Great experience from start to finish. Ben and his team were very professional and my new kitchen is beautiful! Thanks so much!

Couldn't be happier with the service received from Pacific Stone Solutions. From the initial quote to the installation of countertops, PSS was incredibly professional and kept to their promised time table until the end. The men that worked on my kitchen were friendly and did their job very well. Ben was extremely responsive to all my questions throughout the process. I hope to have them work on other projects in the future. You won't go wrong going with PSS. read more

To me, the true mark of a great company isn't about having the lowest prices or even the absolute best quality--it's how they handle the inevitable bumps that come with any construction project. It's about how they respond when something doesn't quite fit. Pacific Stone Solutions offers fair pricing for the quality they deliver, but what really sets them apart is how they handle the snags. For example, my built-in wine rack was slightly off on the left side. I'm very particular, so I pointed it out. Mike--who's not only a skilled craftsman but also a pleasure to work with thanks to his great sense of humor--jumped on it and got it fixed perfectly. The whole team at Pacific Stone Solutions was professional, responsive, and enjoyable to work with from start to finish. They're definitely first class. read more

Initially, I was debating between painting my cabinets or replacing them, and after working with the design team, I decided to go ahead with the replacement. I liked that the new design kept much of the storage options from my old kitchen, which was important because I have a very small kitchen. At least that's what I thought I was getting. The installation day was when everything fell apart. So many changes were made to the original design without my consultation or approval, and when I asked about it, I was told my approval wasn't necessary because they were "minor" changes. Losing TWO drawers and having a cabinet with an opening so narrow that nothing can fit through it doesn't seem "minor" to me. These are huge functional issues! The team didn't even bother to show me the revised plans until AFTER my kitchen had already been demoed. By then, my only option was to go with the new design, which was not what I had signed up for at all. I trusted them with my space, and I was promised that the design would meet my needs. Instead, I was blindsided with a design I never approved, and I was left with a kitchen that doesn't function the way I needed it to. I feel completely disregarded and have ended up with a kitchen that doesn't meet my needs. Major regret. I do love the countertops and wished that is all that I had done. If you want to be involved in the design of your kitchen this company is not for you. They do not communicate or consult with the customer on any changes. Had I been consulted prior to them demolishing my kitchen, I would have gone a different direction. I'm not happy with the functionality but had to settle because they had already demolished my kitchen. They revised the design and I did not see the revisions until after the kitchen was demolished. read more

A fireplace turned into kitchen wall cabinets and a new quartz and gray shaker kitchen island. These were done in 2 phases. Gustavo is the man you would want to work on your cabinets. Very meticulous and very knowledgeable. We had issue on 1 of the cabinet doors being warped so it wouldn't flush to the frame. After 4 visits (no fault of their own, was manufacture defect), it was finally fixed. Such a wonderful company to make sure you are happy with your purchased. Backsplash done by their tile guy, Jay...wonderful job! Shout out also to Ben for the precise measurement and to demolition crew who made sure nothing gets damaged during the demo. I still have yet to meet the owner, Aaron. Heard so many good things about him. Thank you PSS for making my wife very happy and giving her the much needed cabinet space. read more

I can't say enough good things about Pacific Stone! Not only were Ben and his team patient, communicative and professional they also delivered a product within the promised timeframe and the quality of their work was excellent (we were blown away by the installers attention to detail and craftsmanship). We didn't use a general contractor for our full kitchen remodel but Ben was able to recommend outside vendors who provided the same caliber of work his company did. With Pacific Stone and his recommended vendors our kitchen was completely remodeled in 17 days. I know how busy Ben and Pacific Stone is but throughout the entire process I felt like his only client. Every phone call, text and concern was addressed immediately. Thank you everyone at Pacific Stone making my dream kitchen a reality! read more

I spoke with the owner (Ben) of Pacific Stone Solutions and sent pictures of the undersink that the company had installed and they charge $300. for doing its as a extra servic even though they have to cut the hole for the above sink.which would be the same size in the pictures I sent it shows that the front of the sink was not on top of the OSB wood. and I was told that you don't need it to hold up the front of the sink. after be told that I was a stupid Mother Fu.....ker and customers don't know a fu...ken thing ,he has been doing since for 4 year. Before starting this job I gave a tech the pattern from the factory of the sink and he took all of the measurement. the owner said that they don't use the factory measurements. i would never recommend this company to anyone and I have In charge of contractor for over 30 years and have never had this issues before read more

Ben and his team did a great job with our kitchen remodel. We were able to keep the same footprint of our previous kitchen while giving it a full update from new cabinets to amazing quartz counter tops and marble backsplash. We were also able to convert an unused desk space into a dry bar! One of the biggest changes from our old kitchen was the changing of cabinet styles from typical cabinets to mostly drawers. We wanted to change to drawers so we don't have to bend down and dig through cabinets to find what we need and so far, it's been a great change. The entire process from demo to final touches took less than three weeks. We didn't hit very many issues and if we did, they were pretty minor such as ordering two boxes of Amazon handles and finding that they were two different colors the day of install. Even some of the bigger issues we found were remedied by Terry and Ben which kept our stress level low. Highly recommend Pacific Stone for your future remodel! read more

Ben is awesome. Great service. This is a great place to go for countertops. Great assortment of counter tops and styles to choose from.

Zach is very informative and will help you pick out the colors and cabinet designs. He will point out things that you may not think of, example- why to use subway tiles, cabinets that don't collect the dust in seams , shades of white. He will let you know what is hot on the market and what will be timeless. Hands down this is the place to go! Ask him about appliances, he will point you in the right direction. Thank you Zach!! We hired pacific stone recently for new kitchen and bathroom countertops . From the beginning, Ben was honest, on time and easy to work with. He was able to help me find the exact color and pattern I was looking for. Their team was quick; efficient and on time and always providing updates. My kitchen sink was delayed and the workers came back later that same day and installed it. Thank you! I was pleasantly surprised the work was done seamlessly compared to other homeowners experiences with other companies. Their prices were very reasonable! Thank you Pacific Stone! read more

great job on our countertops. Job was done quickly and professionally. Nice clean job and good pricing as well.

Pacific Stone was great to work with during our kitchen remodel. They had great ideas, drawings (willing to redo these over and over at my request!), were prompt, followed through on what they said, got their part done in just over 1 week. Everyone had great attention to detail from the design to installation. Thank you, Gus! I am a perfectionist and Gus paid attention to every single little detail during installation, the same way I would! That's saying alot. Competitive pricing also. Would definitely recommend Pacific Stone for remodels. read more

Owner does not feel he has to inform client of any changes in payment terms as stated in signed agreement. Let me know I "was the only one" to have a problem with it. *Follow up response First, there absolutely were no staff members treated poorly. They were actually great and were told so and loved the feedback. Actually if it were not for them, this would have ended entirely differently. So that's a flat out lie. Second, this was a final payment. The first payment was done per the WRITTEN agreement and therefore it was a surprise that the policy had been changed and it was only being told to me at the moment of job completion. And I never said I wouldn't pay, I said I would take my time paying. I said this only AFTER being told it was being done because "we don't want to pay for people's vacations" and I didn't have to be informed of any payment type changes and that I was the only one with a problem with it. Any astute business knows that if a policy is changed, you grandfather those under the current policy and apply the new policy to new agreements going forward. My ability to pay via ACH or credit card is not the point, (and it has caused me to have to rearrange other payments on my project), it's about ethical business practices. This is about an arrogant owner who thinks they don't have to take a client agreement seriously. It's not a matter of ego or vanity to expect an agreement upheld. Finally, my last word is it's pretty pathetic that you immediately labeled me crazy because I called BS on your handling of a client situation. The fact that you felt compelled to text me directly after my initial Yelp post speaks volumes on your lack of professionalism and who YOU are. read more

Pacific Stone Solutions provided the best cabinets and pricing for what we had in mind. Our salesperson Zach was awesome throughout the process. Ben & Aaron at the store lent us support when and where we needed it. Sergio was great on the template design and layout, it came out beautiful. The demo crew came in and was out in no time at all. Our cabinet guys, Aaron, Javi and I'm missing a name here, were all very hard working and detail oriented. The result is beautiful cabinets. The Stone guys knew their business, many thanks to Jonathan, Sean & Gabe. We love the new countertops and waterfall too. The only suggestion I have would be maybe a customer liason whom customers could call in to with any questions or concerns, that would be very helpful. Tips : If your island/countertop has electrical in it, be sure to have someone ready to redo your outlets before the countertops go in. If you have wall outlets and are doing full backsplash like we did, you will need longer screws for those wall plate covers once the backsplash is in. We love our new kitchen, thank you so much Pacific Stone. read more

Pacific Stone Creations - Quartz - Countertop Installation Near Me - Temecula, California

When I was searching for a contractor to do my kitchen countertops and Pacific Stone is the only one that consistently gets the 5 stars reviews. The other contractors that I was considering have some 5 stars reviews but they also have a fair number of 2 stars reviews. At first I worried that we are out of their service area since we are in Diamond Bar but it turns out that we are just within their service area. Ben and his crews are excellent. They always let us know what is going on and done everything on schedule. Their quality of work is great, partly resulting from using CNC machine for precision cutting of the quartz slabs. I just wish they can do the plumbing too as my plumber charged a lot to reconnect the plumbing for just a few hours of work. read more

Wow! This company is staffed by perfectionists!! Beautifully cut granite slabs. Efficiently installed within a few days after the contract signed! Be sure to read the contract (like we always should) to inform yourself of the policies. They are completely reasonable, but just so you know. Obsessed with our new kitchen island!!! After meeting with Ben and reading reviews I didn't want any other company doing our kitchen and Pacific Stone did not disappoint! Ben suggested we do a longer island with legs instead of a waterfall to have more seating room and that was a genius idea! During template day Riley recommended we add supports to our long island to keep it from warping in the future. It takes me a minute to understand construction things and he took the time to explain it all and Ben even walked me through it on his day off. They said it was something we could do ourselves to save money and explained exactly what we needed but bc they were so honest and straightforward we decided we'd rather pay the professionals to do it right. Before install day Riley informed me that my slab wasn't perfectly straight and asked to change the install date to get a better slab and I super appreciate the attention to detail! Gabe and the rest of the crew were great and just all seemed to care about doing meticulous work even though my job was small. Thank you Pacific Stone and especially Ben and Riley! We can't wait to do the rest of our kitchen! read more
