Staff have been very empathic, kind, and caring. Dr. Lane is extremely knowledgeable and had identified a misdiagnosis from our previous vet. Our 16 year old heeler mix recently passed due to kidney disease. Dr. Lane was able to identify what was going on and provide recommendations to make the remainder of his life as comfortable as possible. When it came time to make the challenging decision to help him pass on, Dr. Lane and her staff were very kind and gave us the ability to be with him as long as we needed.
