They have a nice sized showroom with many different cabinets to look at as well as a huge stone selection with very large pieces so you're able to really tell what the countertop will look like. The quote process was very straight forward and Ben got back to me quickly. The project started on time and the install team did a great job with the installation. They did a wonderful job on our new kitchen counters. Their crew were on time, professional and friendly. I would recommend them. However, be aware their prices don't include any electrical work or plumbing installation you may need. The four star rating is due to this fact. They told us the electrical and plumbing would be about $500.00 each for our install using the electrician and plumber they recommend. When we got the estimate from their recommended plumber and electrician, they were three times as much. They both did good work for us, especially the plumber but, just be mindful of this and factor that into your budget. Overall, the whole install was considerably less expensive than the other qoutes we got and our kitchen looks beautiful. So again, we would recommned them. read more

The owner responds to text very quickly but his front office never called to tell me when the workers were coming so the boss had to run back to the shop after hours to find that out for me. His guys missed a lot including a bad measurement for my sink area and the worker asked me if it was okay to use the bad cut because "it won't look too bad, you'll just have to patch some trim." That set me off because no one should be asked to settle when they're paying for something they'll look at daily for the next 20 years. Then at install they forgot that my bathroom was suppose to have a backsplash so they had to return back to the warehouse before coming back and finishing the job 4 hours later which threw off my evening plans. Again, the work itself looks pretty great but the consumer experience took it from a 100% would use again to a probably would use again. read more

We found Ben with Pacific Stone Solutions through one of our neighbors who had installed quartz in their kitchen and we were looking to upgrade our kitchen as well. I called Ben that same day and he mentioned that he'd be able to stop by that same afternoon to give us a quote. He showed up on time and gave us several options in regards to the quartz countertops/backsplash we were looking for. He made the process very simple and easy from the very beginning. Our next step was to select the quartz slab that we wanted to get installed. He set up an appointment to stop by his showroom so that we could see the quartz slab in person before making our initial deposit. Ben then gave us some dates that worked with our schedule to set up the removal of our old counters and our install date. We received a call the morning of each appointment (demolition and install) and his team was on time and very professional. Throughout the entire process, Ben and his team made sure that we were happy/satisfied with the results. After the counters/backsplash was installed, we upgraded our microwave oven that sat right above the stove and there was a small strip of the old backsplash that was exposed. I called Ben to see if he could do something to fix it and add a small strip of quartz to hide the old tile that wasn't matching the backsplash and within a week, his team added a small strip of quartz to make the backsplash look seamless. The first picture (below) is the finished product. A few years after, we moved to a new construction home and decided to go with Pacific Stone Solutions once again because of the attention to detail, professionalism, and communications Ben and his team exemplify. Zach's quote for pre-made wood cabinets, and quartz countertops was much lower than others bids we had received. Wish we could have had the 5 star experience everyone else had. From the start everything felt professional and everyone was easy to work with. We received the layout plan and we were very diligent about ensuring and double checking it was what we wanted. We reached out several times with questions and concerns we had based on those layout plans. We were assured everything would fit how we wanted it. We even requested they come back to measure and take a look at the job to make sure things would fit properly - since from the plans, it didn't appear that they would fit. They told us coming by to check was not necessary. We put in a few requests for changes (which were not communicated). Day of job rolls by and the issues we kept calling and asking about (which we kept being reassured were no problem), ended up being a problem. They brought the wrong size panty (which we requested weeks ago be a different size). They also did not account to center the sink with our window. They unfortunately had cheap solutions by adding these fillers that were not what we wanted. It wasn't a huge deal but with how much we spent on this project, it was upsetting. The cabinet crew was also not the most pleasant bunch. We were told "these aren't custom, you get what you get" when we asked about our concerns (which we let them know about weeks before the project started). Anyway, the countertops were a great experience. A cabinet was damaged in the process but they came to fix it. That team was great and very easy to work with! Now, we went to make final payment and the cards were not working. Let me say that this was about 10 minutes before their closing time and they needed the payment immediately. They tried several of our cards - which we used earlier in the day no problem. So we advised we can do wire - which they didn't want. So we asked if they figure it out let us know and we can pay. We have very high credit scores and always pay our bills. A few minutes later we get a nasty call from Ben basically letting us know that we need to pay and they can't accept our checks because it seems like we are trying to not pay. How freaking insulting. Well we called our bank and had the issue resolved and provided them payment the next day. I feel like cards not working or issues with banks freezing cards due to large payments is common, but to accuse us of trying not to pay was pretty inexcusable. I understand their worry, but at least give us time to call our banks and figure out what the issue is. Especially if you're unwilling to accept a wire - which we could have completed immediately. When we asked again if we could wire they said "no one's has ever asked that you're the only one who has ever had a problem". Unkind and rude. Period. We had them scheduled to do a backsplash but cancelled and had our flooring and tile guy who did our bathroom do the backsplash for us. When we let them know via text we were not happy about that phone call and canceling the backsplash, the response was "ok." That was our attempt to give them a chance to fix the issue and at least apologize as we made payment less than 24 hours after their request. It truly left us feeling TERRIBLE! The countertops are nice, the cabinets are nice quality (even though they were not installed as they should have been) and customer service was very poor. read more

We called them after seeing what they had done for 2 different neighbors where we live in the Colony. Since both neighbors were very happy with the work and price, we went ahead and worked through Ben. The job included replacing the counters in the laundry, hall bath and kitchen with quartz. Additionally we had them cut down the raised bar between the kitchen and dining room to make it one height. That was done beautifully and when they were finished, it opened up the entire room and looks wonderful. Ben has several crews of talented professionals (no day laborers). This meant that they were able to start a few days after we put down our deposit on credit card That was 50% of the materials only, balance due upon completion. We went to their showroom in Murrieta and saw the entire quartz slab (not just a tiny sample). They use pre-fab slabs that save a lot of money compared to Home Depot or Lowe's. We were able to choose our own backsplash or go with the 6" quartz splash. We choose to pick out our own and they installed it perfectly. They showed up on time, and cleaned up thoroughly inside and out every day. Professional job, excellent workmanship. read more

Needless to say I know that cheapest isn't always best but our kitchen Reno had already left us in the red and we didn't have much to spend on the countertops so I took a risk and called. He came out to our Home in Norco promptly and was very professional. Explained how he worked and didn't Push us to hire him on the spot. He even met with me at his stone provider and gave me some design tips as the color I had chosen when I went alone was going to pull green and I hadn't even noticed! Glad he let me know because that would have been a huge mistake! It's been a few years since our instal and our granite is in great shape!
