This place is AWESOME! I cannot recommend PNW Moto Safety enough. My instructor Chuck, was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure the information on motorcycle safety stuck with us. Great environment, great people, great cause. The instructor who came in later during the outdoor segment, Kelsey, was awesome and a great instructor as well. If you want to ride a motorcycle responsibly, then you need to take this class. I have no regrets taking this class and the information that Chuck and Kelsey taught me will stick with me for the rest of my life. Thank you both and thank you PNW Moto Safety.

I picked the three day course located in Auburn. Jeff was our classroom instructor and he was fantastic. During the written DOL test, he encouraged us to ask questions and helped us clarify our answers. The only thing I did not like was the classroom portion. I guess MSF is using a new curriculum and it is ALL book work, which becomes tedious and monotonous, especially if you have been on the range for 4 hours prior or are trying to learn after coming straight off of work. He helped on the range as well during the 'on bike' training. He was more than willing to provide helpful feedback and answer any questions we had about technique. I would highly recommend this training school. Everyone who took with written and riding test passed, which has to say something about the ability of our instructors. Many of us had never ridden a motorcycle or scooter before and it is very different from driving a car. I live closer to another course, but they didn't have any openings for about a month. There were plenty of openings for classes at PNMS, I registered about five days prior to the class starting. At the time I registered, there were still six openings in a 12 person class.

Ask the Community - Pacific Northwest Motorcycle Safety

Not to be passive aggressive but if one has placed multiple calls to the establishment to secure a retest and no one has bothered to call back how would one go about getting in contact with them?

10:30 AM Courtney, I can't speak for the rest of our office staff since I was out of the country for two weeks, with my first full day back being Friday 8/25. However, upon my return I saw no email from you and there were no voicemail messages… Read more

As a parent I went along for a drive. While my daughter is doing her drive Sharon is texting her son and not paying attention to what my daughter was doing. My daughter told me this was normal. Sharon went out of town so that my daughter's last drive was after the class program officially ended, again we were charged an extra $40 fee. When it came time for my daughter to take the written test Sharon would not return calls or texts to schedule the test. We ended up paying 911 Driving school to take both the written and drive test to get her license. I do not recommend 1st time Driving Academy in Auburn as long as Sharon is running it. Side note: Sharon also talked about her personal preference of organ donation. she told a class with parents and students that her husband did not want to be an organ donor. She said she planned to donate his organs anyway. Inappropriate discussion in my opinion.

It could have been MUCH better! I have put 4 kids through driver's ed and this was by far the worst…read moreexperience. Unreasonably unorganized! Took almost a year to get through this program. Communication is horrible! Getting through to someone on the phone is almost impossible, classes are canceled last minute, or without notice. My daughter rode an Uber to class one day, only to get there and find a sign on the door that the class was canceled. When I reached out to the school to learn why I was not made aware, they advised that they had sent a notice to the students' email. Say what? Communication had always been through my email and phone. So that was $40 in Uber for nothing. More than once, this has happened. We are charged a fee of $40 if the student is late past 15 minutes, doesn't show, or does not have their driving permit with them, but when they are late, don't show up, or cancel last minute, they take zero accountability. The very last appointment that we had for the skills test, we waited over an hour past our appointment for the driving instructor to even show up. The office staff was unapologetic, and there seemed to be no sense of urgency. It took everything in me not to reach out to the DOL and AG to lodge a complaint. The only thing positive that I can honestly say about this business is about the drive instructor Clayton (Not the one that didnt show up) He always answered questions, was very patient, and personable. Other than that I can not in good faith recommend that anyone enroll their kid in this driving school until they tighten up. It is not right or fair for the people who spend their money in hopes of getting their driver's license! 1/10 I would not recommend.

Very bad driving school, I strongly do not recommend it to anyone. My wife went there and failed…read morethe written test 8 times. She kept asking to review her mistakes, but they never allowed her to see what she did wrong or to review the exam. In the end, I took her to another school. The new school is excellent, it is called I-5. She passed both the written test and the driving test on the first try there. This previous school only took our money and scammed us. I do not recommend it.
