This six-week class teaches all the basics to train the owner in how to get positive dog behavior. The small class size makes it possible to focus on you dog even though it is a group class. Zander, the man who teaches the class is very knowledgeable in dog behavior and helps to explain why we do what we do with the dog to get the desired behavior. He also teaches what not to do so that you do not enforce the wrong behavior. I would highly recommend this training.

Upon picking up my dog, I immediately noticed she was shaved completely.... obviously FAR from what I had asked for and I mentioned that I was not happy to which I was immediately dismissed and told "she was matted so we shaved her". My dog was not matted, never has been as I wash and brush her once a week... even then, shaving her was never discussed. When I started to talk to a manager I was immediately asked "was she matted" rather than a slight concern. All of them were loaded with algae (you could hardly see in some) and pest snails. I saw multiple tanks with dead fish that needed to be removed. He is a recent rescue in our lives with a traumatic past and Maddy was very understanding. Even though the hair cut did not work out, she was so kind and taught us how to do it at home where he would be more comfortable with us. We were able to successfully do it at home! I bring my client here since she got her cute kitten, Precious. After seeing that they have a…read morekitten program, I thought it would be nice to look into it for my kitten, Sophie. They are so wonderful with Precious. They are gentle, talk sweet to her and she can feel the good energy and intentions that they have. They suggested a kitten program that runs my client about $77 a month for 12 months where it includes the spay and the check ups (only) at no additional cost. It sounded great! So I decided I would schedule Sophie an appointment since I needed to get her spayed... except Sophie was about a month past the age limit on their kitten program and they didn't offer any other program where I could pay monthly for similar services. I ended up canceling my appointment here at Bandfield inside Petsmart. After Precious was spayed, the medication they suggest (anti-inflammatory meds) IS NOT included for the monthly price. Flea medication IS NOT included in the monthly price, either... and when she vomited 2 days after her spay appointment, they offered to do a check-up which IS included in the monthly price, but if she needed blood work, that IS NOT included in the monthly price... So.... after seeing what was NOT INCLUDED with this monthly price of a year long commitment... I'm glad my Sophie did not qualify for the Petsmart/Bandfield program. I got Sophie spayed elsewhere and I don't have a monthly cost. I have access to cheaper flea medication. If she needs a check up, the cost is cheaper than the monthly payments my client is paying, as well as other services at adorable pricing. In my opinion, this year long of a monthly price commitment is not worth paying for when the same services are offered elsewhere for a much better price.
