Service level is ridiculous. God forbid you ask for someone to open the dressing room door. The young lady working today with long dark curly hair is horrible. She was extremely rude to me, along with another customer that dared to ask that she actually do her job. Whomever owns this or manages this location needs to seriously reconsider her employment. I never feel the need to write a review but this place was TERRIBLE. The service is non existent. Nobody is by the dressing rooms and the workers just talk amongst themselves the entire time. This place has good clothes and certainly doesn't lack in employees as some places do now. I'm watching at least 9 employees in the store now. However, these employees are mostly hanging out with each other or friends. We've got school clothes shopping going on and I've watched three employees hang out in a corner by the jeans for at least 15 minutes while the line lengthens and only two are at registers one more employee works the dressing room. Whoever the two workers were on 7/5/23 at 1:30pm were extraordinarily rude! Neither of them greeted customers, chatted at the counter while we waited to try on clothes, we had to go get them and even then no greeting they just stuck my daughter in a room and appeared pissed we asked for help. It was disgusting. Won't be returning to this location. The only kind person was someone who appeared from the back when we checked out. He was dark hair with the name starting with a K. If I could I would give this store negative . I tried to return a shirt, the main tag I still hanging from it; however, the price tag had come off. I told her the shirt was not worn, my son did not like the shirt, and the shirt has been in my car but since I live on the south part of the town I could not bring back right away (it been 3 weeks). She kept saying I cannot take it back because it's been worn, I kept telling her no it has not, the main tag which is a big long hard tag has been on it, in addition there is whole which neither I nor the sales person noticed was already there. However, she would not accept it. This is the type of service this store provides for her customers. They do not respect their customers, and make a young I experienced person as a manager! I never leave reviews, but almost every time I go to the PAC SUN Temecula they completely snub/ignore me. They never welcome me in, they never ask if I need help, and if I need a fitting room, I'm waiting for 10-15 minutes while they look at me and pretend I'm not there. The last time I had to leave because they did not help me. I feel like they cater to a certain demographic, and since I don't fit it they won't acknowledge me. It could be general inattentiveness, but it's consistent and it makes me feel unwelcome and invisible. read more

I got a pair of jeans recently and after washing them once when I took then out of the dryer they were completely ripped along the seam all the way down the leg. I called to speak to the manager asking if I could possibly come in and swap them out for the SAME exact pair. I was told no and to call customer service, after I already had and they told me there was nothing they could do to help. I don't recommend purchasing your jeans from PacSun, they do not stand by there products or quality. The worst service ever! Will never return. went to the store in the evening on Nov. 27th 2018 about 7:30pm. Two sales associates were working. Went to buy my daughter some jeans. I committed to her that I would buy her 4 pairs. We walked in, no one greeted us. My daughter walked around and picked a few up to go to the dressing room to try on. She went to the dressing room to try them on and they were locked. I then walked over to the cash register which the sales associate, I believe she was the manager was ringing up 1 client. There was no one behind the client she was servicing. I asked her if the dressing room could be unlocked. She looked up to me and said, I will be there. I sat back down on the bench with my daughter and waited. Waited and waited we did. While we were waiting one of the other customers came out of the dressing room to dine another size. I asked her if she was done so we could take her room. She said no, i needed another size. no problem i said. Which was fine. So after 15 minuets, And the manager was still trying to figure out the register, We left. We said to her, I'm sorry, but you have lost a customer. Her reply to me was..... " That's ok, Thank You!" Sales associate #51981 was the rudest sales representative I've ever had an experience with. She was rude, condescending, and intimidating to my daughter. I went in to speak to her and she displayed the same nasty attitude towards me. Very horrible employees. I came here a night a little after black friday and some ratchet music was blasted, felt like I was walking into a club. Then some girl with ombre hair started getting crazy dancing to the music as the song WAS CLEARLY SAYING THE F WORD AND B1*ch constantly. I am not sure if the staff are just not well trained or don't know what quality customer service entails but I have purchased a few pieces from this location in the past and I have to say the customer service is not the best.
