We have employed Julie for 2 years. Julie is trustworthy, reliable and responsible. We have 2 cats who are very spoiled. What I love even more about Julie is that when we return from vacation, the cats are not mad at us. It is as though we never left. This has NEVER happened with other pet sitting services, I normally get the cold shoulder for days after my return. The cats are happy and my plants look better than when I left them. Oh and here is a bonus....she waters/watches your garden upon request. I do not know what she does but my garden loves Julie more than me. Julie is a vet tech and can spot any distress in your animals (although this has never happened to us)...it sort of gives you that extra assurance that IF anything happens she can handle the situation. What I love most are the pictures she sends me when I am on vacation. I love to see my boys happy....in fact we usually use the pictures for our holiday cards. So many bonuses with this service. Bottom line....I am a needy pet parent AND hope I never have to find another pet sitter again because Julie is the best.

Update of previous review:…read more Dr. Lane performed the splenectomy on my beloved dog on Monday. When I arrived to pick her up Monday night (after hours to give her more time to recover from the anesthesia) Dr. Lane told me about the procedure and asked if I would like to see a picture of the removed spleen w/ tumor (I did). I was given thorough instructions for her care and numbers for several emergency hospitals as well as Dr. Lane's cell phone number in case my girl experienced distress during the night! The following day, Dr. Lane called to check on her progress (which was excellent) and asked that I bring her in for a physical exam on Friday. I brought her in and Dr. Lane checked her incision, which is healing beautifully, with no swelling, bruising or redness. I let Dr. Lane know that my pup is energetic and is showing no sign of discomfort. She gave me further instruction as to when she can resume limited walks and when she can return to normal activity. I could not be happier with this experience. Not only are these folks highly skilled, professional and compassionate, but their office charges are fully a third less than I was paying at her previous vet and the overall total for her surgery and care was significantly less than I would have paid at the other facility. If you are looking for a vet for your own beloved pet, this is the place!

From the moment i brought my 100 pound puppy to them it's been a perfect experience. They aren't the cheapest but that's ok. I know that when i drop him off he is safe, and will have a great time. They have let me in the back to see where they bring the dogs and it's great! There are NO cages! They are completely transparent and thorough. They first vet every dog (and owner) to see if they will be a good fit. Every person who works there and the owners are very well trained and vetted. Every dog that i have seen getting dropped off is super excited to go there and the staff know all the dogs by name. It's a great feeling to know my dog is in such great hands!!!
