They completed the install and clean up by early afternoon and took measurements for a new custom door to cover the HVAC system. Today Andrey came to install the custom door. He was also quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. In fact, everyone involved from start to finish was top notch. The entire process only took three weeks, as compared to five months to replace a broken garage door in 2021 and a year to replace our kitchen in 2022. We already trusted Air Stars because we had them install Mitsubishi ductless units 18 months ago in our granny unit (to replace baseboard and wall heaters and to add A/C). He goes, 'Oh yeah' and I turn it on. Makes that noise when the disposal is stuck but the motor is running. Now ,mind you, I'm a disabled veteran trying at the same time to take care of my wife who is lying on the couch. She is bed ridden there after two heart attacks and a chronic heart flutter. He told me it didn't need replaced and that all I had to do was get this special alan wrench for garbage disbosals and instructed me on how to use it. I bought it, (thank you same day Amazon) and did as he told me. It worked-there was a washrag jammed in there. The disposal works. Do NOT use this company especially if you are elderly. I'm 66.
