Took my family to Pacino's and was not disappointed. We sat in the bar area, was waited on by a wonderful bartender/waiter/barista Randall. My wife had the Chicken Marsala, and said it was the best she ever had. I went with a burger and fries and for an Italian Restaurant, it was a pretty legit burger. My daughter had the spaghetti and meatballs and finished her whole meal. The bread is homemade and we had calamari and toasted ravioli as an appetizer. For dessert we went with the decadent chocolate cake, with lattes made by Randall. It was a great dinner, and we felt like we were part of the Pacino's family. I highly recommend and will definitely be bringing my family back. read more

Go with 4 1/2 stars out of 5. Been there twice. Food's been great, portions large, service good, prices fair. We've tried the butternut squash ravioli, mushroom ravioli, gnocchi, mussels, lasagna, and bruschetta. Looking forward to going through the menu. Surprised it hasn't been crowded. Parking is ok, not a lot, but we've been lucky. Service is a little slow at times, but always friendly and knowledgable. Definitely going back for more. read more

Very tasty Italian cuisine. Appetizer s are overpriced for the amount you get. Our family tried a variety of meals and everyone liked the food. A bit pricey but worth a try. read more

This is the best find since I moved out from California last month!! We ate the best Italian dinner and came back for Sunday brunch! All I can say is Wow!!!! Very authentic food and great atmosphere! read more

Food was excellent, Bartender was excellent but we had to wrap things up and leave earlier than we planned because we did not feel safe from Covid. There was no Social Distancing at the Bar, so when Customers walked in without masks and sat down next to us, we left. The Manager was walking around the restaurant talking with Customers and he was not wearing a mask! read more

First time there. Food was really good. We got the lobster ravioli and the Gorgonzola steak. Both were good. I would highly recommend the lobster ravioli. Stuffed with real lobster. We will be back! read more

So we got here without a reservation about 40 minutes ago we're finally seated. We ordered the calamari. Horribly rubbery and well over cooked. Not to mention our poor server was WAY in the weeds. We then ordered Ceasar salads that we literally watch them sit in the window for 27 minutes....While watching the "manager/owner talk to his buddy the whole time. Finally we got our salads. I ordered the "chefs special" the prosciutto wrapped filet....what a HUGE disappointment! Not only was it wrapped in BACON but the veggies were COLD! I mentioned this to the server who was way too busy to do anything about it. It was also covered in mushrooms which it did not mention in the menu...I HATE mushrooms. I have been a server for 22 years and was so disappointed in this place! Felt so sorry for the wait staff with not a manager in sight to help deliver food! read more

Wish I could give it more based off how good the bread they brought was. Took an hour before food was done. Had it put in togo boxes. Our 2 year old couldn't hang. Short staffed for sure read more

We had eaten here several times in January, their 89's Monday night deal was great for price and quantity, but we bought into the Valentine's supposed 4 course meal for 90 bucks and were very dissappointed. Not sure you would consider it 4 courses. The salad was so small you got have eaten it on a small saucer and the quality was poor at best. The second course was shrimp cocktail, 4 to be shared by 2 people, were good. The fourth course, dessert was 2 medium size strawberries dipped in chocolate, again having to be shared by 2 people. My wife had the salmon for the main course, it was the smallest piece of fish I've ever seen served as a main course with no starch and 8 thinly sliced pieces of carrot and 4 small pieces of broccoli. I had the prime rib, it was a decent size except a quarter of it was fat, there was little if any seasoning on it, I'd consider it to be of mediocre quality. The strangest part of the evening, being Valentines, you expect to go out for a nice romantic evening. We were in and out in 45 minutes. We barely finished one course and the next one was rushed to our table. The staff were running around like they were in a rush to get as many people in that they could in the evening. It was not a good Valentine experience. read more

This place used to be so good but went last week for anniversary dinner I'll order chicken fettuccine and they came out with a pink sauce it was the most disgusting fettuccine I have ever eaten. The hostess was pleasant. Our waiter wasn't very helpful and the cook was terrible. Too bad cuz it used to be a good place to eat. read more

Tried this restaurant for the first time. Service was good, wines were nice. Two singers with canned backup. They were good but it was more like 2 person Karaoke. My wife ordered Chilean sea bass for $40. Worst ever. Half of it not cooked enough. Texture was stringy like tough roast beef. Hate to pay 40 bucks for bad food. I had pasta with sausage that had no flavor. Don't know who's in charge of buying ingredients but it's not a chef. I expect Dennys to serve this kind of thing, not an Italian restaurant. I rarely write a review but this place really needs to improve. read more

One of the best Italian meals I've ever had! We were greeted by Frank, the owner, as soon as we walked through the door. Because it was a beautiful night, we wanted to sit on the patio, so that's where he took us without hesitation. Our waitress was there within seconds with water and to take our drink order. She also explained the specials which made it harder to decide on what to eat. :) Our drinks came super fast and were perfectly made. We started with the shrimp scampi as an appetizer and WOW! I could have eaten them all myself but the portion size on the plate was definitely enough for two. My friend and I went with one of the specials, Scallops with risotto. It was amazing. The scallops were cooked perfect and being a risotto snob, I was impressed with this one! Then came dessert....holy homemade Tiramisu! This dessert is the bomb. I would go back JUST for that and a cup of coffee. The waitress was attentive and checked on us often, as well as Frank. There was also live music in the bar area which was a nice touch to the warm atmosphere, we enjoyed it. Everything was wonderful. read more

Perfect Evening! Took a friend from out of town here for dinner and we all had a great evening! We elected to eat on the patio...and enjoyed the live music from the restaurant next door. Service was right on, we waited for nothing. Tried a new wine which was wonderful, crisp and cold. I had the Di Mare Risotto. It was hot, delicious, full of seafood and the risotto was perfectly cooked. Kudos to the chef! Lasagna was HUGE. Half taken home for another meal. Again, well prepared and full of flavor. read more

Amazing food! Great service. I was impressed with the fact that the owner was visible and pitching in. You know he is invested and paying attention to details. There was live music that was not to loud and really good. This is not a place to miss. I will be going back. Often. I have never bothered to post a review. This time, I had to. Every bite was amazing. They were not busy. They should be crazy busy. Worth every penny. They have customer appreciation days that bring the prices down for those on a tighter budget. read more

Italian Mammas are whippin up old family recipes in the kitchen. Pachino's portraits all over the walls. There's a young guy, David; he doesn't have too many other tables to worry about, yet he manages to give your four top the perfect amount of attention. Then you get your food, and it tastes great! Very pleased with the food and service. Will come back for dinner. read more

I feel like you go here mostly for the experience. The food was okay, not worth taking home. The drink menu was a little lacking for an Italian restaurant. Dessert was nothing special. Service was okay. I feel like I would give a higher rating if the food improved. read more

I heard about Pacino's from my parents. They went out for appetizers and weren't too impressed. My mom and I later went back for happy hour and were blown away. We got the meat balls on a bed of risotto with vodka sauce! Amazing!! Creamy and flavorful! We also ordered some martinis, which were fabulous. We then ordered two slices of cake to share. Their lemon cake was light and their chocolate cake was perfection. The staff were kind and funny. The martinis were very strong last time I went but still tasty. They will be seeing more of me at happy hour from now on! read more

Have been to this restaurant many times - during the week - and food was always great. Recently went on a Friday night and found the live music to be so overwhelmingly loud, we couldn't eat fast enough to get out the door. Impossible to even talk to the server let alone have a conversation with others at the table. It's not like it was late in the evening, this was during dinner hour (7-ish). It might have been okay at a sports bar (like Echo 5, a few doors away), but totally inappropriate for any place trying to sell itself as a fine dining establishment. May go back during the week, never on a weekend. Or maybe not, this experience really soured me on the place. read more

Last night I ordered dinner on GrubHub from this restaurant and it was all excellent! My husband had the Tour of Italy and he said the fettuccine Alfredo was the best he has ever had. I had the pappadelle bolognese and I couldn't stop eating it. We were so impressed with the quality of the food we visited the restaurant for lunch today. The interior of the restaurant is very inviting. We talked to the owner and let him know how much we enjoyed the food. He told us all the ingredients are fresh and the food is made from scratch. We have definitely found our new favorite Italian restaurant. read more

I don't understand why this place is still open? Depressing atmosphere and poorly managed. If you advertise for an event you probably should see the event through even if you don't have a lot of people in attendance. I'm adding that the bartender specifically told us around 11-11:30pm that the manager decided not to hold the event because there were not a lot of people. read more

We decided to try something different for dinner. Have been here before for drinks and it was great. The atmosphere is nice, server is friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the food was horrible.... I am trying to say it nicely but that is the only word that comes to mind. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, very bland no taste. We told the server sorry we can't eat it's bad. She stated ok I'm sorry but I can't take it off the bill. First I didn't ask for it to be removed from the bill, secondly not removing it is offensive. The we got the entrees, lobster ravioli. Bland sauce, lobster tasted rubbery.... one ravioli and I was done. Pizza was good, not great just normal pizza. Shrimp scampi and scallops with marina suppose to have a kick, no kick and the sauce was not good quality Italian sauce. Positive the bottle of wine $15 and could take home was amazing. So disappointed in the food. Oh the server did end up taking the dip off the bill read more

Waitress was constantly apologizing, but it didn't change the fact that the restaurant was filthy and the food was bad. This place needs to change their decor and do some cleaning. The food portions are generous, but the entrees were lukewarm. The chicken in the chicken fettucine was burnt and somewhat rubbery. The menus were huge as well. read more

The wife and I were there on a Saturday night. The bar was full with quite a few folks outside on patios. We decided to sit at a high top in the bar area to be able to see game 7 of the ALCS. We were greeted warmly when we walked in and our server (Amanda) immediately took our drink order. After order Inc our food it arrived within a very reasonable amount of time. Quicker than we expected for a Saturday. I had the Veal Parm which was very good. The sauce was perfect with an almost smoked tomato flavor. My wife had the Fettucini Alfredo. Both of us left our plates empty but not wanting more. I did leave just enough room to share the Salted Carmel Cheese Cake. Perfect end to the night. Amanda was great and hope to get back there soon. read more

7/11/21 ** Hi Frank - I have been watching Pacino's website to see the current HH menu but it still appears to be the old HH menu. I posted this back in June and I am confused ?? Did you go back to the old HH menu or is your website not updated yet? 6/25/21 This review is regarding outdated info on their website. I convinced my two neighbors to go and try their HH from the HH menu on their website (I texted the photo to them and they were interested). When we arrived that is not the same menu we were provided. When I inquired about the difference and showed Ashley the photo I took of their website showing the HH items being offered - she told me the HH menu had changed. I asked her why the website hadn't been updated and she said she didn't know. I asked her if the restaurant would honor the old HH items and prices (because those items were still offered on their regular menu) and she said no. The lack of customer service and acknowledgement of their oversight was surprising because that has not been my experience before @ Pacino's. I lost my appetite at this point and ordered nothing. I called and spoke to the owner and he did listen to me but I will be interested to see how quickly their website is updated ?? I also asked him if he would have preferred his staff honor the website info to not lose a sale and he said yes, which I was glad to hear. Hopefully he will coach his staff how to properly handle Pacino website oversights in the future. read more

My friends and I came here on Friday night for dinner since it was close by their house and wanted to give it a shot. Our server was super friendly and did a great job. Food was pretty good, nothing to write home about, but definitely better than Olive Garden. The problem here is the insane amount of time it took to get our food. We waited almost an hour to get our food out, and we ordered pretty simple dishes. They are either short staffed or just incredibly lazy in the kitchen. The owner, or manager I assume had his wife or girlfriend there and she was all over him. That's pretty unprofessional in any kind of business. Maybe he should spend some more time retraining his staff or hiring rather than flirting. read more

This restaurant is a good place. Their whisky wings are to die for. I came in the day they opened after the shutdown. Loved every bite. This place has changed dramatically. First, the menu is new and rather bad. Their osso bucco is gone. The new version are braised ribs which are disgusting. Terrible consistency and the sauce was terrible. My companion tried their scampi pasta, which was her favorite, and she said it now tastes disgusting. My bet is they're cutting corners with poor ingredients and it tastes like frozen food. That or the chef was replaced. To this add a band setting up and doing sound check for half an hour while we ate, and you can imagine why we felt terrible when we left. And we actually felt sick. read more
