Enjoy my email thread with WMST (in chronological order): First email 5/1/2023: "Hi there, My name is Christopher and I missed this morning's class in Monroe due to several things outside my control that I believe need to be brought to your attention: The address for the classroom is not on the receipt (nor is the time), and the address on the website leads you to a grassy field in Monroe next to Evergreen Speedway with no further information other than to look for a building with a green roof (there are several). There are no signs nor contact numbers to call at 7:30am, including the instructors. I wandered around Evergreen speedway for an hour (I arrived at 7:15am) looking for a "green roof building" and a "guard house", both of which are on the opposite side of the property from the address that is on the website. No "WMST class (this way)" signs, no pictures of the building to meet in front of on the website, literally nothing to help someone who's never been to Evergreen Speedway. By the time I found them (which took asking three different people before I got the correct answer), I was 45 minutes past the class start time (after driving an hour to get there in the first place) and was turned away. I then proceeded to spend another hour and a half in the car driving home against I-405 traffic. The instructor was apologetic (and promised I could reschedule without further cost), and I appreciate that this isn't specifically anyone's fault, but it is *extremely* poor planning on the part of WMST. No signs, no further info on website, no way to contact anyone for help, a vague address and even more vague directions? This class can be done much better. I hope that you will allow me to reschedule my class at no additional cost, as I took two days off work and cancelled a doctor appointment to take this course today and tomorrow. Please, can you help me get registered into another class? Thank you" 2nd email 5/3/2023: "Hello, I contacted a couple days ago about getting a rescheduling for the beginner motorcycle permit class and haven't heard back. I missed the class due to preventable reasons outside my control. Can you please help me get a reschedule confirmation? Thanks" 3rd email 5/7/2023: "Hello, I contacted six days ago about getting a rescheduling for the beginner motorcycle permit class at no additional cost and haven't heard back. I missed the class due to preventable reasons outside my control which I listed in the first email, and make $300 a week, so it was a very expensive investment for me. Can you please help me get a reschedule confirmation? Please give me a call at (425)313-1091 or reply to this email. I am frequently away from the phone, so I've been using email because it is a much more reliable form of contact for me. Thanks" Their reply ten days later: "Good morning Christopher I'm sorry that I have been unable to reach you by phone on both May 1st and today.. Unfortunately, I am unable to reschedule this course with the original tuition paid. I can re-enroll you with a 10% discount in a future course as a courtesy. I'm sorry you had difficulty finding the course. The instructors did try to reach you by phone however you had provided a home telephone number instead of a cell phone. The instructors did wait in front of the green roof building restrooms per the email instructions until 7:40am to try to meet up with you. I have reviewed the email instructions for the location and they seem to be very accurate for this location" Basically called me an idiot and a liar, claimed I gave them the wrong phone number (no messages at home, which was not unoccupied during my absence, either) and kept my money after promising a free reschedule. No where in America does anyone get away with keeping money after not delivering promised goods and services, except WMST apparently. Do not trust them. Do not use them. Go *anywhere* else. I just passed my 3-wheel Vehicle Riding Course (Basic Sidecar/Trike Course) and I couldn't have been more excited! It was 2 days of class that ran from 8am - 6pm. The morning half consisted of classroom time and the afternoon half was riding time. Don't be late! We learned quite a bit on safety and the capabilities of these 3-wheeled vehicles. There were quite a few models of Can-am Spyders and Rykers, as well as Trikes and motorcycles with sidecars. We were able to try out any we wanted. Both the written and riding tests are given on the 2nd day. Lee and Ray are wonderful instructors! They both had a great sense of humor and kept us engaged in the classroom. Their teaching style just works and I vastly improved in the 2 days of class. I had so much fun! I highly recommend class with the both of them. I did get my 2-wheel motorcycle endorsement from this location back in 2009. I took the (BRC) Basic Riders Course as well as the Additional Riding Session. They will hold the class no matter what the weather is so be prepared. I recall taking my BRC class during winter and the rain was horizontal with the parking lot filled with water. It definitely made it interesting when it came down to testing. If you're thinking of getting on a 2-wheel or 3-wheel vehicle but have never ridden before or have experience and just want to get your endorsement, this is the place to go. read more

I want to share my experience as a caution to others from unnecessary injuries, medical costs, and a poor first time motorcycle experience with WMST. I wish that I had read the reviews before signing up for the beginners class because I see now that other students have had similar poor experiences. I have shared my concerns via email with WMST without a response. I was injured on the first day and didn't go back to finish the second day because of my injury and because I was concerned about the lack of safety and instruction in the class. I fell twice, with the motorcycle crushing my left foot. Five other students dropped their bikes on the first day. One other student, who was a complete novice like me, flew from his bike and landed a few feet away. I checked in with my friends who took beginner classes elsewhere and they said their class was not nearly as dangerous or unpleasant. First, the instructor Chuck, white male, touched students without consent and said things that were racist and misogynistic. Chuck turned to the only Black student in the class and said, "You know what it's like to be profiled, right?" He also called the instructor-in-training a "girly man." Second, the motorcycles for the class was not appropriate for beginner level riders. I was given a Honda Rebel. It's 360 pounds. When I compared my experience with my friends who took their classes elsewhere, they said they used mini bikes like a Honda Grom, which is about 230 pounds. The bikes did not have drop guards, which could have saved my leg from being crushed when the bike fell. Third, the skills class on the motorcycle was overwhelming and stressful. Too many skills were covered in a short period of time. The instructors did not provide enough information for a complete novice like me, who does not know how to drive a manual car or have been on a motorcycle before. In one exercise, Chuck asked us to shift to third gear then back down to second gear and sent us off. I had to ask him to clarify how to down shift because he neglected to explain. Fourth, the instructors yelled at us with condescending tones when we made mistakes. I fell the first time because Chuck was yelling at me while I was riding and already feeling nervous and confused. I would not have fallen if he just told me to stop the bike and then gave me feedback calmly. Dave, the other instructor, also yelled at me and I had to ask him to stop because it was making me nervous and causing me to perform worse. Like many of the other reviewers have stated already, the skills portion of the class went too fast, there are too many students in a class, there's not enough time to hone our skills before moving on, the instructors did not provide enough attention to each student, and we were fatigued, cold, wet, and frustrated after 5 hours outside, which led to more mistakes and risks. Chuck had repeatedly told us in the morning that cold, fatigue, and negative emotions are impairments to riding and yet the skills class demanded us to work past all of those. When I asked to take a break after the second fall, Dave said that I would have to forfeit the rest of the class if I did so, which put unnecessary pressure to continue when I was already injured and exhausted. I hope my review will be helpful to you as you make your decision about your motorcycle training. I hope this will save you any unnecessary cost to your time, energy, money and prevent you from physical or emotional harm due to the neglect and lack of professionalism with this school. read more

If I can give no start I would. They charged me for a three days permit class but they changed my class schedule without tell me. Just simply sent me an email which I couldn't even find it. I asked for credit and reschedule for another class. They kept saying I didn't show. But I showed up to the class I was original scheduled. That was why I found out the classes was changed. At the location I was told to talk to the office for rescheduling. When I called office, Kimberly was rude and refuse to listen and help. She only emphasized what's in the computer. I requested to speak to manager. It has been weeks and no one reached out to me. This school is not honest and only want to keep your money. Be aware of all the emails they send. This is what I learned. When they made changes, they didn't even call or text. Only simply sent e-mail and hoping you read. I've signed up for 2 day basic rider course in Auburn. I had no motorcycle riding experience. At the end of the first day, Chuck had expelled me from the class, because "I can't control the clutch". He did Not spend any time explaining what was wrong and how to do it right. The assisting instructor (I think his name is Carl), at least gave me some helpful advice, thank you. The environment there was intense, you'd better have some prior motorcycle riding experience before signing up for this class. He wouldn't assist you much... and he kinda likes to touch students with no reason and that is weird. This place is AWESOME! I cannot recommend PNW Moto Safety enough. My instructor Chuck, was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure the information on motorcycle safety stuck with us. Great environment, great people, great cause. The instructor who came in later during the outdoor segment, Kelsey, was awesome and a great instructor as well. If you want to ride a motorcycle responsibly, then you need to take this class. Completed PNW-MS's Advanced Rider Course today - it was a pretty small class, a long day with 4 hours indoors class and 4 hours out on the tarmac, in what must have been the hottest day thus far this year in WA. Chuck and Jim were professional, entertaining, and informative, always focusing on safety first, coupled with your personal level of skill, abilities, and riding risk appetite. The only thing I would have liked added would be street time, but I believe there's another course for that (On-Street). There was certainly enough opportunity to push the envelope for yourself. And Jim's dry humor made it even more fun :-). Well done, guys, for doing your part in saving lives out there. read more

I picked the three day course located in Auburn. Jeff was our classroom instructor and he was fantastic. During the written DOL test, he encouraged us to ask questions and helped us clarify our answers. The only thing I did not like was the classroom portion. I guess MSF is using a new curriculum and it is ALL book work, which becomes tedious and monotonous, especially if you have been on the range for 4 hours prior or are trying to learn after coming straight off of work. He helped on the range as well during the 'on bike' training. He was more than willing to provide helpful feedback and answer any questions we had about technique. I would highly recommend this training school. Everyone who took with written and riding test passed, which has to say something about the ability of our instructors. Many of us had never ridden a motorcycle or scooter before and it is very different from driving a car. I live closer to another course, but they didn't have any openings for about a month. There were plenty of openings for classes at PNMS, I registered about five days prior to the class starting. At the time I registered, there were still six openings in a 12 person class. read more

I just passed the 2-day BRC with Kelsey and Carey as instructors at the Auburn Location. Just a few points... * Read the manual before the class a few times before walking in. This will help you with the language of the course and the information will stick a lot quicker and better. *Be sure to hydrate the day before, bring food and snacks, you will need this! No joke. *Get involved with the class conversations and ask the instructors questions. Leave no doubt, there are no dumb questions. Talk to other novices like yourself, you're all in the same boat. *Take it seriously. Their purpose is to keep you and other people on the road SAFE. You have to put in the work. There are no small details. *There were times on the course when Kelsey and Carey were direct and firm on some coaching with me, take it constructively, "hard love" works. Learn. Again, SAFETY. They also were engaged and made it a bit fun. Both had great energy and gave all students their time. *You paid for this course, get all you can from it. The resources are there. Overall, my experience with PNW Motorcycle Safety was fine. I wanted to point out a few things for people considering the Basic Rider Course (BRC), which I recently completed and passed, earning my two-wheel endorsement. - I've read more than a few reviews that mentioned the lack of practice time on the range. This is true. But it's not the company's doing - they are conducting the course from an approved curriculum from the state, reading from the same material that all the schools use. Know this going in. You aren't going to have hours to practice a particular maneuver or skill. The evident goal is to gain an acceptable proficiency as quickly as possible and move on. If you feel too pressured to try to master the moves in the time allotted, you might be better served by either taking the absolute beginning course (the prequel to the BRC), or the extended practice time session, which is separate (though I'm unsure if you have to acquire your endorsement first for that). I had my motorcycle before I took the course, so I wasn't daisy fresh on range day, and had a little bit of experience already. - Some of the instructors can be a bit gruff. I'm not going to sugar coat it. I focused on the fact that they're there to teach you how to ride safely, not be your best buddy. It's a little bit of tough love, so to speak. Chuck had his ups and downs on the range - on day one, he was a bit more agitated and to the point, and on day two seemed to be a bit more relaxed with us. Probably the only thing I didn't appreciate was being talked to in a bit of a condescending manner - I'm a 44yo man, not a kid, and don't appreciate the sarcasm or more biting comments while trying to learn (which is why I knocked a star off the rating). But after observing his style over the two days, he does care about his students' grasping the techniques. He often times pulled students aside to give them more detailed instruction - I never heard him yelling during those times, it was just his way of making sure the student understood what to do, or why the skill was important to learn. - Be punctual. Which means being early, heh. Again, I'm pretty sure this is a state-mandated training hours requirement, and not the school trying to make your life more difficult. But it's also basically common courtesy - if everyone is ready to go, why do we have to wait on someone who's late? Just take the start times seriously, and ask if you're confused about lunch times, breaks, etc. It wasn't as big of a concern during the classroom setting, but a very major sticking point during practice time on the range - after all, you only have so much time to get your reps in. If you go to their website, they offer a number of different classes. I attended their Novice Rider Course over last weekend. It was a two day course (Saturday and Sunday) from 8am to 6pm. The course consisted of a few hours in a classroom environment with an instructor, who was teaching from a manual, showing some videos, and showing the class a motorcycle. Then the second half of the day is spent out on the range learning to ride. There are a large number of pretty intensive drills that they put you through. Overall you are outdoors riding for about 5 to 6 hours each day, so you will be exhausted by day's end. Day two consists of more classroom time, followed by a written exam. After which you go back out to the range, finish some more practice drills, then take a riding skills test. If you pass the test (which is not easy for a beginner), you are awarded a certificate that you can redeem at the DOL for your official motorcycle endorsement on your license. My instructor, Doug, and his assistant, Susan, were very good. They are both extremely knowledgeable about motorcycling, and take their responsibilities very seriously. The whole thing can be a little intimidating, as there is a lot of information to absorb, and a lot of skills to learn in a two day stretch, but I feel very confident after taking the course that I have the foundation to become a competent rider. I recently completed the 3-day Basic Rider Course taught by Joe and Chuck in Auburn. The course started in the classroom on Thursday evening and continued all day Saturday and Sunday. I started on Thursday with virtually no motorcycle experience. 8 days later (after passing the course on Sunday and officially getting my endorsement on Monday), I took my bike out on a 20 mile ride with a buddy of mine loving every second of it! Joe and Chuck did a great job communicating the fundamentals and safe riding practices. I remember one lesson (in the classroom) of how to deal with dogs (that love to chase motorcycles). I encountered this the day after class on my own bike and was ready. If you're about to take the course and also have no experience riding, you can do it too! Some parts of the course may be a little nerve wracking at first (because you're out of your comfort zone when you're learning new skills), but stick with it and it should come to you with some practice that you'll get during the course. To be honest, after Saturday was over I was thinking I maybe have a 50/50 shot of passing the test the next day. I was kinda getting it, but felt I was a long way from proficiency. After the first exercise on Sunday it started to sink in much better. By the time we got to the test, I felt like I had a good chance of passing. I ended up passing the test with just two minor black marks! yay! When you get your card saying you passed the course, make sure everything on it is correct. My Driver License # was wrong (two letters were mixed up). I didn't notice this until the next day. Tina at the main office got a new card sent out to me as soon as she could. Fortunately this was not an issue when getting my endorsement :) Tip: After you pass the test on Sunday, you can get your endorsement on Monday at the Federal Way Driver License office. Virtually all Driver License offices are closed on Mondays, but not this one. I was riding (legally) after work Monday which was super cool! If you're thinking of riding a motorcycle, even as just a passenger, you can't go wrong with Pacific Northwest Motorcycle Safety. I may return for one of the more advanced courses after I get a little more riding time. read more

I signed up for the 2-day BRC with Kelsy as my instructor. I had ZERO riding experience and passed both the written and skills portion. Kelsy was great inside and outside the classroom. I did find the bike exercises challenging and felt like we moved pretty quickly through a ton of exercises but Kelsy did a great job at giving us good feedback and making suggestions to improve our skill. In the end, I didn't get a perfect score but still passed and had fun doing it. I don't know about any other instructors but I would definitely recommend signing up for a course under Kelsy. read more

My boyfriend and I just passed (Whoohoo!) our Basic Rider Class taught by Ken and Steve. We took the class over 2 days period. First day consisted of some class time Inside, then we moved to the range after lunch for a good 4 hours of riding fun! Second day, we switched things up since it was so hot outside, and went to the range right away in the morning, had the riding "celebration" (AKA Test!) before lunch, then returned to class afterwards to talk a little more about different riding scenarios and take the written part of our big celebration.... ;-) The classroom part was instructed by Ken who has a great way to involve everyone by using an interactive approach. All students got to know each other very well which helped out on the range. We were only 9 students, 4 women and 5 men,probably between the age of 18 to 50, Some of us had ridden before, others never had been on a motorcycle. Steve, who joined us to instruct the riding portion of the class with Ken brought 8 different motorcycles and a scooter for a student who requested it. We had a few options from different makes 250 cruisers, CB 300s, as well as an enduro. Their approach on teaching was incredible; The information we received was precise, easy to follow, and helped build our confidence. The riding test, I mean celebration, was not that easy, and required some good balance as we had to perform some sharp turns and U turns in first gear using friction. I "might" have gotten frustrated a few times (...), but the calming attitude of Steve and Ken really helped me relax and focus on each drill separetely. I am recommending this class to everyone I know, and will definitely go back for the Street Riding and Advance Course at some point. Big thank you to Ken and Steve whose patience is examplary! I took the Basic Rider Course in Silverdale last November. It took place over two days and involved quite a lot of actual riding time, along with classroom time. The motorcycles are provided. I brought my own helmet, although they did have helmets to borrow. It was not easy to pass this course. Much of the riding involved developing skills to be able to stop quickly, turn sharply, and finesse the clutch. Yes, you do have to master a slow, tight figure-eight, weaving through cones, and stopping on a dime. Fortunately, i had plenty of opportunities to practice and ask questions. The teacher, Steve, is a longtime Harley rider. He knew what he was doing and was patient with the class as we were put through the paces. I passed the riding test and written test, but I was not confident at the beginning that I would. Thanks to the quality instruction by the teacher, I was more confident of my abilities at the end of the course. Now that I have my motorcycle endorsement on my WDL, I am a much better driver as well. I highly recommend Pacific Motorcycle Safety training courses. read more

Previously took a beginning rider course from a competing school, which resulted in a bad injury and many medical bills. The class with Pacific Northwest motorcycle safety was far more thorough, engaging, and informative. The main instructor (Chuck) was fantastic at keeping the classroom instruction interesting and relevant. The assistant instructor(Randy) appeared to have a great rapport with Chuck, and did an amazing job of demonstrating obstacles for students. Both instructors have years of experience, which was obvious throughout the class based on their insights into specific motorcycle safety situations. Motorcycle riding is not a hobby for everyone, but if you have an interest, and want to build some basic skills for the road, I cannot recommend this school and these instructors enough. read more

Purchased my new BMW 650 GS Dual Sport motorcycle from Ride BMW in Seattle (also 5 stars) and needed to get my WA state endorsement. I immediately signed up with PNW online, easy and without hassle. The course itself was awesome. The instructor was outstanding in terms of style, skill set and pace. He was able to transfer the key and important skills in both the classroom & the mall parking lot session with professionalism and patience. We only had 3 people in the class plus one re-take mid-week. The cycles were great, they provided me a dual sport 250cc and others had road bikes (Suzuki 250s) all in excellent condition. The owner of the business was also present both for part of the classroom session as well as the parking lot session. The professionalism and focus of the entire PNW team was evident and helpful. At the end of the day after extensive practice and instruction we all passed our endorsement test without difficultly (I had very very little experience as well as two others) and within 48hrs I visited the license office of the state and had my new drivers license. Bottom line, the instructor was excellent, the training and practice was right on the mark and my confidence, skill set and abilities dramatically improved. I have signed up for the advanced "on the road" course in two weeks and plan on taking more courses from this excellent business. I know that it is greatly dependent on getting a good instructor. I was honestly expecting something equivalent to drivers' ed when I signed up for the 1-day intermediate class. Instead, I actually got a lot of valuable tips, useful classroom exercises, and good instruction on their training course. I had Dan as my classroom instructor, and he presented an appropriate level of material that was neither too basic to be of interests, nor too advanced to even be applicable. The class was broken up into a few 1 hour chunks where we would watch instructional videos and work out situations on the whiteboards in the room. Dan's knowledge level, efficiency as an instructor, and balance between humor and instruction were all spot on. The class time flew by and then we were off to the range. On the range, I had Dan and Steve as instructors. I brought my own bike to the exercises, and they made some helpful observations about things that I might want to adjust. All the exercises were well prepared and clearly explained, and all of them were helpful in performing the tasks the state required for an endorsement. Seeing someone as old as Steve perform the maneuvers gave me the confidence I needed. (Sorry Steve, I couldn't resist) The 1 day course was pretty long, and I was totally wiped out at the end of it, but it was money and time well spent. I plan on taking at least one additional class with them (3-wheel), and perhaps also the on-road class as well. read more

Never in a million years did I think I was going to get a motorcycle endorsement. I had very little expectations of passing, wasn't confident at all but was super excited! Ken is an amazing instructor. The first few hours in the classroom was engaging, lots of discussion, he had props... we learned everything for the written test in the hours before it! As for the skills potion... that was literally one of the most challenging things I've ever gone through. You really have to be physically and mentally present on the range. Ken made me feel confident, gave feedback and really wants you to succeed. I'm 5ft tall, they didn't even have a bike for my size, and I have zero experience but was successful! Great Place to Learn How to Ride a Motorcycle. They have a very Friendly and Knowledgeable staff working there. Very Newbie Friendly. I had Chuck and Ken as my instructors and they were awesome. Chuck was fantastic at explaining what I needed to do to improve my riding and did a very good job demonstrating various techniques. He was also Good at watching you and pointing out your issues to help make you a better rider. Ken showed up near the end of my class but was very friendly and also did a great job at explaining how to better ride a Motorcycle. I learned a lot from this place; was a fantastic experience. The instruction was good until Chuck came to assist with the 2nd half of the riding segment. He was harsh and rude and offered little help to me in correcting the issues I was having. I purposely signed up for a class that he was not listed as teaching and ended up with him anyway. I would never take another class with him. How wrong I was - out of the nine students, only 5 passed - the pressure was super intense, the days very long and what I learned is that I really hate motorcycles. I understand that other people have had different outcomes and results but I wanted to share my experience. First off, I just paid and took this course over the weekend and wanted to say that I DO NOT recommend this course for someone learning how to ride for the first time. I had Chuck, and Kelsey as my instructors but Chuck was our instructor 90% of the time. Out of the gate, he made it very clear that his ex military style would be the chosen method he would use for his students and was very negative throughout the inside classroom portion, making racist comments and flirting with the females in the group. I felt like the entire time he was basically trying to prove himself and how great he is instead of being a good and professional instructor. I was appalled at how unprofessional he was and how he would literally swear every other word to look cool. People that came to genuinely learn how to ride a motorcycle were not treated fairly outside on the track either. Kelsey was a better instructor out on the track and would be more accommodating if you needed to ask a question or just weren't getting something right off the bat. Every instruction we got was "go, go, go" and flew by too quickly. Too much was crammed in a two-day course and we spent 5+ hours in the heat outside pushing the bikes around for no reason for almost 2 hours alone to learn how to turn in neutral? When Chuck would pull me aside to talk to me on the course he would yell at me and belittle me instead of helping me understand what I was doing wrong and also would call me "sweetie, honey, baby" which I REALLY did not appreciate and thought was completely inappropriate. This was my first time ever riding a bike and something that I wanted to do for a long time. I thought that the instructors would be a little more patient with people and understand that this is a BASIC RIDER COURSE. This is not intended for people who have experience riding and are already comfortable and know what they are doing. I am getting a refund and STRONGLY urge you to look at other places before deciding on this course. I know there is a great course down south in Tacoma that I have heard of and I wish I took that one instead but this was closer to home. A mistake I will not make again. read more

I took the 2 day course about 5 months ago and got my license. It was very easy to understand and the pace was perfect for me. I really liked the instructor but I forgot his name (he was an older man with white hair). Anyways after the class I was able to immediately start riding on the freeway and thank God I was safe, no problems. I still remember most of what was taught at this class. Took the Advanced Rider Course today, Sunday, August 14, 2016, and had a blast. It was hot, hot, hot but we managed, Shawn and Stu (thanks Stu for subing at the last minute) were very professional and friendly the entire day and made this class fun. It was about three hours in the morning with several additional hours on the range after lunch, on own motorcycles, practicing what we learned in the classroom. Things worked out for us with only four riders, the minimum allowed so we had a lot of time to ride and try new things. Best take away for me: who knew you could use your body, leaning into the turns, so that your bike would stay more upright and have better tread to payment for more stability. The classroom and range time was at the Auburn Collections Mall and with the most stars that I could give plus I recommend this class to any person who has been riding for a while and wants to learn a few tips to be a more skilled rider, which in turn could prevent the unthinkable happening on the roads. read more

I took my two day motorcycle course on March 31st and April 1st. My instructors were Clint and Lee. I didn't have any expectations going into the class other than learning to ride a motorcycle and hoping to pass with flying colors. Clint was a great in room instructor. I liked his teaching style and his lack of caring to rest his injured foot while teaching and helping us all learn. Lee's field instruction was outstanding as well. They both were very encouraging. After my first day of class I was nervous going into the second day, as I knew it was test day. After a couple hours in the morning came written test time. I unfortunately failed the written test and thought, oh boy, I'm going to have to pay for another class. I was encouraged to continue the class and take the riding test. I did so, and passed with the help of Lee telling me to smile and keep my concentration. Aside from having to return to take my written (of which I passed) I would say my experience here was unforgettable. I'm glad to have both these instructors for my course and won't forget learning to ride, as it's the beginning of a lifetime of fun. read more

I just finished the Trike class and was very disappointed. In the classroom session they do not teach what is on the test so there are several question on the test they do not cover. I thought this is why I was spending $290 for the class. I did pass the written but flunked the riding. I purchased a Can Am Spyder which is why I need to take the course. They only had a few spyders there but I ended up taking the course on a 250 with a plywood sidecar on it. The bike was hard to brake and pulled strongly to the left and was hard to start. I would have preferred to take the class on a vehicle that I actually will be riding. Thankfully they let you retest the portion you flunked without additional cost. So my recommendation is bring your own bike. The teachers were great. So good class but study the book before class and bring your own bike to go through the course on. read more

Worst experience ever! The instructors are so rude. Especially chuck and Dave. I paid 200 and got kicked out of class after 3 hours because they claimed I wasn't moving fast enough. They kicked out a quarter of the class and said to join again we have to pay another 200. They are shading and out to scam hard working individuals. They keep reminding you throughout the class period, if you drop the bike or aren't picking up the riding skills fast enough they kick you out. Is that the kind of environment you want to learn in? If not, choose a different school. This is my first review on yelp and I'm only writing it to warn other new riders to avoid this school and do your research when picking a school. They aren't there to teach you how to ride. They are there to make money off of you in an unethical way. The instructor chuck kept using profanity throughout the whole class period. He also kept making remarks about using drugs such as meth and crack. I've never seen anything like it! Out of all the years of schooling and work trainings I've never seen a instructor who carried himself in such a unprofessional matter. I'm warning you to avoid this school and take your money elsewhere. I will also be reporting this school to the state and better business bureau to take further action. read more
