I wanted two fans installed and only ended up installing one fan for about the same price as the original estimate. Minus one star for the communication issue but otherwise the installation went well and now I have a working fan instead of a hole in the ceiling. I appreciate their flexibility with installing a fan they didn't sell me which saved me money in the long run.

Most of them feel it's the thermostat. We are on our 3rd or 4th try of the same thermostat. My husband and one of the technicians said to try a different brand or style. Clearly the one they kept bringing doesn't work with our system. One tech offered to go back and get the other type. Dispatch said NO. It wasn't in the notes. The technician that had been out previously DID put it into the notes, dispatch just didn't include it in the notes to the next team. We reached out to the sales person Steve. He said he was going to make sure we had someone out this weekend (Memorial Day weekend). He even said he talked with the VP and it would be handled. So we changed our weekend plans. My husband missed a Memorial Ceremony honoring my uncle in Eugene. We didn't hear from them. A courtesy call to say they wouldn't be out would have been better than the empty promises we have been given. Years ago we used them. We probably won't in the future. But what do they care.
