We called them after seeing what they had done for 2 different neighbors where we live in the Colony. Since both neighbors were very happy with the work and price, we went ahead and worked through Ben. The job included replacing the counters in the laundry, hall bath and kitchen with quartz. Additionally we had them cut down the raised bar between the kitchen and dining room to make it one height. That was done beautifully and when they were finished, it opened up the entire room and looks wonderful. Ben has several crews of talented professionals (no day laborers). This meant that they were able to start a few days after we put down our deposit on credit card That was 50% of the materials only, balance due upon completion. We went to their showroom in Murrieta and saw the entire quartz slab (not just a tiny sample). They use pre-fab slabs that save a lot of money compared to Home Depot or Lowe's. We were able to choose our own backsplash or go with the 6" quartz splash. We choose to pick out our own and they installed it perfectly. They showed up on time, and cleaned up thoroughly inside and out every day. Professional job, excellent workmanship. read more

I cannot sing the praises of Pacific Stone loud enough. After interviewing a few different stone contractors we elected to go with PSS because Ben's energy just felt right. For our home my husband and I had a vision that was the current trend or styles so finding finishes and contractors who were open to something other than farmhouse and white on white was not easy. Understanding that we weren't going to settle for a run of the mill slabs Ben provided us with a myriad of stone suppliers to help us find the perfect stone. In the end we settled for a dolomite/marble that if it wasn't for Ben we would've never known existed. Based on Ben's recommendation we went with a 2" mitered edge and the largest island possible without a seam . When we made a last minute decision to take our backsplash full height PSS made it happen. The biggest factor in going with PSS was their "yes we can do it" attitude and throughout the project Ben and his team kept every deadline and every commitment they made to us. The end result is something my husband and I both love and believe suits us and our home perfectly. The kitchen isn't completely finished (we're missing shelves and some cabinet crown) but the stone PSS did is just too beautiful not to share as part of this review. read more

Wonderful experience with this company. Had a dark granite replaced with white marbled quartz. We added a farmhouse sink. The install was challenging because the sink was hand made and for completely symmetrical. Ended up needing a new slab for the island after an inaccurate cut for the sink. We are doing a complete downstairs remodel and I can say that the guys at Pacific Stone are by far the best company we have worked with. From the day we walked into the showroom to the completion of the job we were impressed. They were also on point with their pricing. From start to finish Ben is a professional. I really didn't have any plans to upgrade my master bathroom, but it was rather dated. The big push was replacing my original two-sink countertop. I had no idea about costs or design. I did get an estimate from a vendor at a big box store before searching the web for a local vendor. All the PS personnel I dealt with face-to-face including showroom, demo and installation were great. The price was over half the cost of the other vendor (Note: Real stone and thickness made it more expensive.) Looks great. Tip: Feel around the outside of the sink drain neck to be sure there's no beads of porcelain before they install them. I needed to have a sink replaced because this bead would tear-up the drain gasket. PS did replace the sink a week later, but I needed a new gasket from Moen (free but took a week). Took another week to get the plumber back to finish the job (Paid visit). read more
