The self wash stations are usually available, the water pressure and template is perfect and, there's plenty of shampoo and conditioner options. The dryer is perfect! I have a yellow lab (Wilson) and even with his dual coat, it does the trick. If I had one request, it would be for a larger drying table, as my lab is just about too big for it. But, what they have works for me. I highly recommend visiting this location as you're about to head to the river for some treats and toys. (Flea & Tic protection) Or, if you're about to head home. See below about that. We entrusted our dogs to Dr. Yohler, and when nothing was actively wrong, his stories and folksy way of being was just fine. When things got serious, Dr. Yohler was not only incompetent, but he was harmful. I'll talk about the damage Dr. Yohler did to our puppy second. First, to our Staffie. The greatest god I've ever had. When my dog got sick, Yohler showed me all these terrible labs, and said they would keep her overnight. In my fear and worry, I didn't ask what they would be doing to treat her. It turns out, NOTHING. He let her sit there, overnight, for no reason. When I got there in the morning, he said we should bring her to the emergency vet where they might be able to do something. It took me a while to process just how terrible this was. After she died. We wound up getting a puppy. The puppy was constantly limping and in pain. Dr. Yohler couldn't figure it out. Sending us away with weird new theories, coming back for x rays, then being UNABLE TO READ THE XRAYS. Not knowin what side they were taken on, unable to see anything wrong. We finally went to another vet, who immediately saw bone fragments in her "elbows", and we scheduled surgery. The puppy has been great ever since, although dealing with a surgical suit is not fun! :) You need shots? Go see Dr. Yohler. You need expert help when your dog is in danger? Go somewhere else.

She's barely left me all morning and as I write this, she lays curled up next to me on the couch. Ava is a joy in my life, and I often wonder how I was so lucky to end up with such an affectionate, playful, intelligent animal. She sleeps with me every night, and goes to bed when I do. She comes when I call, no matter where she is in the house or what she's doing. She warns me of visitors by standing alert and growling if anyone is at the door. Although she loves people, he's protective like a dog. She easily walks on a harness, and has learned that the harness and collar mean we're going outside, so she stands still and lets me put them on her. She plays games, loves canvas bags, makes the most adorable murder face if I hide half my face and stare at her. To break eye contact is to invite death from above. This cat adapted to car rides within a couple weeks of trial and error, and now will hop into a vehicle if someone holds the door open for her. She went on her first airplane ride (in-cabin) last month and aside from some crying at take off, was surprisingly well behaved without benodryl or other sedatives. All I used was a few spritzes of Feliway in her carrier. She didn't have any accidents, either, for the entire 8 hour commute. In fact, she came to us fully litter box trained and has never had an incident of going where she wasn't supposed to. As for size and markings, she looks so kitten-like and tiny to me, but according to United Airlines, as of last month, she weighs 12 pounds though she's incredibly lean. Then I see her next to a regular cat and realize she's huge. Her markings are lovely. She gets complements from random passers-by on a regular occasion. The most common question I get is if she's one of "those wild breeds". While Kelly makes no promises, I am allergic to cats. Horribly, horribly allergic, but Ava has never caused me so much as a sniffle. She slept nearly on my face when she was a baby, and not once did I ever wake up with itchy eyes or trouble breathing. As a breeder, Kelly has been fantastic. She met us halfway, in San Francisco, to pick up our new kitten, and a few months later when she attended a cat show in my home town, she texted me to let me know and invite me to meet up. Thanks so much, Kelly! You've given me a beautiful, loving companion.

Leo had bloodwork, rabies shot along with a total evaluation. We were prescribed medication for fleas, ticks, heartworm along with a anti itching mousse for Leo's hot spots. I probably met every vet technician and staff as they were all incredibly loving to Leo, kind and truly helpful. This was a truly great and much appreciated visit for Leo and piece of mind for myself. I was never upsold or pressured into anything as with quite a few past experiences with other vets. Thank you! She was game, and we were thankful. She arrived on time, shooed us out the door, and sent us just the right amount of pupdates while we were away. We returned to a super clean house and a knackered dog who seemed sadder to see Mel go than happy to see us return home. Dexter's reaction to Mel leaving was confirmation for us that she was the right fit for Dexter and she would be our first choice for dog-sitting from now on. As a bonus, we've found a trusted person to watch over our house when we're away. It's a win-win. 10/10 stars!
