Beautiful location to enjoy lunch today with friends. Absolutely nothing lacking from friendly greeting upon entrance to "have a lovely day ladies" upon leaving. The service by Patrick was outstanding - comfortably attentive making sure to accommodate our wishes. Delicious food with nice presentation. Manager thoughtfully checked to see that all was well. Waitresses was excellent, very friendly, helpful with suggestions, and checked on us frequently. The food: subpar at best. $90 ribeye was cooked correctly (medium) but was tough and flavorless. The red fish was okay, but overcooked and dry as a result. The mushrooms were undercooked and meh in flavor. The crab cake was okay. -no sauce! No lump. The baked potatoes were basic. The head on shrimp were over cooked and the heads had already been removed and cleaned - no bueno. The Caesar salad, however, was delicious the wine - excellent The overall meal for three of us was $375 not including tip , which was ridiculous for the poorly cooked food with lackluster flavor. Ambience: as loud as if we ran an amusement park we couldn't hear each other speak. This restaurant is rated NA (never again). read more

Enjoyed my lunch here! Sat near the bar and the waitress and bar tender were great. I got the steak tacos & they were delicious! Steak was so tender and well seasoned! Also got the spritzer... it was pretty good but I think drinks are all between that $15-19 range. Overall meal & drink were a little pricey for lunch imo, but bill for 2 came out to about $80. Spent my birthday weekend at Innisbrook! Visited Packards and was very impressed with the service! Our long time server was spot on to create a fantastic experience! Martinis were perfect to start! My wife and I shared a bone in Filet which was perfectly cooked! Great flavor and experience. We enjoyed the laid back ambiance with a high end experience! I will go out of my way to return to this great establishment. read more

Lovely Anniversary meal at Packard's. Started with their newly offered Cheese course (we chose 3) and their Crab Cakes (the remoulade sauce had a good kick & nice sear on the blue crab cakes). My prime NY strip and my husband's Delmonico were both delicious. Loved the crust on his steak but gave the edge to the flavor on mine, Spot on cocktails & such attentive and friendly team oriented service (Thank you Mike, Teresa, Gayle & Melissa) you felt like you were a eating with friends. I would be happier on an island alone eating nothing but coconuts. We went there for dinner at a recent wedding. Five of us at at Packards and made reservations based on the Yelp reviews Walked in and 30 minutes to seat us -- hostess thought is was better to set napkins on five different tables Placed order and took 1 hour for food -- waitress was nice. My medium rare steak had burnt tips and was barely pink Grouper was over cooked and firm The list goes on. Run away Stay away Get take out delivered ... just do t ever eat here , we won't. My husband and I went here last night to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary. We decided to splurge and try it out... bad decision. I got a ribeye.... So overdone, and looked "mangled", zero flavor (unless you call "burnt" a flavor) and I am guessing that out of the 14oz ribeye... MAYBE 7oz were edible...MAYBE. My husband got the filet... cooked correctly but again, no flavor. The mashed potatoes were good, asparagus was ok. The big letdown was paying $250 for a dinner that was so subpar, and the ambiance was lackluster at best. Very disappointed. This place is grossly overpriced for what it is in my opinion. read more

I had out of town guests and I made reservations for dinner. We arrived on time and were seated. Now keep in mind, this is a steakhouse restaurant. My guests ordered the filet mignon, they were out of it. Imagine that, a steakhouse with no filet mignon. Then they decided to go with the grouper, guess what, they were out of that as well. At this point, we decided to leave. At least they comped our bread. Overall, a very bad experience and a great embarrasment to me since I had talked up the restaurant to them. I won't let this happen a second time. Just an FYI, call ahead and make sure they have the steak you want otherwise, you might in for a very disapointing evening. read more

Innisbrook is such a beautiful sanctuary and a great getaway any time we can get on property. It's always a nice evening with great service. Came here on special birthday occasion. The place atmosphere was very chill, from the lighting to the music. We started with some soup (French Onion & Lobster Bisque) both were tasty. The French Onion has Gruyère cheese which was very good. If I'm being a little critical the lobster bisque could have been a little hotter when served. We had the steak and pork chops with side of Brussels sprouts. My steak was cooked lick I asked, just seemed to only be warm. We got the chocolate Dome, which was very delicious. Overall I would have to say this was ok for type of steak house it was advertised as. read more

We had the best dinner there last night! My sister and I brought my niece and nephew for a birthday meal. Ursula was so wonderful. She was so sweet and attentive and the food was amazing. We loved the oysters! Highly recommend this place. My 9 year old nephew had the filet mignon and ate every last bite . Will definitely be coming back! read more

Packards is a well kept secret kept hidden in the forest of Innisbrook. It is a Clasic steakhouse with great service and great steaks. It has a wonderful Bach deck overlooking the 18th hole of the Copperhead golf course. If you are lucky, the weather is mild, and the bugs are absent, choose a table there. It is magical at dusk! Recently my bride and I went on Valentine's Day. The restaurant was busy but the deck was empty due to a chill in the air. We chose a table near a heater which made it quite cozy. We proceded you have the best Châteaubrion steak we have ever had. Cooked to perfection with roasted root vegetables and cereal of spinach. I hope you can go there someday. If you do, ask for Ralph, a Joysie expat who sounds and looks like an actor in "The Godfather ". read more

Great dining experience at Packards. First time there, we were in from Scottsdale, AZ enjoying the resort and everything was fantastic. Service staff was friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. Quality of food was outstanding. I had the Grouper, lightly blackened, the best Grouper I have had. My husband had the Prime NY Strip and he said it was cooked perfectly and was the best steak he's had in a long time. The family style sides were all excellent, especially the mushrooms. The Executive Chef stopped by the table to check on things, which was a great personal touch. Couldn't have been happier with the overall dinning experience. I've been here many times and have only ever had one bad meal (this past New Years). I typically split the bacon-wrapped shrimp with someone. The shrimp are very large and are surrounded by crisp bacon. This is my favorite appetizer. For my birthday I like to visit Bern's Steak House in Tampa. Bern's has very good Lobster Bisque soup however I actually think Packard's is better. The bisque typically has an entire lobster claw in it. All of the steaks are good. Usually I order whatever steak I get au poivre which adds a nice peppery taste to the steak. My favorite side is by far the mashed potato or the baked potato (which are massive). Packard's is a gourmet steak house done right. One steak house staple that's missing - French Onion Soup. read more

Great service and food. It is a little more expensive than a normal club house but they make it worth your wild with the customer service. You feel like they are trying to get a Michelin star in an old Florida country club. The food was excellent the only negative was the atmosphere was a touch dated and the plating could have been more artful. But if you just finished 18 holes and want a bourbon and a tomahawk with the boys they will be impressed. It was also a very nice date night. read more

Possible they are dealing with short staff like a lot of restaurants are. Prices are as expected for a high end steakhouse. Don't know why the cut up the tomahawk ribeye though. Most excellent. The waiter "Glen" made us one of the best Grey Goose Martini we ever had. And we are particular. The steak filet was one of the most tenderest I ever had. My wife had the blackened Grouper. Very tasty. Everything is al a carte but the side additions are enough for four people. So not cheap but quality. Everything just seem to come together for us. With out a doubt a first class restaurant. Waiter Glen was super nice guy and always attentive but not overly. Would make this my special occasion restaurant. read more

The service was great! As far as atmosphere, it's a casual, family "19th hole" golf course restaurant, which doesn't match the steakhouse name and price tag. The food was okay. After walking in, we were a little disappointed with the out dated decor and most of the patrons were dressed a bit on the casual side for a high priced steakhouse, but after being seated, the wait staff was top notch, Alena was our server, she is a pro. Our food was great, very pleased with the ribeye, the best one since leaving Montana, my girl had the Filet, she said it was perfect. Our server Alena treated us with service you would expect in a high end steakhouse. Waitress said she would check- brought two very well done servings- so tough , almost inedibel.
