My go to place when getting my nails done! I love the environment as well as the product. I've gotten Lily twice and I really enjoy how she does my nails. I totally recommend. read more

The people here and perfectly nice, but they do not do very good work. I came in for a gel manicure on Thursday. Some spots started to peel up by Thursday night. Plus, my cuticles were not worked on, and there is some extraneous paint around my nails, like I had painted them myself. Once again, they are super friendly, but a manicure that lasts less than 24 hours is not worth $35. read more

They are the best nail salon around. Everybody who works there is friendly and does a wonderful job. I've been going there for 9 years and I won't use anyone else anywhere! read more

I've been here several times for a manicure and they always do a fabulous job! I came today for a mani and pedi and was a little hesitant with the mask restrictions lifted. The mani and pedi were great, as expected...I was happy to see Pacific Nails was still practicing social distancing, temperature checks and requiring mask! Thanks for making your customers feel safe!! read more

Tina was amazing! She spent so much time with me, helped me pick a color, let me change my color when I changed my mind, and overall was very sweet! The whole experience was relaxing (the salon is gorgeous) and worth the little extra money! read more

All of the staff at Pacific Nails Spa are friendly and helpful. The establishment is very bright inviting. They hold high standards for cleanliness. Plus, they are also open on Sunday afternoons which is a bonus! A few days after I got my gel manicure, I damaged the polished on one nail. I went back, as a walk-in, and they gladly not only re-painted the one nail they took off the top color polish and re-painted all of my nails and put on a fresh clear topcoat. I was fully expecting to pay something. They did not charge me anything, but of course I left a generous tip because they went above and beyond with their customer service. There are a lot of great nail salons around the Triangle but I am a loyal customer. m read more

If I could only give them more stars, I would. Came in July 4 at 5. They were closing early (at 5) for the holiday. They took our group of 4 and did 3 pedicures and a manicure. Besides being so FANTASTIC and going ABOVE and BEYOND for us at closing time, they did an AMAZING job on our nails. We will DEFINITELY be back! Top notch service! And just all around GREAT experience!!! read more

Some of them they know their job and doing really good ! Things that I didn't like is that they charge me different! Each person would charge me different price and last time when I was there they charge me 10$ just to fix two nails! My opinion is that they are not professional at all ! read more

I've been here twice now and received exceptional service. Their staff is extremely friendly and my nails have looked great both times. Most of the time my gel nail polish peels off within 2 weeks, but I had no problems here. I did not have to wait either time. It is an extremely nice and clean place as well. read more

Went a got pedi today. Look at nails tonight and have to trim them they were still long and uneven. Have not there in a long time won't be back. The message on feet and legs was not worth it. read more

Best nail salon in the area! Great prices and amazing customer service. It is extremely beautiful inside.

I have been getting nails done for 20 plus years and have never found a better salon. My nails were a mess and Tiffany had to correct my treatment to Gel and they last and don't break or peel. It is relaxing and so enjoyable and as we frequently travel out of state, I look forward to and can't wait to come back. The pedicures also never disappoint. So relaxing and a lot of individual attention and concern for your particular needs. The owners Tiffany and Tony always care about others and their generous spirit and attention is reflected in how they serve you and how everyone on their staff cares about you. The salon is beautiful but they keep it very clean and instruments sanitized. I never write reviews but want people to know how special this salon. I am a loyal customer of over 5 years. read more

Sloppy work. Rushed work. Came back and it still looks shotty. Better salons around for less. Salon owner doesn't know how to do SNS.

Just moved to North Carolina & I was so nervous of finding a new nail place, walked in to pacific nails and everyone was so welcoming. My gel mani/pedi are always what I expect. Definitely my new one and only nail place. read more

I went to the salon on my lunch break. My nails were done well however the young lady kept trying to up sell me and charged me an extra five dollars what I do not know. I really dislike not knowing prices and surprise charges. read more

I've been to this place a few times and every time I've had consistent good service! The employees are always super nice and do really nice work! I had not been in a few months and was pleasantly surprised to see the new renovations. It's gorgeous inside!! The whole experience was very relaxing and the price was very good for the service I got. Will definitely keep going back! read more

I'm a big FAN of this salon.. Very clean and professional!! Been going here for 9 years!! and I'm never dissapointed because they are excellent!!! Owners are wonderful people!! read more

All I wanted was a single acrylic nail. The manicurist filed the edge of the nail too far down, so it looked weird. Then another manicurist removed the entire acrylic nail and tried again. They acted as though they were doing me a favor fixing their own mistake and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. The worst part? I was BLEEDING when I left. No joke. Either because he pulled my nail apart from the glue incorrectly or because he used that cylindrical filing thingy too much. Either way, I now have a little piece of flesh cut out of my finger...right where the nail hits it, so as I'm typing this, each time I use that finger, my nail hits the skin at the exact spot where they cut me. So yeah, all that to say, I wouldn't go here again if you paid me. Also, I know this is typical these days, but not a single person there spoke fluent English. This doesn't matter so much to me if people actually try to understand you, but that was not the case here. Every time I opened my mouth to tell the manicurist what I wanted, he just kept saying "I know"--as if he were telepathic. But thing is, he didn't know, which is why I spent an hour in this salon to get a single acrylic nail put on. If you're reading this, please do send out a prayer that I don't get a fungus or a staph infection from this cut.I'll be sure to update the review, however, should that occur :) read more

I was looking around for a good place to get my nails done for a while, and I figured I woukd try this place because it's right around the corner. The staff were very nice and I didn't feel rushed or like they were rushed. It wasn't too busy, which I enjoyed. My nails, mani pedi, turned out very good! read more

I tried this place out for the first time yesterday with a friend who has been a regular for a few years. I was astounded at the prices-- for my manicure and OPI polish it was only $12! I will definitely be back. We only had to wait for a few minutes as they were quite busy, but we were quickly attended to and in and out within about 30 minutes. The ladies were all very nice, the place was clean and I couldn't be happier! read more

I went to another nail shop about two week ago and had a horrible experience (and it was actually one of the top rated Yelp nail salons in the area). I just happened to be in the area yesterday, needed a fill in, and decided to stop at this place. I was very, very pleased with the service and the time they spent on making sure my nails looked good. I am picky about the way my nails are shaped, and even that was done well. The atmosphere is nice as well. I will certainly be going back. read more

Clean and nice facility. They did a good job on my gel polish manicure and pedicure. However, the staff was openly rude. When I would ask any questions they would act as if I was bothering them or was a complete idiot. The price the charges was $20 more than what was advertised online. read more

I recently moved right down the street from this place so it has become my go to nail salon... very happy with the prices and the service! All of the ladies I've had have done a great job and the manager ( or owner?) is super sweet! I don't think you'll be disappointed so give it a shot! That reminds me.. i'm due for a mani-pedi ;) read more

I always have good experiences with this nail salon. My manicures and pedicures are excellent, they pay attention to detail and give great leg/foot massages. The massage chairs they have here are awesome! The staff is very nice and prices are very reasonable. read more

Since I'm new to the area, a friend recommended this place. $35 for mani/pedi. Awesome - I'll definitely be back. Great service, great staff! Pleasantly surprised! read more

I've been a customer for over one year. The place is clean, well run, the technicians are friendly and competent. I've had my mani and pedi done by several different technicians and have always been pleased. Of lat, Hailey has been doing my mani/pedi and she has become one of my favorites. She is focused, friendly and does a great job. I would recommend Pacific Nails without hesitation. read more

Do not go here! they are unsanitary and do not clean their instruments. I went there regularly for manicures and decided to try a pedicure the woman giving my pedicure gouged the side of my toe causing an infection which later caused my entire toenail to fall off! terrible experience read more

Best nail salon around. Very clean salon and my gel manicure lasted almost 4 weeks. Couldn't ask for anything better and the prices are pretty reasonable as well. read more

Great experience here every time. Angela is great. I cant speak for how they do the hard stuff... like women nails ;) but for cutting mine and my daughter's nails, and a quick little hand massage, it's money well spent! I just wish more nail salons were in NC to drive the prices down. CA is waaaay cheaper for mani/pedis, believe it on not?! read more

I've been coming here off and on since they opened (it's a 25 min drive for me). I've always left with flawless nails. Staff is friendly and the salon is clean. Worth the drive. It does get busy on the weekends, so I recommend making an appointment by phone. read more

I've been going to this salon for years. The prices are reasonable and their work is good. Tiffany (owner) is by far my favorite, but she books a lot of appointments so chances of you getting her on a walk in visit are slim to none. Also, they stay fairly busy so I always try to go during the week. The whole facility is very clean which is probably my most favorite thing! I can't stand a dirty nail salon, yuck! They have several stations and pedicure chairs so it's a great place for a group as well. read more

This place is awesome! I recently relocated from Dallas, and this place reminds me of my nail place back home. Clean, sanitary, and on trend with their mani/pedi offerings. Ask for Jenny; she is great! read more

My favorite salon! I've tried many others, but no other matches the great service and quality you get at Pacific nails!!!

Very impressed . $30 for a shellac manicure which lasts at least 2 weeks. Great polish selection. Staff could be a little more friendly, but great service so I will definitely return. Updating this from my previous post - they do a great job, but they're incredibly rude and I've taken my business elsewhere. read more

The absolute best place to get a manicure in Raleigh. Extremely reasonable prices, especially for what you get. A gel manicure from pacific nails will last 2x as long as opposed to a gel manicure from another salon. My sisters artificial nails also lasted a super long time. They also have a wonderful selection of colors and the staff is super kind. read more

Since the recent remodel, the wait has been too long. They added twice as many pedicure chairs - that are always empty - but didn't add the staff to accommodate. I don't mind a wait if I am told up front (Starbucks is within walking distance) but I hate being told the generic "10 minutes" that turns into 30... at which point I cross my name off the list. I've been loyal to this salon for years, but sadly I'll look for somewhere else. read more

Enjoyed my experience while I was there. I was a walk-in and they fit me in fairly quickly. However a week after getting a gel mani my nails are chipping. Typically when I get gel nails they last 3-4 weeks, therefore it is not with the price and I will not return. read more

I'm a fan. I have been looking for a place to get my nails done at a reasonable price, I just moved to the area from Charlotte. The prices at Pacific Nails are reasonable and the service is amazing. They spend a fair amount of time scrubbing and massaging your feet and legs, in addition to doing a quality job on the manicure and pedicure itself. I will definitely be back for a repeat. read more
