Kim (office manager) and Denise (bookkeeper) were absolutely wonderful to work with and I appreciate all their patience and help with the paperwork for the energy rebate. Kim was very kind and courteous and worked with me regarding scheduling so their service is rated 5/5 stars. Unfortunately, the experience we had with the installers was not favorable. I won't go into details, but the insulation we requested to have installed was installed so poorly, they had to come out a second time to fix the install. We requested Rockwool, which is a more expensive product and meant to be a friction fit, cut approximately 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch wider than the bay and then lightly pressed into place. The installers that came out shoved the insulation into each bay without trimming the pieces, which compromised the product. I don't know if it was a lack of experience with the product, but it was a very poorly done job. I do want to note that this was done on a Friday afternoon, I called and left a message over the weekend asking to discuss the issue, I received a call from Kim first thing Monday morning and the problem was remedied Tuesday morning so they did take care of the issue in a very timely manner. I'm not going to say to not use Falls Insulation, but I would suggest if you are wanting a specific type of insulation, you make sure to note that and verify that the installers are familiar with the product, have experience actually installing it, and inspect the work thoroughly before settling your invoice. Thank you again to Kim and Denise for your help with this project!

Read the 4 star review on here, as it was the same with that person as it was with us. Just like everyone elses negative reviews the Groupon is a bait and switch. They came to our house told us everything was very dirty and that everything will need to be brushed no vacuumd so our Groupon was worthless. $450 for a half done job(see pictures of AFTER the original work was done). We requested a detailed invoice of the service and when we didn't receive it I called to find out what the delay was. The person I spoke to just kept reiterating the same thing over and over.
