Her heart must overflow with love for dogs, because now we have a 50 pound Labrador doodle pup for her to groom. Also, I'm so happy to have found this excellent daycare for our big pup. Their kind and understanding staff continues to be gentle and positive with our puppy. Our pup loves other dogs! Paradise Pet Resort offers a half day session (5 hours) which is perfect for our boy. Playing with other dogs tires him out. And a tired dog is a good dog! We have also left him overnight and loved how clean and happy he looked. Like I wrote above, we use their charming dog-loving groomer, Maryben. She taught our puppy how to behave in a grooming session. She does such a wonderful job that Beau wags his tail when she walks out to get him from our car. I'm grateful to the staff and management at Paradise Pet Resort in Rohnert Park for their positive canine attitude.

Writing a check doesn't magically erase the bullshit. I actually considered giving this place another chance. Then I saw the continued negative reviews and realized apparently nothing has changed. Harvey will NEVER come back here, and neither will my business. If this is how you treat someone's dog when something goes seriously wrong, you deserve every negative review you get.

We made the trip to her place for the initial evaluation and immediately it was apparent that she has a lot of experience and she loves what she does. Her farm is beautiful and we were at ease knowing our pup will roam around freely during her stay there. Jess is diligent about sending updates and photos. It was clear from the photos that our fur baby was having a blast with Jess. Jess even offers pick up and drop off from the Bay Area and this was very convenient for us. First of all, I am always terrified to leave Felix (10 year old Siamese) as he gets destructive and enjoys shredding furniture, blinds, drapes etc. I moved here during the pandemic and was thrilled to have a referral for Him. Chanel is very professional, I asked her to come by and meet him as well as get the run down in the house. I was confident and pleased with our visit. She was great about sending me cute Felix updates and photos. And the best part, Felix was happy to have her company and did not terrorize the house. She is very respectful and took care to make sure my house was in the same condition that she found it. I have hired her again, since then.
