They worked together perfectly to help keep us on course with all our training and follow-up information. After we decided to enroll our puppy in training, the training staff (Kobie, Ashley, Sophie and Geraldine) were fantastic!! They worked closely with us to slowly train Raider. He was introduced to other dogs, learned to heel perfectly on a leash, obey commands, come on command, and sit patiently every time we stop walking. These trainers are truly exceptional! I never got any updates, nor a response to my message to them. Upon pickup, I was told that my dog did well and that I would get a report card and pictures of her stay. I didn't receive either. The apparent lack organization/reliability doesn't make me feel comfortable trusting my dog in their care. To top it off, my dog has had terrible diarrhea since staying there. Really wanted to like this place so pretty disappointed :/ Update: She still has diarrhea and have now seen reviews from others who's dogs have contracted Giardia here. As my current Weimaraner pup came to me not long ago, she being the product of two of the top grand champions in the country, I knew that I needed to brush-up on my basic and intermediate obedience training and incorporate even better Best Practices than what I learned previously -- for all the beneficial reasons that you might imagine. Hence my dedicated and focused search for the best dog trainer I could find for my specific requirements; the location of the trainer nor their accompanying fees were not an issue in my search. Experience and skillfulness, temperament, purposefulness, pragmatism, clarity, results, integrity...all mattered more. The jr. high class seemed to repeat some things. However, it was good for us to remember the basics and helped us be consistent. Molly also has some playgroups which were fun when it was cold out.
