This review is for Oct, 2022, Chanel did not have a Yelp page at that time…read more Chanel was referred to me by one of my neighbors for cat sitting/ house sitting. First of all, I am always terrified to leave Felix (10 year old Siamese) as he gets destructive and enjoys shredding furniture, blinds, drapes etc. I moved here during the pandemic and was thrilled to have a referral for Him. Chanel is very professional, I asked her to come by and meet him as well as get the run down in the house. I was confident and pleased with our visit. She was great about sending me cute Felix updates and photos. And the best part, Felix was happy to have her company and did not terrorize the house. She is very respectful and took care to make sure my house was in the same condition that she found it. I have hired her again, since then. Quick note, My neighbor has a dog that she watches if you are looking for dog sitters. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions.

Not only has Maureen taken amazing care of my dogs, I've learned so much from her about how to feed my aging, picky eater. I needed to find a pet sitter almost two years ago for my four cats - and I was very concerned that…read morethey would be able to deal with the multiple needs of each cat, particularly my 21 year old kittie with multiple health issues. When Lauren came by the house to meet me and the kitties - I was sold right away. Every cat came out from wherever they were in the house (including one who never comes out to see who's at the door) and were all over her, including my dog. She has an amazing communication with animals and she specializes in geriatric animals, and those with health issues - something that was very important to me. She is VERY thorough with understanding everything about each animal and the safety and security of the house as well. She is bonded, which was also a plus. I've used her services several times in the last almost two years. I totally trust her with the security of my house and my animals. They've literally been in better shape each time I've returned. She does Reiki on the ones having problems, and they just LOVE it. Literally, about a month ago, just hours before I was about to catch a plane to Hawaii - my old guy looked suddenly to be near death. He's 21 years old, and I just thought he had packed it in and there was nothing I could do for him before I was to leave. I called her late at night to let her know what the situation was. She helped me by phone to prepare his space for him to be as comfortable as he could be until she was there in the morning. I was so depressed and sad on the plane, and once I arrived I was afraid to call to find out what I knew would be bad news. When I did - she said amazingly, he was sitting up in his bed, ready to eat when she arrived. She gave him fluids everyother day, his meds, Reiki sessions, and everyday he improved - doing even better than he had been before I left! I am very particular about how my pets are treated as well as very concerned about the well-being and security of my house. Lauren is on top of it all - and, insists that you call her as soon as you arrive home, no matter what the time or she will consider you did not come home and she'll be back there to take care of things! She's had people she did not know about (turned out to be neighbors that I knew) come onto the property while I was away and she always scopes them out to be sure they're legit, and to let they know that she's there taking care of things. I feel completely confident in her abilities and her professionalism in leaving the most important things in my life in her hands when I'm away.
