Moving during this world crisis was soooo stressful, but Erbol and Almant made my move so smooth and easy... They were very polite and accommodating.. I had many things not in boxes and they had no problem putting them on the truck with no complaints... They were very careful with all my belongings... They were friendly and worked well together.. I would highly recommend them for a move.. in fact if I ever move again I will use this company and ask for these guys again!!! read more

The guys were great, took care of our stuff and nothing was damaged. I think the price is a little on the high end and it took longer than I expected. Over all good service but expensive. read more

Where to begin. I have never used movers before, and now I will never use them again. This place is a joke. loading was pretty fast for the most part. It went downhill from when the foreman Tim asked me to buy him and his team lunch. Tim was pretty upset when I told him just to take his hour lunch on his own. From there was the unload at my brand new home. I decided to let the black marks and scuff go on the walls. Just decided to tell them to drop all boxes downstairs to get them out of there. The thing that really irritated me was when my $50 tip wasn't enough for them and asked me for more. Maybe I don't know but that seems pretty ridiculous. read more

The movers came on time and were very efficient moving our things. We had all our boxes crammed in one corner so it was easier to move them out. The movers moved quickly until lunch. Then they asked my husband to buy them Panda Express not even joking they asked him not knowing we were planning to buy them food. This is after they asked for bottled water from us as well. I think if I know I'm doing manual labor I'd pack water at least. After they asked my husband for lunch and my husband was taken aback they slowed down their moving of our things and caring less. They worked well over 8 hours to move or 2 bedroom apartment. They charged us for over time and then when I went to pay, I had part cash and part card because I didn't expect to take as long as it did. Nick asked if I could tip them in cash not on my card. Who even said I was going to give you a tip? He took part of my cash without asking as a tip. As they were leaving, Nick didn't like the amount I tipped I guess and had the nerve to ask my husband for more cash tip. The guys were from Russia and all they did all day was talk in Russian probably about us! This was my first time using movers and if I move again I'll look else where. Read the fine print of your contract they'll charge overtime! read more

Alex and Lian saved me from a very stressful move! Fast, friendly and honest. There were a Godsend and highly recommended!!!

We found Pacific Moving Services on Yelp. Great choice! The move was done quickly and professionally, putting everything where we requested. The movers were friendly and went overboard to be helpful and do what we wanted. Jan S, the crew leader, was great, keeping us informed on the move and clearly stating the charges (which we considered to be very reasonable!). Moving is a pain, but they made it as painless as possible. If we have to do another move in SoCal, we would definitely use them again. read more

Called these guys around 1pm asking to move a large dining set by the afternoon or the next morning. Jay called me back within 10 minutes and said someone would call me back within the hour. Ultimately, the movers came by 2:35pm and had the dining set moved into the new spot by 4:00pm. Awesome, efficient, and super friendly! read more

These guys are the best movers I ever had. They were very professional and courteous, moved my stuff with love and care. I highly recommend them. Wrapped all our stuff, used blankets for more protection and strapped them in the truck securely with care. It put my mind at ease seeing my stuff being handled with love. They had wardrobe boxes and other boxes ready to be use. We actually used them. Very helpful. They wasted no time packing and moving my stuff. Disassembled and reassembled my furniture. Very happy with my move. I hope I never have to move again but if I do, I will definitely use them again. Thank you for your service. read more

Called to get a quote and "Gregory" wanted me to make a reservation without telling me any sort of pricing. Eventually, he tells me it's going to be $85-$95 an hour for all moving costs. I agreed to this pricing and made a reservation. I call back shortly after realizing I gave them the wrong date, and then was promptly put on hold for 10 minutes since Gregory had to talk to his manager. I hung up after 10 minutes and recalled and was then told that the quote they gave me was incorrect and I was then going to have to pay a flat rate. They informed me they would call me back in several minutes with the new pricing. They did not inform me untill almost 3 hours later when they texted me that I would have to pay $800 more than what they originally quoted me for. I then made a 3rd call to cancel my reservation only to hear that they never even edited their files to even make one for me. So I basically wasted 4 hours being given the wrong quote and being told a reservation would be made for me for the initial quote to only have them increase the pricing by $800 and not even make a tentative reservation for me. Very bad customer experience and unprofessional. If their staff just knew the correct pricing then it would have been a done a deal case but they thought it would be a good customer experience to waste my time for 4 hours. Would definitely not recommend. read more

We cannot say enough good things about these movers! Nurzhan and Jomart arrived on time and were fully prepared and very efficient in our move. We had to pick up from 2 locations and made two trips, but these guys wrapped everything and moved our things with great care. They had a great attitude even though we lived in a second floor apartment building and it was super hot. I highly recommend these movers and if you can ask specifically for Nurzhan and Jomart, you won't be disappointed. Will definitely be using these guys again next time, but hopefully not too soon read more

Excellent moving service! From the initial email and phone call to the final piece, the whole move was easy for us. Adam's crew was exceptionally professional, helpful, friendly, careful, thorough, and just nice guys. Every item was carefully shrink wrapped, no damage at all occurred, and the whole crew was cheerful and hardworking the entire time. They only asked for water, but since the move extended over lunchtime I decided to run out and get lunch for the crew and insisted they eat before unloading the truck. If you are unsure how to handle lunch you should just ask in advance. After all the furniture was in place from the first truck load the crew went back for a few more items and since the truck wasn't full they kindly walked our property and grabbed all the heavy yard items too--benches, pots, etc., as well as my husband's wood shop equipment. At the very end Adam walked around the house with me to make sure the furniture placement was what I wanted and they tweaked it all until I was happy. This was a great experience and I recommend this company and crew without reservation. read more

I have used Pacific Movers twice now and both times they are extremely thorough and QUICK! This is the only company I will utilize for any move. They are extremely professional and not once did they bump a wall, scratch any furniture, or drop a box. These guys are the best. Please don't forget to give them a nice tip and have plenty of water. They will earn every penny. Both times I was able to sit back and not have any anxiety about my move. They are so careful with your belongings; they take the time to wrap every piece of furniture.
