We just had Bill the plumber come and fix our jacuzzi tub faucets which were not turning off easily…read more- the old faucets were stripped and misaligned . Another company (MP Plumbing) came twice and said they would have to do a major (costly) repair and that access was an issue. Bill came quickly and gave us a very reasonable estimate, and found the access easily. He told us what to buy and gave us input on our choices. He came back quickly and installed them efficiently. He had to get some more parts but then came back early the next day. We are so excited to have this working again, and so impressed with the efficiency, care, and helpful hints that he provided. We have used this company before for a microwave repair and some gas stove issues. I'm sure we'll see them again - and extremely happy with their staff, efficiency, care and knowledge! Thank you Bill!

Just amazing service all around…read more They responded to my request promptly, and it turned out that Sufian was only about 10 minutes from us at the time, so he showed up and got to work. In no time at all, he diagnosed and fixed the issue with our AC drain line and, on top of that, explained everything to me and showed me how to fix this same issue myself in the future. As if that wasn't enough, he pointed out (politely!) that we were using the wrong size furnace filter--and replacing them more often than needed. He told me what size we should be using, and why, and where to find them. I could not be happier with these guys, and will absolutely be using them again for any and all of our HVAC needs.

It really needed a good cleaning. They took it apart carefully and cleaned all the pieces/parts. Did a thorough check of everything to make sure there were no leaks/damage. With trades work you often have to ask "do you want it done well, do you want it done quickly, or…read moredo you want a fair price?" Trusted Choice is one of those rare companies where I never feel like I have to compromise in any of these areas. I have worked with Brandon at Trusted Choice on a number of HVAC repairs/projects over the past few years. I manage two properties and have central air in my home so I frequently work with electricians, contractors, plumbers, and technicians. Brandon is professional, punctual, and thorough. He does excellent work at a fair price within the timeframe he quotes, and takes the time to explain the intricacies of the issue at hand, which is important for people like myself who want to understand the systems that power their properties. He helped me keep my older system running at my house up until it finally kicked the bucket and required a full replacement. When we talked through the issues, I already knew the longevity limitations of my old system and so when the news came that it was time to replace, it was not a shock and we were able to formulate a plan to remedy quickly. I will continue to call Trusted Choice for all future HVAC work because I know I will get prompt, professional, fairly priced service.

Disappointed with the pricing structure!!! I was robbed IMO!…read more The plumber who came out was professional, and the work itself was fine, but the final charge of $655 did not fit the issue. The problem was a straightforward bathroom sink leak that required a basic P-trap replacement. It was highly visible, very easy to diagnose, and the repair was not complex or over the top. While I understand companies have overhead and trip fees, charging over $600 for a minor, routine fix feels excessive. The quality of the physical work was a 4, but the value for the price is a 1. I would recommend asking for a firm upfront quote before letting them start.

Last week, I needed a new furnace in my friend's house where I reside now. I called and mentioned that I was an old customer. He called back, arranged on-site estimates, emailed back the proposal in 2 hours. We conversed for the pricing for 2 more days. In 3 days, I have my brand new Lennox furnace installed by Tyler. Again, clean and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who would ask me.
