Rates were cheaper than using Rover or any of those other apps and she did a meet and greet with the pups beforehand so they were able to establish trust and get to know their caretaker ahead of our trip. They boarded our greyhound last year during a vacation and went out of their way to ensure our gal was comfortable. It was so much appreciated and confirmed that we made the right choice for boarding. They have a great facility for boarding, with a very nice fenced outside play area, which we could tell our gal loved. Our greyhound was returned to us in wonderful shape, happy and with no injuries or fleas, etc.

First of all, I am always terrified to leave Felix (10 year old Siamese) as he gets destructive and enjoys shredding furniture, blinds, drapes etc. I moved here during the pandemic and was thrilled to have a referral for Him. Chanel is very professional, I asked her to come by and meet him as well as get the run down in the house. I was confident and pleased with our visit. She was great about sending me cute Felix updates and photos. And the best part, Felix was happy to have her company and did not terrorize the house. She is very respectful and took care to make sure my house was in the same condition that she found it. I have hired her again, since then.
