink (9 dollars). While it was not strong, it was still a great drink with the gingery flavor and refreshing. I did the trout for dinner with coleslaw and mashed potatoes on the side. It did take some time to receive it, but when it came, it was grilled to perfection. The trout was light and flakey, and had the perfect grilled flavor. The coleslaw was wonderful with plenty of lettuce and sauce. It was one of the best I had. The mashed potatoes were served in a container as I wanted it to go. For dessert, I enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies, which were perfectly gooey with the chips. I had one at the restaurant, and took the other two to go. The service was nice and helpful, but it did take a bit of time for the food. Most likely because of the hungry tourist crowd. The atmosphere was on the darker side and had a bit of conversation, but I can still hear the light rock and r&b music. There was outdoor seating and a bar as well. Bonefish Grill still is one of my favorite seafood chains. They consistently make very good fish, and provide good service in an upscale atmosphere. The prices are reasonable for the quality you get. It is still my go to restaurant for a great seafood chain. read more

Service: Horrible! Like so so bad. We were there 10 mins after they opened so it was empty (which you would think would guarantee at-least water refills). We had to ask to fill our water 3 times. He brought us the table behind us tab and credit card! Like that is so not safe and we could have took it. Then when we did pay he gave my card to the other person I was with... like physically handed her the card but put the bill fold on the table. Food: The food was actually really good! Which was the only positive for the entire experience. I had the fish and chips which were some of the best tasting I have had in a while. The shrimp tacos were also really good. read more

7 pm on a Sunday, pretty packed! But a couple open hightops at the bar so immediate seating. Ordered the lump crab salad and bang bang shrimp. Food came out after about 15 minutes -- salad looked kinda uninspiring. Wonton crisps haphazardly tossed on one side, dressing almost soupy. Flavors are good, but presentation could use some work. Bang bang shrimp is delicious! Flavors and crispness are superb. Just enough kick to make things interesting. Update: my stomach hurt all night into the morning. Maybe it was the shrimp? I usually don't have problems with foods that aren't too spicy! Minus one star for the after effects. Service from Myosha was excellent! read more

I've been coming to this location for years. I have lunches and dinners here as well as take clients here for meetings. Tonight, this location failed terribly. Arrived at 7pm, moderately busy but seated immediately. Then waited 15 minutes before I had a table greet. And the only reason I got greeted was because I went and got the server myself. Ordered right then and there. Server said they'd be back with the beverage. Fifteen minutes later, now 7:30pm, no beverage and server no where to be seen. I got up and finally found him and told him to cancel. Then I let the hostess stand know that I was leaving. There was NO communication between the front of the house and back of the house. Just terrible. Terrible execution. I would terminate the two hostesses because if they can't communicate effectively then it kills the business. I left and lost not only 30 minutes of my time, but the time it took to drive to another restaurant and order, I lost an hour overall. The only reason, AND the only reason is getting a 1 star is because it won't allow less. Other than this incident, the service and food has always been paramount. But let me remind this location, it only takes ONE bad experience to kill someone that's been loyal. I'll address this with the managing partner and corporate. This situation was just disappointing. read more

We went around 2 PM on a Sunday. We made our reservation for three people. It was not busy at all however, we arrived, and it started to get a little busy. It looked to appear like there was one server for eight or nine tables. The young lady was running as fast as you can from table to table to take orders and fill up drinks so everything seem to take 10 times longer than it should have, so would that be bonefish Grill was a decent place to have lunch our daughter had the hamburger she enjoyed. It was a little upset that she never got her ranch but a little less ranch for kids won't hurt them. We started our lunch with the bang bang shrimp. It was pretty good. The breading was falling off the shrimp but otherwise it was decent. I had the tomato butter grouper and it was a little dry lax salt, but it was healthy. It was a light little lunch, the risotto Parmesan was delicious. I will try to remake that at home see how it goes and My Husband had the mahi-mahi lunch dinner dish and he seemed to like it. I would suggest to make a reservation for this location because it is in a place where a lot of tourist visit and get busy. It had a nice relaxing vibe and you can even color on the table if you ask for crayons. read more

What a wonderful restaurant! We were so lucky to have Brittany as our wait staff. She totally knew the menu and was helpful in selecting our amazing dinner. We started with the fabulous bang bang shrimp as an app. The shrimp were HUGE and sauce, so tasty. The special for today was the Rockefeller butterfish. We have never had it and were so pleased! The texture was light and flaky. The fish literally sliced itself! The crab topping added a great dimension to the dish. Brittany continued to check in on our experience and we were well served. Keep up the great work, Gabe as the manager! You have a tremendous team that works hard and delivers. read more

Family and I visited and we were seated almost immediately, which was great. The restaurant was very dark inside and quite loud (Friday night). I specifically got the Bang Bang Shrimp, Rockefeller Butterfish with seasonal vegetables and bacon mac & cheese as a side. Started off great with the bread and pesto and the bang bang shrimp which both tasted amazing, making the family really excited to eat. The bread was fresh out of the oven and very easy to eat, while the bang bang shrimp was very flavorful. Sadly it went downhill with the entree and the sides. Broccoli tasted like nothing, and the fish was somewhat bland. I had to heavily use the salt and pepper on both to taste it. The mac & cheese was quite decent, but not worth it for its price. It kinda started off with the good news and then ended with the bad news kinda ordeal. read more

My boyfriend and I weren't exactly sure what to expect but we were pleased by everything here! I'm not sure why some folks have bad reviews of this restaurant but everything we experienced was great. Our server was awesome! He was so attentive and listened to our needs and anticipated what we wanted before we had to even ask for it. The food was fantastic. They have a ton of seafood options which is exactly what we were looking for. And the prices were not outrageous which is what you normally see in seafood restaurants. Bonefish Grill - Bang Bang Shrimp - Seafood Near Me - Orlando, Florida

Update of 11/27/22 (from prior 5 Stars Reviews) What happened to our favorite Bonefish? After many great value experiences, the food was uncharacteristically BAD; is there a new Cook that doesn't measure? Although the Server was great, the food went downhill; Marsala chicken was dry, overcooked, tasteless. The Pao Noodles Shrimp was badly spiced to kill all taste of shrimps and noodles. I like spicy, but that was inedible. This is our favorite Bonefish of all; what happened? Have a new cook ? He / she needs training/ supervision. This is a Management issue. Also: when we arrived on a Sunday at 6:40pm, there are 7 dirty tables and with Reservations had to wait for what seemed a manager to clean a table. With half full place it took long to get their highlighted drink (Apple Martini) and a glass of wine (both came after appetizers). PLEASE SHAPE-UP, WE DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOU!!! read more

I got food delivered from here and it was actually really good. Delivered before time. And good taste as well. I got the Shrimp and Scallop combo entree item but shrimp only.. For my sides I picked the steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. The shrimp was well flavored. Not too salty like some other places I've had it from. Decent amount of seasoning as well. The broccoli was super soft and tender, I was surprised! Literally steamed to perfection. Only thing missing was a little bit of salt. The salt was included in the cutlery set that came so I just added it on myself and it was perfect. Now for the best part.. What amazing mashed potatoes! I just love these! I could have ordered a whole bowl of this and had it by itself. They also included some of the bread that is served when you dine in and I thought that was really sweet. The bread was soft and fresh and had that Italian Bread smell to it too! Would definitely recommend. read more

The food here was excellent! Starting off with some complimentary bread with olive oil/pesto: the bread is perfect. Slightly crusty on the outside for a crispy crunch, and VERY fluffy/airy on the inside. I ordered filet and shrimp, and while the shrimp weren't outstandingly large, they were grilled perfectly, as was the steak to my specification. The seasonal vegetable was green beans and I enjoyed the easily biteable and not at all stringy texture. (Although I did add some salt.) I really enjoyed their bacon mac and cheese as well, although I suspect not everyone would? The noodles are softer than al dente without being mushy, which is exactly how I prefer them. (This too, I added salt, but I think that's a personal problem I have and not a problem with the dish.) The price was good too, all of that for $32! Other things: they had a bathroom and it was fine. The service was also good. read more

We were at Seaworld but I was craving some bang bang shrimp around lunchtime. Located just down the street from the park this location is within walking distance. The restaurant and staff have always been welcoming throughout the years and we were excited to try a new menu item. Per usual they always start you out with their warm bread with a side of oil with herbs. I ordered the bang bang shrimp appetizer that is perfect for two people to share. We also decided to order the new loaded crab fries and wow this was delicious and filling. French fries with seasoned pieces of crab meat covered with the same bang bang sauce as the shrimp. We were absolutely stuffed and the total came out to less than $25 for the both of us. Great location and food highly recommend any visitors or locals in the area to stop by for great quality seafood and service! read more

We walked in for lunch on Sunday 2pm. Didn't make a reservation looking forward to a good fish meal... and was happy to have a great meal. We tried to resist the oil & pesto with warm bread but couldn't... It was so good.really tasty. I had blackened salmon on fettuccine with a fantastic cream sauce, red peppers & artichokes. It was great, the portion was huge. Amazing combinations of flavors and spicy. It turns out that the asparagus side was just Ok, but it worked with the chicken meal. My hubby had Lily's Chicken with goat cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, lemon basil sauce, with perfect French green beans. It was so good, well cooked, tender, great taste. Our server was attentive and helped us search the large menu. It has been awhile since I've been to bonefish, so glad we had lunch here. A pretty, upscale place. read more

So my wife and I are in Orlando on vacation, and today was our first day here. After checking into our room, we decided to venture out for dinner and settle on this restaurant. Typically, I'm not a huge seafood fan, but I figured I'm here and might as well try some fish. We started with some fried Calamiri that was delicious, and the dipping sauce was yummy. Also, my wife ordered the dragonfruit margarita with black salt rimmed glass, and I ordered a Bloody Maria, which is a bloody mary, but instead of vodka, it's made with tequila. Both drinks were delicious. My wife ordered the grilled shrimp skewer and grilled scallops with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli, and her dinner was very good. I ordered the grilled Mahi Mahi with roasted Brussel Sprouts with pine nuts and jasmine rice. The fish was not fishy, and the Brussel Sprouts were yummy, and they were both something I've never eaten before. I enjoyed my meal very much, and then there was dessert, coconut pie with a butter bourbon sauce, and I love coconut, and it was yummy. Overall, it was a great dinner in the company of my beautiful wife. read more

Lisandro provided me with clear direction on what to order and I feel like my visit to Orlando got started off on the right fish! I think I'm going to have to come back tonight and bring my wife and daughter and order the same damn thing because they just can't imagine it getting any better than that. It was a very clean nice restaurant. Employees were very attentive and nice. They were on top of the refills of our drinks however they weren't really bugging you either which I prefer at restaurants. The calamari was fried perfectly and the sauce they give you for it was delicious. The broccoli was the seasonal veggie and I added the asparagus to my order which I don't think was worth the up charge as you can see in the one photo and is the reason why I gave the 4 star rating. The broccoli was perfect though. The bathrooms were very clean as well and overall it was a great experience. We overall it was a pleasant meal and experience. read more

Enjoyed a delicious dinner this evening at Bonefish Grill at 6730 Central Florida Parkway, just across from SeaWorld. Kevin provided excellent service. Manager Tim Cavanaugh was working the room checking with guests, between helping with everything else from seating folks, assisting in the kitchen, to even bussing food. He still found the time to stop and chat with us. In addition to making us feel special, he really helped make it into an extraordinary dining experience. Tim is the consummate restaurateur. I had the complimentary bread, calamari, and a stuffed cod dish, whose name I cannot recall. The bread was good but nothing special, served with oil and some seasonings. I'm a bread fanatic, but I left half the loaf on the tray. The calamari was mediocre. The sauce was good, but the pieces were quite small and just average. The cod was pretty good though it was pretty firm/tough. The stuffed part was quite tasty. My two sides were broccoli and Cole slaw. The broccoli was fine, steamed, tasty. It was broccoli. The cole slaw was excellent. It was vinegary with a good ginger overtone. I've never had cole slaw like it, and I really enjoyed it. In fact, I'd say it was the best part of the meal. Service was efficient and courteous. Price was about as expected for a seafood place in such a tourist hotspot. read more

Another dinner, another outing, a solid place to get seafood. Never worry if it will be good. Seems to satisfy the palate. Bar staff is very friendly and attentive. Brought drinks, bread and dipping oil right away. We ordered bang, bang shrimp appetizer- quickly brought to bar top. Good and delicious! Orders were taken promptly and there was an appropriate time for us to eat appetizers and get main course. I ordered fish & chips, hubby ordered mahi-mahi with lemon butter sauce. Both solid meals. Not the best ever, but solid - good. Fish (3 piece) and chips were crisp and flaky fish. I compare to the best I've had. So can't give a 5 star for food. The food is meh but the service is great. The best thing to order is the bang bang shrimp appetizer. It's the most flavorful thing. The ciabatta bread with pesto that they bring out is also good. As for the entrees, they were ok. I ordered the cedar plank salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The salmon was cooked well but pretty bland inside. But in my opinion, it was still better than the other dishes the rest of my party got. The total miss was the signature pasta. It was flavorless, the noodles were weird (they were like Pad Thai noodles) and the salmon my brother ordered with it was over cooked. Didn't have high expectations though since this is a chain restaurant. read more
