They worked together perfectly to help keep us on course with all our training and follow-up information. After we decided to enroll our puppy in training, the training staff (Kobie, Ashley, Sophie and Geraldine) were fantastic!! They worked closely with us to slowly train Raider. He was introduced to other dogs, learned to heel perfectly on a leash, obey commands, come on command, and sit patiently every time we stop walking. These trainers are truly exceptional! Thankfully they were able to accommodate. At drop off I was told that I would be sent pictures and updates, and that I could text or call them if needed. I never got any updates, nor a response to my message to them. Upon pickup, I was told that my dog did well and that I would get a report card and pictures of her stay. I didn't receive either. The apparent lack organization/reliability doesn't make me feel comfortable trusting my dog in their care. To top it off, my dog has had terrible diarrhea since staying there. Really wanted to like this place so pretty disappointed :/ Update: She still has diarrhea and have now seen reviews from others who's dogs have contracted Giardia here. Let's hope that's not the case
