I eat at China One frequently. Always fresh and delicious and affordable with generous serving. The cook prepares all meals with fresh ingredients and cooks made to order as you wait. Burlington is fortunate to have the best Asian cuisine I have ever tasted

Nothing I have ever gotten has tasted right. If you enjoy over cooked or old "chicken? Tofu? " who knows... not for me bro, no cap.

Love this place. Small but the food is great and they will cook to your spice or hotness request. I eat there often.

Small buffet not what I was expecting Ok on to the food First small plate samples: White Rice and lomein noodles And sample a bit of everything Plastic plates and plastic silverware Big butterfly jumbo shrimp silver dollar size! No shrimp sauce Real good as is! The chicken pot stickers were spot on perfect! Rice was spot on jasmine rice awesome flavor! Lo mein wow outstanding! I could have made a meal out of those two things! Chicken broccoli check! And good Steak and onions with green peppers check but I only did the steak and onions as green peppers are not an out of town road food for me Really good Some cashew chicken I did not see any nuts but it was a little warm on the spice Egg drop soup well mine is better lol But a dash of soy sauce to flavor it And was ok. Second trip more of the same. Hot day so just the small sampling Drinks are serve yourself and included in the 15 dollar price Yea I would stop again if I was in the area But not a destination place for me

We called in for pickup, but were surprised that they no longer have dine-in. This didn't affect us, but just be aware if you order here. We ordered General Tso tofu (requested extra spicy), veggie Mai fun, combo platter chicken with veggies and fried rice, and egg roll. As a Chinese man living in California, I've had my share of both Chinese food and American-Chinese food, and I can say this place is fantastic! The spiciness of tofu was perfect and not overly salted; veggie Mai fun was delicious; and fried rice with chicken and veggies was a great choice for my grandparents. I didn't eat the egg roll, but I can only assume it was delicious too. We got all this food for $32! This is a great price for the quantity and quality of the food. I am very impressed, and so are my grandparents. They seldom eat Chinese food, but they would order from here again. Definitely recommend!

They have the cool round tables that can fit up to 10 or more people for Chinese New Year which is awesome. You can absolutely come here for solid American Chinese classics (yes, the orange chicken is good!). But if you're ready to challenge your taste buds a little--or want to impress your Chinese foodie friend--here's what I recommend: 重庆辣子鸡 (Chongqing Spicy Crispy Chicken) Crispy, dry-fried chicken buried in a mountain of dried chilies. Numbing, salty, and packed with wok hei. A must if you're serious about spice. 四川烤鱼 (Whole Fish with Szechuan Sauce) Whole tilapia swimming in bold, peppery sauce. Flaky, flavorful, and unapologetically spicy. This one earns respect. 干煸包菜 (Stir-Fried Cabbage with Hot Pepper) Don't underestimate this dish--it's got deep wok flavor, a little heat, and balances out the heavier mains perfectly. 担担面 (Dan Dan Noodles) Nutty, garlicky, and just the right amount of heat. Toss them well and you'll see why they're a classic. Yes, it's a bit oily--that's part of the deal with traditional Szechuan. But the flavor payoff is so worth it. Portions are generous, and the spice is real (so come prepared). Pro tip: This is what my Chinese dad would order. And if you're ready to go beyond orange chicken, you just might find your new favorite here too.
