Vegetables were very crispy and fresh, looked like a meal from the pages of Better Homes and Gardens or Bon Appetite! Tom kar is a little bland but the egg rolls and crab Rangoon are the best I've had in a long time! The friendly service can be slow at times but the food comes hot and they do make sure you're happy. For starters....we love this place. However, the 2 young girls that waitress are horrible. Tonight we were there for 15 minutes before they came to our table. But they were sure to be on their cell phones. They proceeded to argue over white rice versus fried rice and proceeded to tell me they "don't just hand out fried rice". They never checked on us either. They were on their cell phones the entire time we were there. And I will add only 3 tables were being occupied. I hope next time isn't this bad! read more

Wow!!! Came through Mt. Pleasant while driving to Missouri. Ate some awesome crab rangoons and took pad Thai to go. They're pretty large portions, and very good. One of the best restaurant dinners I've had in a long time. Pad Thai has sort of a mixed menu with some Thai food (curries and so on) and some Chinese food. Service was fast and friendly. I had the yellow curry which was outstanding. Spicy enough to have a really nice kick and flavor, but not so spicy that it was an anesthetic. My wife had the sesame chicken which was a better sesame chicken than we've had at any of the other traditional Chinese restaurants in town. We will absolutely be back, probably on a weekly basis. I am so not a Thai food person but I went along with others. They were very happy. I stuck to something safe - Mongolian Beef - and it was tasty and tender. Service was a little confusing on that day for lunch as they were short handed. The place is small but nicely done. Meals were good sized. Since they changed owners they have become terrible. We waited an hour for our food, they got every order wrong, now they charge $2 tax for each item without telling anyone, and their staff is rude.
