Recently had Pacific Stone install our kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Our cabinet installers Mike and Orsen are top notch workers. Cabinet install came out clean and are beyond satisfied with how it came out. Ben was always a phone call or text away when we had any issues or concerns. Although I didn't get the names of the inidividuals who installed our countertops. We were very pleased with how it came out. Highly recommend Pacific Stone with all your kitchen needs. read more

Wow, this company was amazing! They offer competitive pricing but more importantly than that... our kitchen remodel was completed in 7 days! All of the workers came on-time each day and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. The tile backsplash we had installed by Jay looks amazing and all of the people we communicated with at Pacific Stone were fast, efficient, and friendly. Will recommend them to our friends, family, and everyone! read more

We went through every homeowners nightmare of a water leak. The ONLY bright spot in the entire process was Pacific Stone. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! 5 s do not do them justice! Thank you so much for making my kitchen look fabulous!!! read more

I went with Pacific Stone Solutions who installed new cabinets and countertops in my kitchen and bathrooms. They have a nice sized showroom with many different cabinets to look at as well as a huge stone selection with very large pieces so you're able to really tell what the countertop will look like. The quote process was very straight forward and Ben got back to me quickly. The project started on time and the install team did a great job with the installation. Very nice group of hardworking individuals were on site. Huge shoutout to the lead installer - Gustavo, who is very detail oriented, a good communicator and efficient. His great work really pulled the project together and we love how our kitchen and bathrooms turned out. During the renovations we needed some electrical and plumbing modifications which Pacific Stone does not do but Ben was able to put me in contact with those professionals that work with them regularly and I was able to get them to the job site in a timely manner as to not cause any delays. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to get your cabinets and/or countertops redone. Overall, another very satisfied customer! Thank you! read more

We are so happy with our new kitchen! Zack came out quickly for an estimate and provided us with the renderings. We decided to go with Pacific Stone because they were able to get us pre fab cabinets but added touches of a custom kitchen (custom hood, custom island, pull out drawers, double stacked cabinets). Zack was very patient as I made a few design changes through the process. Our installers, Mike and Orson were fantastic! Again - they were so accommodating to changes being made and overall such nice people to work with. There were hurdles along the way, as to be expected with a large remodel, but Zack made sure things got done correctly and was very responsive to my phone calls and text messages . Know that you will have to bring in your own contractors for electrical, plumbing, appliances, and paint touch ups but Zack did provide referrals when I asked. Thanks for your professionalism Pacific Stone! read more

We have recently used Pacific Stone through our GC and had an excellent experience. Ben is very helpful in the planning stages and his staff who are on site are just great. We had a guy name Mike doing most of our 3 day job and he was so pleasant to have in my kitchen every morning and besides that he really focused on the details. My kitchen is still a work in progress but the cabinets & countertops that Pacific Stone did are beautiful and I highly recommend working with this local company Will post pictures once the kitchen work is complete read more

They did a wonderful job on our new kitchen counters. Their crew were on time, professional and friendly. I would recommend them. However, be aware their prices don't include any electrical work or plumbing installation you may need. The four star rating is due to this fact. They told us the electrical and plumbing would be about $500.00 each for our install using the electrician and plumber they recommend. When we got the estimate from their recommended plumber and electrician, they were three times as much. They both did good work for us, especially the plumber but, just be mindful of this and factor that into your budget. Overall, the whole install was considerably less expensive than the other qoutes we got and our kitchen looks beautiful. So again, we would recommned them. read more

I found Pacific Stone on Instagram and reached out immediately after scrolling through the countless beautiful kitchens they had transformed. Ben has been super responsive from day 1 and has always been available to take my calls and discuss my needs in detail. I visited the showroom with my husband and fell in love with a different quartz than I originally had chosen. We went with Calacatta Borghini Luxe Quartz and I am very pleased at how it all came out. Ben provided us with some very valuable suggestions and we are very, very pleased with the outcome of the quality of their work. The guys who came to demo, fabricate, and install were very professional and got the job done with utmost care and quality. Francisco, David, Jesus worked fast and did not leave a mess, which was one of my main concerns. The quality of the install was flawless, and the install went like clockwork. I'm honestly just over the moon with Pacific Stone! This experience alone has me jumping the gun to do other stone related projects in my house, and I will be recommending them to everyone as well!! read more

Super impressed with these guys! They really know how to run their business and operations. Quoting was easy, fast and cost competitive. As soon as I picked the stone and signed the invoice, Ben was texting me to schedule. He was able to schedule it about a week out. Demo and laser measure on Monday, install weds, backsplash on Thursday. Beyond happy with the finished product. Their instagram was great to use for design inspo too. They made all of this so easy. Hope to work with Pacific Stone in the future. read more

Their work looks incredible and I'd probably hire them again. Only 4 stars because the communication was poor. The owner responds to text very quickly but his front office never called to tell me when the workers were coming so the boss had to run back to the shop after hours to find that out for me. His guys missed a lot including a bad measurement for my sink area and the worker asked me if it was okay to use the bad cut because "it won't look too bad, you'll just have to patch some trim." That set me off because no one should be asked to settle when they're paying for something they'll look at daily for the next 20 years. Then at install they forgot that my bathroom was suppose to have a backsplash so they had to return back to the warehouse before coming back and finishing the job 4 hours later which threw off my evening plans. Again, the work itself looks pretty great but the consumer experience took it from a 100% would use again to a probably would use again. read more

I got my new kitchen counters in one week exactly - no fuss. The estimator to the demo guys to the installers were all very professional. Especially thanks to the demolition and installer guys who took great care in carrying big pieces out of and into our house. So glad i found pacific stone. We found Ben with Pacific Stone Solutions through one of our neighbors who had installed quartz in their kitchen and we were looking to upgrade our kitchen as well. I called Ben that same day and he mentioned that he'd be able to stop by that same afternoon to give us a quote. He showed up on time and gave us several options in regards to the quartz countertops/backsplash we were looking for. He made the process very simple and easy from the very beginning. Our next step was to select the quartz slab that we wanted to get installed. He set up an appointment to stop by his showroom so that we could see the quartz slab in person before making our initial deposit. Ben then gave us some dates that worked with our schedule to set up the removal of our old counters and our install date. We received a call the morning of each appointment (demolition and install) and his team was on time and very professional. Throughout the entire process, Ben and his team made sure that we were happy/satisfied with the results. After the counters/backsplash was installed, we upgraded our microwave oven that sat right above the stove and there was a small strip of the old backsplash that was exposed. I called Ben to see if he could do something to fix it and add a small strip of quartz to hide the old tile that wasn't matching the backsplash and within a week, his team added a small strip of quartz to make the backsplash look seamless. The first picture (below) is the finished product. A few years after, we moved to a new construction home and decided to go with Pacific Stone Solutions once again because of the attention to detail, professionalism, and communications Ben and his team exemplify. Ben will make sure that the entire process from beginning to end is done right and that the customer is extremely satisfied. I can't thank Ben and Pacific Stone Solutions enough for the quality of work, focusing on customer satisfaction, and making our kitchen look beautiful once again! read more

We were getting quotes from many different places to add an island in our kitchen. Most quotes came back with more than we expected. His quote came back significantly less than the next cheapest. The entire project was complete in 2 days, right as scheduled. The quality of work was exceptional! We had our kitchen countertops installed. Ben and his crew are very prompt and knowledgeable! We had a few hick ups during the install but Ben reassured us not to panic that the situation will be handled and they DELIVERED above and beyond. My husband and I accidentally messed up the demo a little too much but Pacfic stone was able to problem solve on the spot & secured the countertop. We had noticed we needed extra holes in the sink after they left & Ben got it fixed within a day!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Ben was always a phone call or text away. I felt bad asking all the questions I had lol. Only 4 stars because one of the employees told us we didn't need to seal our quartzite & and a few days later another employee said SEAL it & the other guy was wrong. So that was a bit confusing. Other than that BRAVO PACIFIC STONE! read more

From Zach my salesman who introduced me to Pacific Stone Solutions operations, to Gustavo and Danny who did the demo to Javier and Gus who did the cabinets to Moises, Jose and Sean who installed the countertops and backsplash not to forget Sergio who's design was perfect and exceeded my expectations. I found Pacific Stone on Yelp. I called for a quote and heard back from them the same day. Zach's quote for pre-made wood cabinets, and quartz countertops was much lower than others bids we had received. The cabinet samples, the time frame for the complete job (amazingly 11days) and Zach's soft sell approach sold my husband. All the installers were respectful, spoke English, and left the work areas clean at the end of each day. Zach was true to the contract and completed the job in 11 days. I am now moving forward to remodel my bathroom. Thank you all at Pacific Stone you are awesome! read more

I highly recommend Pacific Stone in Temecula. I was so impressed with the beautiful job they did in my kitchen. Every contractor that came to the house was professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable With all the materials they were working with. We had a schedule and every single contractor stuck to their schedule, they told me it would be five days from start to finish and it was pretty much done in that amount of time. It's always nice when you have any type of work done in your home where there's generally a pretty big mess, but they cleaned up before they left every single day! This Company is old school perfection and professionalism. I worked with Nadir and Ben to pick out counter tops and I had two cabinets installed in a hallway. The job from beginning to end was so professional. This company doesn't have one team come to your house for job completion. They have a specialist for every step of the job.. a demolition team, a templet team, installer team and another specialist to do the backsplash. The same with the cabinets one gentleman measured and another showed up for a perfect install. I can't say enough about the pride they put into a job and their customer service. Thank you for a job well done we love it. read more

Wish we could have had the 5 star experience everyone else had. From the start everything felt professional and everyone was easy to work with. We received the layout plan and we were very diligent about ensuring and double checking it was what we wanted. We reached out several times with questions and concerns we had based on those layout plans. We were assured everything would fit how we wanted it. We even requested they come back to measure and take a look at the job to make sure things would fit properly - since from the plans, it didn't appear that they would fit. They told us coming by to check was not necessary. We put in a few requests for changes (which were not communicated). Day of job rolls by and the issues we kept calling and asking about (which we kept being reassured were no problem), ended up being a problem. They brought the wrong size panty (which we requested weeks ago be a different size). They also did not account to center the sink with our window. They unfortunately had cheap solutions by adding these fillers that were not what we wanted. It wasn't a huge deal but with how much we spent on this project, it was upsetting. The cabinet crew was also not the most pleasant bunch. We were told "these aren't custom, you get what you get" when we asked about our concerns (which we let them know about weeks before the project started). Anyway, the countertops were a great experience. A cabinet was damaged in the process but they came to fix it. That team was great and very easy to work with! Now, we went to make final payment and the cards were not working. Let me say that this was about 10 minutes before their closing time and they needed the payment immediately. They tried several of our cards - which we used earlier in the day no problem. So we advised we can do wire - which they didn't want. So we asked if they figure it out let us know and we can pay. We have very high credit scores and always pay our bills. A few minutes later we get a nasty call from Ben basically letting us know that we need to pay and they can't accept our checks because it seems like we are trying to not pay. How freaking insulting. Well we called our bank and had the issue resolved and provided them payment the next day. I feel like cards not working or issues with banks freezing cards due to large payments is common, but to accuse us of trying not to pay was pretty inexcusable. I understand their worry, but at least give us time to call our banks and figure out what the issue is. Especially if you're unwilling to accept a wire - which we could have completed immediately. When we asked again if we could wire they said "no one's has ever asked that you're the only one who has ever had a problem". Unkind and rude. Period. We had them scheduled to do a backsplash but cancelled and had our flooring and tile guy who did our bathroom do the backsplash for us. When we let them know via text we were not happy about that phone call and canceling the backsplash, the response was "ok." That was our attempt to give them a chance to fix the issue and at least apologize as we made payment less than 24 hours after their request. It truly left us feeling TERRIBLE! The countertops are nice, the cabinets are nice quality (even though they were not installed as they should have been) and customer service was very poor. read more

We highly recommend Pacific Stone. They were and are amazing. They did a custom vanity and countertop for us. We will for sure be using them in the future. read more

We called them after seeing what they had done for 2 different neighbors where we live in the Colony. Since both neighbors were very happy with the work and price, we went ahead and worked through Ben. The job included replacing the counters in the laundry, hall bath and kitchen with quartz. Additionally we had them cut down the raised bar between the kitchen and dining room to make it one height. That was done beautifully and when they were finished, it opened up the entire room and looks wonderful. Ben has several crews of talented professionals (no day laborers). This meant that they were able to start a few days after we put down our deposit on credit card That was 50% of the materials only, balance due upon completion. We went to their showroom in Murrieta and saw the entire quartz slab (not just a tiny sample). They use pre-fab slabs that save a lot of money compared to Home Depot or Lowe's. We were able to choose our own backsplash or go with the 6" quartz splash. We choose to pick out our own and they installed it perfectly. They showed up on time, and cleaned up thoroughly inside and out every day. Professional job, excellent workmanship. read more
