Communication is horrible! Getting through to someone on the phone is almost impossible, classes are canceled last minute, or without notice. My daughter rode an Uber to class one day, only to get there and find a sign on the door that the class was canceled. When I reached out to the school to learn why I was not made aware, they advised that they had sent a notice to the students' email. Say what? Communication had always been through my email and phone. So that was $40 in Uber for nothing. More than once, this has happened. We are charged a fee of $40 if the student is late past 15 minutes, doesn't show, or does not have their driving permit with them, but when they are late, don't show up, or cancel last minute, they take zero accountability. The very last appointment that we had for the skills test, we waited over an hour past our appointment for the driving instructor to even show up. The office staff was unapologetic, and there seemed to be no sense of urgency. It took everything in me not to reach out to the DOL and AG to lodge a complaint. The only thing positive that I can honestly say about this business is about the drive instructor Clayton (Not the one that didnt show up) He always answered questions, was very patient, and personable. Other than that I can not in good faith recommend that anyone enroll their kid in this driving school until they tighten up. It is not right or fair for the people who spend their money in hopes of getting their driver's license! 1/10 I would not recommend.

I've never been treated with such disrespect in all my life. The man had me sit down to take the…read moreknowledge test and the woman came out and told him in their language to tell me they're closed. Mind you it was 1 pm. So I came in the next day and the woman had me switch seats because she thought I would cheat. She made me switch seats twice! And warned me that there was cameras everywhere (my phone was with her so there was no way that I would cheat, not that I would anyway) after I took the test one of the men that works there (the one who sat me down the first time) is who graded my knowledge test. The woman had walked out to the front part of their office as I was walking out after I had been informed that I passed the test. The woman looked me up and down and said you finished your test fast and I said yes I did and then she said did you pass and I said yes, and she had the nastiest look on her face and then told me not to forget my ID again as I had forgot it on the table the day previously because I was told to take it out for my test and then told to get up so suddenly, it had slipped my mind that I had set it on the folder they gave me. A couple days later, I called and tried to make an appointment for my drivers test, and the woman was being so sweet and accommodating, and then she asked if I had came in before and I told her who I was and her tone changed immediately and she told me that they had no availabilities Because their staff went on vacation. She's an older African woman my mom's age. I was never expecting her to treat me like this seeing as I was so respectful to her and being African myself I had even a little bit more respect for her as my elder I don't know if there's some kind of jealousy or Maybe she doesn't like Ethiopians. I'm not quite sure what the deal is there I was born in America, so I don't really know the politics over there, but please don't waste your time coming to this business. They are extremely unprofessional extremely rude. They're not clear on what their hours are and you're not able to make appointments. There's way better places near there to do your knowledge and skills test. She gave me her personal cell number the day I graduated so that I could reach out in case I panicked on the day of my state exam. I did, indeed, panic the night before.
