The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He had to return twice, no fault of their own, due to warranty requests. Ended up that Warranty would not pay to replace the "mother boards".... but instead decided to buy us out. But it wasn't enough to cover a new washer. We've since change warranty companies from American Home Shield to First American Home Warranty. It's 1/2 the monthly coast and we will see how they do. As for Dave Taylor appliance, if we need an appliance repair company, I'd want to use them again.
