We contacted Pacific Moving a couple of weeks before our move, and they quickly answered to let us know they could work with our schedule. We had lots of things to move after 25 years, and they helped us pack. There were 4 men on our crew. All breakables were wrapped in bubble wrap or shrink wrap. The problem were that I didn't stay on top of how to pack some artist's concepts I had drawn in the past I should have watched over the mover's shoulder to make sure they were treated appropriately. Instead a few drawings were put in a medium box with my T-square and rulers, and they were wrinkled. Most of my artwork was fine. There was also a little language problem where everything was labelled living room including things from the dining area and the family room. The men were all pleasant and would move items until they were in place where I wanted them. We had so much stuff that they had to schedule coming back in a few days. I must say the men were all very nice to me. read more

John and his team were excellent -- called ahead with an accurate ETA, worked quickly throughout the point-to-point move, and carefully disassembled and wrapped all the furniture -- queen bed, sectional couch, tables and chairs, and bookcases --- and put it all back together on the far end. Thanks! read more

So I decided to move from downtown loft to Venice (finally!!) And only then I realized how much crap I had in my apartment. I tried to pack as much as I could but even after 2 days of packing the apartment didn't look like it was ready to move lol. Well, I l'm glad that I called this moving company. I had bad experience with other moving companies back in the days. 2 of my last moves were a disaster and I was really worried to have the same experience. Well it was for nothing. These guys were professionals and still easy going dudes. I felt like I was moving with my friends! Extremely friendly guys. Special thanks for moving a statue by the way, it is close to 500lb I felt like it was right to give them more tips, that I wanted in the beginning. Overall- great day. Even tho the moving day supposed to be stressful, well. It wasn't at all! Thank you very much, Vladimir, Johnny and Stuart! You guys rock! read more

The guys on the crew were very good. They took great care with wrapping my furniture to ensure it was not damaged, even-though I was only moving a block away. When i called to set this up, the customer service person took my details asked sq footage what size apartment, steps or no steps. They are to be the experts. They offered the choice of 2 or 3 movers. I had no idea what to choose. For any move, no matter how big or small, always go with 3 or more. Lesson learned. And i felt bad for the two guys, i know they were exhausted. It was a long day. read more

Adam and his crew were great. Worked really hard all day. Padded everything really well. I would definitely recommend them.

They were great. They came right on time and were done quickly. Erbol and his crew really did a fantastic job. As soon as they were done they let us know and put things right wherever we wanted them. They even stayed for a bit and moved things around that we decided we didn't want in certain areas. read more

Ayan, Sayat, Dauren were by far the three most professional and skilled movers I have ever experienced. They were on time and took such care with any of my items of value that I kept double checking the initial contract to make sure the extra care and furniture packaging was already included in the quoted price, and it was!! I was blown away. They professionally shrank wrapped everything from a rare Eastern Asian lamp to shrink wrapping the major parts to my kids bunk beds, everything was moved with care, precision, and no damage to the walls. The men were highly professional, warm, and tireless. Whenever I move into my final home..down the road, no bout, I will be using ProMoversLA read more

We just used these guys to move from a two bedroom apartment to a two bedroom condo. They were fast, efficient and very professional. They arrived on time and the communication from them was the best part. They texted me about 30 minutes before when they were on their way. And once they got there they looked over the whole place, accessed the apartment and explained the plan. They made the crazy idea of moving very easy and would no doubt use them again if we ever move. read more

Got lucky to find appropriate moving company. After reading lots of reviews I got a Pacific Moving Services and really professionally movers. The booking process is easy and I found everything on the website and on Yelp as well. It was very good the movers let me know in advance that they are coming and I got organized for the morning. Nick and his experienced movers got a brief tour and explained the prices for me because I am kind of amateur in the moving process. Than it was huge stress relief cause I found helpful how they step by step explained and packed safely all my belongings. The movers got all basic tools and were able easy manage and deal with my furniture, desks, tables and shelves. Everything we're safely disassembled and packed like new fabric packed furniture. The truck was amazingly packed like a Tetris and the mover named Gio did his job on A. After moved my staff to the new place I was happy to being help and got all my staff placed on the right spots. Thanks for the great experience!!! read more

To today's 4 man crew., BIG Thank you for the hustle. No hesitation the guys were moving quick and efficiently. Erbol, Ruslan, Kanat and Evgenii moved my family from Upland to La Verne and we're top notch! They were on time, hard-working, very professional, and provided the highest level of customer service! They had to move some very heavy furniture and navigate some very tight corners, but made it look easy. I highly recommend using them if you ever have to move. read more

The biggest con artists. I called two weeks before moving and confirmed their rate and confirmed that they have full insurance coverage and are licensed and bonded. When the main guy arrived, asked me to sign a contract that states if they damage anything they will only pay 6 cents per pound. So I asked if they damage my flat TV that weights 20 pounds they will only pay $1.20? The employee with a stupid smirk confirmed yes. I also called their office to find out why they bait and switch on me, the person with a thick foreign accent claimed that this is their policy. I escorted the movers out and I called another moving company to move me tomorrow and they emailed their insurance for value of damages and their license. read more

Art and his team arrived on time and accomplished the move in good timing. All the guys on the team worked hard and tried their best to make the move as efficient as possible. They wrapped all the furniture in padding and made sure to be careful while taking furniture in and out of the home. Would recommend them for your next move! read more

The spent more time talking on their cell phones and warping things in plastic then actually moving. They charge for every little thing. Try to box things like couch cushions so they can charge you.
