The most egregious part was the charges I unwittingly incurred. Yes, I was told that design help would cost me $95/hour charged in 15 minute increments... so I laid it all out myself, including the fonts and sizes for the text part of my MAILING postcard as previously discussed and as it appeared in my layout. When the time came to approve everything and pay a deposit, I was charged two hours for design work when I was emailing her guy to get everything 'right'. Two hours!? I assure you if I had been sitting with him, it would have been no longer than half an hour, but how could I argue the two hours when I had no leg to stand on... so here I am wanting a lousy 200 postcards and I'm being charged $475! Okay, I'm a fool... Outrageous, so now I 'sent' via Zelle $200 and now I was committed. Next day an email stating that I did something 'wrong' in my Zelle deposit to please look into it before I pick up order. I do. She had never activated her Zelle account so I canceled my payment and I tell her I'll pay by check or credit card when I pick up. I go to pick up my order... and the back of the card was NOT for mailing. It was in announcement format. Nadia says, "Well, you approved it... " my response, "You've been nothing but a nightmare. I'm done with you." and walked out. Today I went to Staples. I'm getting 100 postcards for $65.... much better deal, don't you think? And they were awfully nice to boot. Just saying. Save yourself from All Printing Services unless you like abuse and don't care about being ripped off.

The prints I got 10 days ago are CRAP! I asked for the most accurate reproduction of the colors possible as this is used for reference in my graduate study ( oil painting major). The print is a lot darker than the actual image as viewed on computer or iPad. I had to repaint my painting completely because the professor wouldn't accept the print's shitty colors. As we are currently painting 60 hours per week, as you can see, i was pretty upset over the matter of fact. When we met with Jennifer, we appreciated how she took time to understand our vision, and even had some cardstock nearby to show us some options on Zoom. We ultimately hired her to create our Save the Dates and wedding invitations as she seemed personal and friendly. When I sent Jennifer inspiration for what we wanted our paper products to look like, she created an almost identical version of what we sent her. This could be perceived as a good thing as she created our vision, but at the same time I hired her so she could put her creative spin on it. Anyone can order invitations off of various websites, so I was surprised when she pretty much copied the inspiration almost exactly instead of making it her own while sticking to a theme. There were also a few times where it took several days for her to respond to emails. It would have been nice to receive an away message from her so I knew she would get back to us. Without an away message, working with her was stressful at times, especially with deadlines. One incident that rubbed me the wrong way was when I emailed Jennifer addresses for our Save the Dates, spoke with her on the phone about how to improve the etiquette (mainly the order of the names), and submitted the new list to print. Even after I spoke with her, the original list (before the edits) was printed. Luckily the addresses were correct, but I felt frustrated that the new list was not printed. I then realized that in the fine print the first list emailed is printed, so I take responsibility for not reading that closer. Regardless, it seemed strange to speak to me on the phone in the first place if the intention was never to print the updated list. Overall, I didn't completely trust that Jennifer would respond to my emails efficiently, and I therefore felt a bit on edge working with her, especially when it came to other paper products that had shorter and tighter deadlines. I think she means well, but I prefer to work with vendors that answer emails within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays) and put their creative spin on projects, especially since it costs more money to hire someone than do it yourself online. With all that said, I am grateful that Jennifer helped us stay within budget, and the paper products we received from her were of high quality. It's just too bad there was a rough journey to the destination.

First, when he saw me taking photos, he got a bit serious. I told him the reason and then he smiled. Needed to find out the cost of few boxes, fax two important documents, and if they ship things out of country? He said "yes". I needed to ship a small, long box that I already had with me to another country. They do faxing, printing, scanning, copy making services, notarial copy certification. Have so many mailboxes, mailing, shipping and delivering. They also sell different sizes of boxes, gift bags, stationary stuff, & greeting cards. Even have snacks and drinks. I asked Sam, "how much will it cost to rent a mailbox"? The answer blew my mind away. $269.00 a year. You have 24 hours of access to your mailboxes. Est. back in 1998, and is family owned. Place was super clean, street parking, and no public restroom. They work in conjunction with UPS, FED-EX, & USPS. Accept cash and credit cards only.

Prices are reasonable so it's definitely a value and I've been able to get packages in different sizes. If you ever need to pick up your package after hours, simply call them and they'll leave your packages in a larger box. I also know my packages are safe. Unfortunately, service has declined significantly since the new owners took over. The first major issue involved the mailbox area being closed during business hours, preventing customers from accessing their mail and creating delivery problems with carriers. I raised those concerns directly with management at the time. Today I experienced another serious failure. I left a package at the store to be shipped as a Mother's Day gift. One week later, the package had never been sent. It was simply handed back to my wife when she visited the store. No notification. No follow-up. No explanation until we discovered it ourselves. What is most concerning is that these incidents appear to be symptoms of larger operational issues. On a recent visit, there were multiple customers waiting in line while an employee who appeared to be unfamiliar with the systems struggled to assist them. The owner was in the back office, and another person openly stated they did not know how to complete the transaction they were attempting to process. The only employee who consistently appears knowledgeable and capable is Jose, who was there under the previous ownership. Even basic customer convenience has suffered. The rear parking area that was previously available to customers is now frequently occupied by U-Haul trucks, reducing access and making visits more difficult. I understand that taking over a business is challenging. However, after nearly a year under the new ownership, these are no longer growing pains. Customers depend on this business for secure mail handling, package acceptance, and timely shipping. Those services must be reliable. I sincerely hope the owners invest more time in training, staffing, and day-to-day operations because this location was once an excellent neighborhood business. As a long-time customer, it is disappointing to see the decline.
