This review is long overdue, in part because I wanted to give it the care and attention it deserved. Greta is not only an exceptional breeder, but an exceptional human being. I came to her during one of the hardest periods of my life, after my dearest companion passed away unexpectedly because of a mistake at the vet. From the very beginning, Greta showed extraordinary empathy, kindness, and patience, without ever making us feel pressured or assuming we would necessarily move forward with her. She took real time to talk with me about what I was going through, handled our situation with so much sensitivity, and offered us the opportunity to experience her cat retreat so we could simply spend time with kittens without the pressure of immediately bringing another cat home. We already had two cats, and I was hoping to eventually find a companion for the one who remained, but Greta understood that grief does not move on a schedule. The cat retreat itself was wonderful, and it was there that we met Willow. Greta had actually held that litter for us because she knew we were especially interested, and she believed Willow was the kitten who best matched what we were looking for: cuddly, sweet, and deeply affectionate. She was absolutely right. Willow chose us, and we could not be happier. Willow is healthy, incredibly sweet, and wonderfully cuddly. Since bringing her home, we have not had a single health issue or even a single bout of diarrhea, which, frankly, is not something I can say about our other two Ragdolls. It is very clear that Greta runs her cattery with immense love, care, thoughtfulness, and thoroughness. What touched me just as much was who Greta was throughout the process before we had even decided whether to move forward. She would send me kitten videos simply to make me smile during a very dark time. She kept me in her prayers. She showed up with genuine compassion and generosity when she did not have to, and I will never forget that. I am deeply thankful not only to have gotten Willow from Greta, but to have met Greta as a person. She was a source of kindness and support during one of the most painful times in my life, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

At first she was quite transparent with my husband and I that he had a heart murmur. We purchased him from her for 1000.00. These puppies normally cost around 5 to 6K. Due to the murmur she lowered his price. When we had him checked our Vetenarian advised he should be seen by a cardiologist to determine the grade of his heart murmur. Fast forward- He was seen and the cardiologist broke the news that our boy has a congenital hereditary heart defect- pulmomaric stenosis. Pulmomaric stenosis is a hereditary heart defect in dogs that causes a malformation of the pulmomaric valve which obstructs the flow of blood from the heart to the lungs. He is at a low but severe risk of 83 out of 120 for heart attack. His right side of his heart has already weakend and he was placed on a beta blocker for the duration of his life. He was also restricted of all physical activity. He needs to have his nares and pallet clipping which should be beneficial for his health but he is at anesthetic risk due to his heart defect. Recently I reached out to Natalia and told her about his heart defect and asked her if she would consider a refund due to the heartache and stress not only my puppy but our 3 little girls are experiencing over this devastating news. However, she denied it. I explained that if she wasn't already aware of this issue I was relaying this information respectively so she was made aware that either one or both of his parents has this heart condition and should be checked out. Emmitts parents are Zara and Ace. Recently I found a Google review of a woman who had purchased 2 puppies from Natalia around the same time I purchased Emmitt. Her review states that both of her pups have the same congenital heart defect as our puppy! She reached out to Natalia with no response. This is so sad! Natalia needs to be stopped from breeding her dogs that have these defects. Its not fair to these puppies or their families who are having to go through what our family is. Its financially draining and emotionally exhausting. I will be pursing further action against Natalia. Please please please do not purchase puppies from her until you get a full physical examination of the puppy!

I adopted my dog and he was extremely nervous. Zero contact with humans since he was born. Only like other dogs. I left him 2 weeks initially but Tierney would tell me that he needs one more week and he ended up being 5 weeks there. I cooked and gave them his homemade food. I provided the food for the whole time there. I was not able to visit him and they brought him back to my house. When I saw him, I was shock. He was in his bones. I could see all this skeleton. She said that he just didn't eat a lot. ...why didn't they call me ? Then, in the house with the handover of my dog, she acted like a Military, basically my dog fear her. I didn't even want to see trick that she showed him" because I could see the dog was suffering only with her presence. She left and I was glad that at least I had my dog back. I had to take him to vet to check and he was in extremely bad health condition. I gave her my dog perfectly healthy. I really regret taking my dog here and I recommend that if your dog is humble and afraid dog, don't take them here. This is not the place for those type of dogs. After this training, he didn't change at all- still bark, still pull and more afraid of people than before .

It is actually been sitting in my draft folder for a few years, However, I feel like I want to share my experience. I had rescued a cattle dog who was a good boy but was afraid of everything (he had lived in a kennel for most of his life) and needed some work walking on a leash and some recall. I booked a 2 week Bootcamp with Tierney, and I was told by Justine - her partner that lived on the East Coast - that it was perfect timing because my boy would be the only dog. Apparently, Tierney was moving, but said she had plenty of time to work with my boy. What I didn't know - and was not divulged when I signed up - was the the move was an hour away! (And they actually did have a second dog they were working with). This means a 2 hour round-trip, not including loading and unloading and pit-stops. My boy was a pretty easy dog - and he did not get the training that I paid for. I voiced my concerns, especially when I came up for a visit lesson and noticed not much improvement. They said she would keep him for an extra week. The second issue I had was a lack of communication. I got a handful of photos and that was it. It was always me having to reach out to find out what was going on with my dog. Super frustrating! I mean, I am trusting you with my baby and you can't update me? Nothing on the Facebook page, nothing on Instagram, and only a few photos through Messenger. And that was after three weeks of having my dog. And then with the follow up sessions...there was always some reason why she had to re-schedule. I get it, life happens, but it just got so frustrating trying to constantly reschedule sessions that I was supposed to get, that I ended up just finally canceling on the last one. All of the things that I received back that I dropped off with him, it was either super dirty and smelly, or didn't get it back at all. Hopefully things will get better, and hope they are at better facilities than when I was there, from a duplex when I dropped him off, to picking him up in a barn they were living in, with no bathroom any indoor space away from dirt. I do hope things get better for her, because I think she has skills with working with dogs, but definitely need to work on organization, punctuality and communication. (I gave two stars instead of one because I was trying to be nice, but I know several people were not happy but didn't post reviews so I felt like there should be one representing those of us who had bad experiences instead of just all the five star reviews that are there now)

My dog has been....... unpredictable when it comes to meeting people and other dogs, and recently decided to eat our couch. This is on top of barking continuously at noises outside and jetting out the door when it's opened (she's been skunked twice because of this). She DOES hear me when I used to tell her to come, but instead of coming to me, she'd wag her tail and chase whatever's more important in the back bushes. After just ONE session with Jenn, we completely re-focused my dog's attention and have since addressed every one of our concerns AND have recently started scent-training, which has kept our doggo super mentally stimulated. It's been incredible to see the 180 my dog has made and seeing just how much fun she's having, and I owe this to Jenn. Thank you for helping discover what I've been missing out on! ‍
