We had dinner reservations on a Thursday night. Even we were a little early we were seated immediately and the first into the dining hall that looked out on the wheel. Our server, Kat was amazing. I love complementary bread and butter, and it was so good. As appetizers, we had the shrimp cocktail and the scallops both were delicious. What was really not good was the clam chowder, it was basically all bacon bits, and I did not finish it because it was just not good. If it was more soup and less bacon, it would have been good. Luckily, they took it off the check. The Caesar salad salad was very good, but had a lot of dressing. The salmon that was added as a protein was good but very undercooked. I actually took it home and cooked it there for later. Not a bad dinner, but definitely not something I would come back to.

I am not a seafood person but this restaurant was too cool to pass up. The cucumber sipper mocktail was so refreshing! I opted for the chicken breast for my meal. The bbq sauce was tangy and just a little bit spicy. The succotash with it was fresh and a good side dish option after eating treats around Disney Springs all day. But I didn't feel like I was missing a good carb like some bread or potato. My server and the hostess were super friendly! Not sure if it feeling like I was on the boat or the heat or just the stress of the travel day but I started feeling sick mid-meal and had to skip out on the key lime pie I was really looking forward to.

The view from the table. Notice the clothing store, UNIQLO in the back center.

First, Paddlefish is one of the many unique dining experiences at Disney Springs. I've wanted to eat here for years, and with my wife's birthday this week, I figured it was the perfect occasion to finally try it out. The service was incredibly efficient; we had reserved our spot two hours prior, and we were called to be seated not even two minutes after checking in. We were escorted to the second floor and seated in the back beside a window. While the view wasn't my favorite--mostly looking out at a limited angle of the water--I was immediately impressed by the atmosphere. The meal itself was excellent and truly made for a memorable birthday celebration for my wife. If you are looking for a unique spot at Disney Springs with great seafood and a classic atmosphere, Paddlefish is definitely worth the visit! The prices are maybe a tad too high if you have young kids with picky taste buds, but for this couple of diners, EVERYTHING was worth it.

I'll keep it short and sweet- This place is extremely mid. I was on a Disney vacation and had bought a dining plan previously so I decided to splurge and come to the paddlefish for dinner which costs two dine in credits. You get an entree , alcoholic drink and dessert (I would estimate around $90 for one person before tip). All of the food was mid, and the drinks were lacking excitement. The actual vibe of the place is pretty sterile and since it was nighttime we didn't really have a view. Our server was great though!

Lobster boil

Booked a reservation here, and it's a good thing I did. They were very busy, even with a reservation. Our server was very kind. I ordered a lobster boil and had no idea it was going to be a full lobster. As I have only had a tail or claws. It was very hard to break it apart, my friend ended up hurting his hands on the shell. The server eventually helped us out. Everything was delicious also. The server was awesome. She surprised me with a birthday sundae. It was super good and had a gluten free brownie on it. I would definitely come back here again in the future.

First the smell in here is incredible. I love the decor and the open shrimp bowl kitchen. The wait staff was very kind. The drinks were delicious. We shared several appetizers and they were great. The fried calamari wasn't as crispy as I would like but the dip was good. The scallops were incredible.

Salmon
Jenna R.

Everything was delicious! The salmon was cooked perfectly and I loved the sides. The key lime spritz was so sweet and delicious! Our server was nice, but took some time to come back at the end of our meal. The space was beautiful though and had an elevator and changing tables which are important to us now as parents!

shrimp pasta
Serina C.

definition of mediocre. got the herb parmesan fries and crispy shrimp as appetizers and those were toooo good. the entrees left a lot to be desired unfortunately. shrimp pasta was sort of bland, the pork tasted strongly of fajita veggies, which isn't bad but that shouldn't be the main flavor i taste, and the salmon was dry like there was barely any type of sauce on it. it's not like this was insanely bad, it was mostly fine, but those small things made it kinda eh but what is really carrying my ranking are those herb parmesan fries were delishhhhh. the place was very pretty though

Great option at downtown Disney/disney springs. Nice place expect a wait try to get a wait in advance if your in a small party ask to sit at the bar. Paddlefish is a seafood-focused, fine-dining restaurant located on a cool reimagined steamboat at Disney Springs in Lake Buena Vista, with waterfront views from most tables, a rooftop lounge for events (it was closed when we went, and a menu with fresh seafood, steaks, and craft cocktails. Great for people watching, families, work groups. But it's an upscale experience, food is a bit inconsistent with the price, Cuisine: Seafood-centric, sith daily catches, crab, scallops, and also steaks and chops. I had a grouper with puff cream pepper on top and it was amazing : Upscale, with 360-degree views of Lake Buena Vista and Disney Springs, Shrimp pasta was a vernal sneak great deal lots of shrimp Grouper with asparagus (lots of sauce wish they as a bit more on the side and less drenching the food ) but still delicious Visit Captain Handsome at the Bar for a real drink and visual treat. He has great recommendations

My fiancé and I had great dinner here!! One of the highlights was the delicious lobster corn dogs, which were crispy and flavorful and definitely worth ordering. It was something we've never seen before. The aioli it was served with paired very nicely. For entrees, I had the shrimp pasta, which our waitress Natalia recommended. I ordered it without asparagus. I was very happy with it. Flavors were great! My fiancé ordered the ribeye, and he said it was cooked exactly how a steak should be; simple, well-prepared, and not over seasoned. It was served with kale which was dressed nicely and Parmesan fries. Natalia truly stood out as a rockstar server. Her recommendation made a big difference in our experience. Pro tip: ask for Parmesan and red pepper flakes on the side. Mix a few sprinkles (preference based) into the pasta and then dip the bread into the leftover sauce at the bottom of the dish! It was so yummy! I had every last drop of that sauce. This was a fantastic spot for dinner!

I've seen this place a few times when I was at Disney Springs and always wanted to eat here and I got the opportunity to do so during my birthday trip. The wait was a bit long but I think it is for all restaurants there. Obviously the outside is really cute like a giant paddle boat, but the inside is also really cute with the inside boat theme too. The views are also really fun with car boats driving by and all kinds of fun stuff to watch. Our server was a little strange, but he was nice and efficient so no complaints there. I got the FLORIDA GROUPER which was Pan seared grouper, artichokes, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, lemon and it was very yummy. We also got the Keylime pie, which had torched meringue, which was also really good. I will absolutely return next time I'm in Disney Springs.

Lobster Roll

Went for lunch on a Saturday. It was busy, but not insane. Only a 10 minute walk in wait for 4 people. Once we were sat, it was a full 10 minutes before anyone brought us water. Once we finally got water and met our waiter, we ordered drinks. It was at least another 10 minutes to get them, and they were wrong. They let us keep them and then brought us the correct drinks. Food came out relatively quick (in comparison) and it was all room temperature. I ordered the lobster roll, and confirmed it was served warm. It was brought to the table "deconstructed", meaning a room temperature plain toasted un-buttered roll, a bowl of undressed shredded lettuce, and a bowl of plain lobster meat that was cool. No mayo, no butter, no celery. It was insanely disappointing. Save yourself a trip and just go to Boathouse

Key lime pie

My family and I had dinner here tonight based off the fact that their online menu states they have chocolate mousse cake which is my mom's favorite. The service was excellent and our server was great but the food was mediocre. It was ok but nothing to rave about. For the prices I'd expect better. -bread, good no complaints -raw oysters good -fried green tomatoes, different but we've had better -The grouper was dry and the artichokes and tomatoes with it were a bit oily -linguini and clams, we've had better -stuffed cod no complaints - key lime pie, meh nothing special, lack luster plating - Chocolate Mousse cake which- doesn't exist. Sadly they no longer have it on their menu. If you are going to update their menu you need to update it online because that's just good business practice. That was why we went in the first place and a big disappointment. Probably would not go back given the chance.

Where is the closest parking to paddlefish?

Lime Parking Garage, Disney Springs

Do you offer Alaskan king crab legs?

Christina, We currently do not offer Alaskan King Crab. We do have Snow Crab as well as Maine…

Do we need reservations to dine here? I went to Disney Springs last month and all the restaurants…

Disney Springs is super busy, so I would definitely recommend reservations. If Open Table tells you they are sold out, call the restaurant directly.

Do you have to go to Disney / buy admission to go to this restaurant?

This restaurant is located in Disney Springs, which is admission free for visitors. You will have to get yourself there, which can involve taxis, cars, buses or watercraft, depending on where you start from, but there are many cost-free ways.

Hi, dooes anyone know if they are currently offering take-out or is it dine-in with reservation only?

Dine in only

Do they have a Happy Hour? Food and drinks?

Not that I know of. I never saw anything listed

What's the difference between the crab boils and the crab entrees?

Broiled vs boiled. The Entree is much better but is less and more expensive. I'd recommend the entree if cost isn't a factor.

Does this restaurant move at all?? I know it's "docked" on the water but I get motion sickness easily and if it sways even a tiny bit, I will feel it!

No movement at all! Should be good 👍🏻

What's the difference between the Snow Crab, served with Corn and New Potatoes for $40 and the Snow Crab seafood boil, served with corn on the cob,red potatoes, and corn bread for $29? Why is the one $11 more?

I think you get a smaller amount.

Are the king crab legs all you can eat?

No! Ala carte and I believe they were market price when we were there in Sep. I want to say my husband added them on to his entree and they were $30-$40 add on.

Can you get the steam pots with the dining plan, more specifically the build your own?

Yes! You can get whatever off the menu using the DDP, just know that everything is worth 2 table services and something's will have an additional up charge (DD+17)

Our server, Yamel, was super sweet and took great care of us. We ordered 1.5 lbs of snow crab legs which came with some corn and potatoes, several boiled eggs, white rice and two crab cakes. We loved the ratio of sauce to seafood and were happy that the sauce wasn't watered down. Unfortunately, I was not a fan of the crab cakes or the sauce that served with it (boom boom sauce). The crab cakes were a very mushy consistency with little to no flavor and sauce was runny. Everything else was delicious though. In regard to the ambiance, the restaurant had a really cute, nautical theme. There were people enjoying meals alone, couples enjoying date night and, of course, the birthday party. In my opinion, they were very loud and obnoxious, but I don't blame the restaurant for that. They were actually the reason that we packed up and left so quickly. We might've stayed for a drink (as the couple beside us were tearing them down!), but after a long day of traveling, we were happy to leave and avoid the impending headache. This place is very big, great for big groups and has a jukebox onsite for you to choose your own music. Very nice place.

When we walked in, they asked if we had reservations and I honestly said no, but I had checked online and saw they had open reservations so I thought it was worth just walking in. My most recent visit to the Vineland Ave. location near the outlets was for a date night, and overall, we had a really enjoyable experience. We started with several margaritas, and they were vibrant, flavorful, and a great way to kick off the evening. We also enjoyed the yuca sticks and coconut shrimp -- both were delicious. The one big miss of the night was the tostones with chicken. The fried plantains were burnt, there was very little chicken, and unfortunately, there was none of the jerk seasoning that really brings this dish together. That was disappointing, especially since the flavors are what make this appetizer stand out. That said, I'm chalking it up to an off night. One dish isn't going to change my opinion after three decades of enjoying Bahama Breeze. I still love the restaurant, the atmosphere, and the overall experience -- and I'll definitely be back soon! Hopefully the tostones are back to their usual standard on my next visit.

Definitely a great atmosphere for a nice dinner! We made a reservation, which I would highly recommend. One thing worth noting is that even though the restaurant is located inside a hotel, they do have a dress code posted at the entrance. No bathing suits and no sandals for men, so keep that in mind! The hotel also offers self-parking, which the restaurant validates, making parking free. Always a nice bonus! Service throughout the evening was good, and we started with three appetizers: the pork belly, ceviche, and goat cheese brûlée. The pork belly was delicious! It was cooked really nicely and had so much flavor. The goat cheese brûlée was probably the biggest surprise of the night. It doesn't necessarily look or sound like much, but WOW, the combination of flavors was so good! Definitely one of those dishes that ends up being much better than you expected. I don't eat fish, so I skipped the ceviche, but my dining companions really enjoyed it and said it was great. For entrees, we tried the churrasco, which was a special on the Magical Dining menu, and the mojo chicken. Unfortunately, the steak was a bit of a letdown for me. I thought it lacked flavor and was a little tougher than I would have liked. The mojo chicken, on the other hand, was AMAZING! So flavorful and easily my favorite of the two. I would absolutely order the chicken again! We finished with the dulce de leche crème brûlée and tres leches tiramisu. Both were delicious, but the crème brûlée was my favorite! Such a great way to end the meal. Overall, I really enjoyed our visit to Four Flamingos! The restaurant is beautiful, the service was good, and there were some really standout dishes. While the steak wasn't my favorite, the pork belly, goat cheese brûlée, mojo chicken, and desserts more than made up for it. I'd definitely come back, especially for that chicken and crème brûlée!
