We hired Pacific Northwest Mover Dudes at the end of April to load the contents of our 1 bedroom apartment into a 16-foot truck for an out-of-state move. Two people came out (sorry, I forgot their names!) to move things. They showed up on time and were friendly and professional. We had a lot of stuff and we were concerned that there might not be enough room in the truck and that things might shift in transport, but they took the time to arrange everything so it all fit, and packed everything securely. When we opened the truck to unload it after 1200 miles of driving, nothing had moved out of place. They were careful with all of our stuff, which we really appreciated since we've had previous movers break things through negligence. When it was time to pay, the charges aligned with their given pricing structure so there were no surprises. I needed some couches and a loveseat switched between floors. These guys arrived on time, were friendly and listened to what I wanted done. Once it was time to begin they carefully thought out (verbally) between themselves how each piece would be best moved to avoid contact/damage, to be most efficient, etc.. I've never had movers think or speak this clearly and carefully about moving a piece of furniture. They planned every minute step of the way up & down the stairs BEFORE lifting a single piece as opposed to most movers, who just lift it and wing it on the way. Perfect move...no contact with walls. No damage to furniture. When done early, they even offered to carry downstairs the seatbacks from the couches I had removed - something I was planning on doing myself. Hire these guys! read more

We requested that The Mover Dudes help us move from one location in Bellingham to another about 10 miles away. They arrived on time and after a little bit of a slow start they took off and didn't stop till the job was complete 4 hours later. We rented and drove a U Haul truck and they loaded and unloaded it at the 2 locations. They did a thoughtful job of packing and unpacking our belongings. Everything was padded and strapped securely. They worked hard and were a good team. Very pleasant group of dudes. We recommend them and would hire them again. I think we got our money's worth and our backs aren't hurting. read more

Chris helped me with a quick move from apartment to apartment. I'm a student and my move was pretty easy because I don't have a ton of stuff, but I did have some furniture to move. Chris and I knocked it out in 3 hours, furniture, books, and all. I was so anxious about this move because the move into my old fourth-floor walk-up was a nightmare when I did it by myself a year ago. Chris took 4-5 boxes at a time down the stairs on a dolly, where I would have needed an individual trip for each box. We are so glad we found Pacific Northwest Mover Dudes. Granted, it was a small first job, moving furniture between floors in one house, but these guys treated it like the most important job in town. Most people probably think of movers as a bunch of strong brainless dudes...but that couldn't be further from the truth with these guys...in a good way. Smart, efficient, intelligent and savvy, they moved things quickly and gracefully. Not a dent, not a ding. I've hired PNW MDs 3x in the last month, which included unloading a truck of antique family heirlooms. They did an excellent job with the antiques, and even helped catch/compensate for some of the mistakes the crew that loaded the furniture made (leaving shelving wrapped up in a glass china cabinet ‍) so that nothing was damaged/broken. They were also very responsive to my questions leading up to moving day and excellent about continuous mask use and social distancing. The guys were great. read more

This team was out of this world. They were so fast, so efficient, careful with all my items, and worked hard to actually get all my things to fit securely in my storage unit.
