I grew up with two Golden Retrievers from a breeder in the UK. When I compare my experiences with them to my experiences with Beary, I can say that I have had a much easier time with Beary. Heather sure knows her stuff when it comes to breeding, and she has the best puppy trainers around. Beary already knew many of the basic commands when he arrived and was trained to go to the bathroom in a litter box. Beary is sweet-natured and funny. Playing fetch with him is more entertaining than watching TV. He has no health issues, is very intelligent, and he's always good but perhaps sometimes just a little mischievous! He learns quickly and is very well-behaved. He's also extremely beautiful, loves to cuddle, and is very caring. There's nothing more I could have asked for. Thank you, Heather, for all you do. My life is much happier with Beary in it.

After losing my sweet Sadie, I felt an emptiness in my home I didn't think could ever be filled…read more Then I found Taylor through Ragdoll Ranch, and what I brought home was more than a kitten. He was a blessing, a piece of light, and a living reminder that love continues. I've worked with breeders before, but never like this. Ashley and Lyle are not just breeders, they are family, and they raise their kittens like family. Ashley mothers these babies in a way you can see and feel: they are held, loved, and nurtured during those tender months when personality is formed. When I adopted Taylor at 6 months old, he came to me not just healthy and socialized, but with a sweetness that only comes from being raised with real heart. He checks every box you'd expect from a true Ragdoll: gentle, floppy, endlessly affectionate, the kind of cat who seems born to love. Some people misunderstand what it means for a Ragdoll to be "purebred." The truth is that Ragdolls were created in the 1960s by Ann Baker using a mix of breeds (Birman, Persian-like, Siamese-pointed cats, and a white domestic longhair named Josephine). That's the foundation of the breed. So when DNA tests today show traces of those breeds, that doesn't disprove anything, it actually confirms the breed's history. What makes a Ragdoll purebred is registration and lineage, and all of Ragdoll Ranch's kings and queens are TICA-registered Ragdolls. But beyond papers and pedigrees, what matters most is love. Ragdoll Ranch gave me not just a cat, but a companion whose personality reflects the kindness of the people who raised him. They were responsive, transparent, and professional; providing health records, care guidance, and even advice on local vets. Ashley has even cared for Taylor for me when I couldn't -- a gesture that says more than words ever could. This isn't just a business. It is a humane, heartfelt, beautiful enterprise; a reflection of beautiful people investing their lives in something of the heart. In a world that often feels hurried and transactional, Ashley and Lyle remind me that when something is raised with love, it shows. Taylor shows it every single day. To say I recommend this breeder would be an understatement. If you are looking for a Ragdoll raised with love and integrity, I implore you to reach out. Ashley and Lyle are not only the best in town -- they are among the best you'll find anywhere.

I've been to my local vet every week since, culminating with a visit to the ER Vet on 10/21. Multiple tests, X-rays and $1100+ later, my puppy was diagnosed with Bordatella, Mycoplasma and Giardia. After a week on multiple antibiotics, meds for Giardia and a special dog food for gastrointestinal health, my puppy is feeling much better. In addition, this breeder vaccinates her puppies herself using vaccines purchased at her local farm supply. My vet was uncomfortable with the manufacturer and recommended we re-vaccinate, which I did. During that first vet visit, the vet said I would put his age closer to 6-7 weeks instead of the 9 weeks I was told. The vet said his teeth are very small and he doesn't have molars or incisors yet. Finally, this breeder claims on her website and when speaking to her, to offer a one year health guarantee. When I reached out to her to 1) notify her of my puppy's health issues, so that she could notify the owners of the rest of the litter. They should know what their puppy was exposed to; 2) convey my disappointment; 3) ask when I would receive my puppy's AKC registration papers; and 3) asked how she planned to honor the one year health guarantee, her response...she blocked me! This breeder has no intention of communicating with me, giving me my puppy's AKC papers or honoring the one year health guarantee. Note: I found this breeder on AKC's Marketplace, where there is a high standard/criteria that breeders need to meet in order to sell puppies on their marketplace. I trust AKC which is why I had a level of comfort purchasing through their Marketplace. Don't be fooled by the cuteness. Thoroughly vet any breeder you are considering. I have since notified AKC's general info line as well as AKC's dog governance line.

On the way home, she was coughing and was diagnosed a few days later with kennel cough. I tried calling Haley Nicole, and her phone was disconnected. Since then, I had her stool tested, and she has parasites. I should have done more research, but I thought I could trust the breeder because she was listed on AKC. I'm so disappointed and sad. I hope this wasn't a puppy mill puppy. I wish I could give negative stars!

Absolutely exceptional breeder!…read more I got my second Mini Aussie from LLA about 3 years ago and am about to get another - absolutely can't recommend them enough. In an industry where there are a lot of poor breeding practices, especially with what has become a popular breed, it becomes so important to make sure you have a really reputable breeder. LLA's professionalism, genuine love for their dogs, and commitment to responsible breeding are exceptional. Having owned Mini Aussies now for 18 years, I'm super picky about where I get my dogs! They really put the welfare of their puppies above all else when selecting adopters and I love that they don't dock their dog's tails as well as provide Volhard testing results so you can really match the right drive dog for your family and lifestyle. To sum up, I highly recommend Lucky Little Aussies for anyone seeking a trustworthy and dedicated Toy/Mini Aussie breeder.
